Μία ιδέα έγινε πραγματικότητα. To 4Crete Wine Festival!!! Τέσσερις λάτρεις του κρασιού, από τα τέσσερα σημεία του ορίζοντα του Ηρακλείου δημιούργησαν μιά μοναδική τριήμερη φιέστα Διονυσιακής Μέθεξης στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του Ηρακλείου, στο Central Park Café all Day Restaurant. Για 3 ημέρες Πέμπτη 5, Παρασκευή 6 & Σάββατο 7 Ιουνίου θα ταξιδέψετε με αρώματα μοναδικά, από 16 εκπληκτικά κρητικά κρασιά των ΑΛΕΞΑΚΗ, ΔΙΑΜΑΝΤΑΚΗ, ΛΥΡΑΡΑΚΗ, ΣΤΡΑΤΑΡΙΔΑΚΗ, συνδυασμένα με special γευστικά πιάτα που επιμελήθηκε ο chef του Central Park για το 4CRETE WINE FESTIVAL. LYRARAKIS, ASSYRTIKO Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry White Wine, PGI Crete
Οίνος από την γηγενή ποικιλία Ασσύρτικο. Χλωμό κίτρινο-χρυσό χρώμα. Λεπτές νότες φρούτων (μήλο) με ντελικάτη αίσθηση των άγριων μυρωδικών της περιοχής και λεμονανθού. The indigenous white variety Assyrtiko Pale yellow-gold color. Fine notes of fruit (apple) with delicate notes of wild herbs from the region and lemon flowers. Marvelously ripe grapes have given this wine a rich and lightly mineral character.
ALEXAKIS, MALVASIA AROMATICA Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry White Wine, PGI Crete
Μονοποικιλιακός οίνος της ποικιλίας Malvasia Aromatica. Με χρυσοκίτρινο χρώμα, φρουτώδες και νότες εσπεριδοειδών. Απαλό και κρεμώδες στο στόμα με εξαιρετική γευστική ισορροπία και χαρακτηριστική αρωματική επίγευση από γιασεμί και νυχτολούλουδο. An exceptional white from the Malvasia Aromatica grape variety Golden-lemon, fruity and revealing citrus fruit notes. Smooth and creamy with an exceptionally balanced taste, and an aromatic aftertaste of jasmine and night flower, a plant of a most distinct aroma, indigenous to Crete.
STRATARIDAKIS, MOSCHATO SPINAS Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry White Wine, PGI Crete
Μοσχάτο Σπίνας 100%. Αρωματική γηγενής ποικιλία. Λευκοκίτρινο και διαυγές χρώμα, έντονα ανθικά αρώματα. Μαλακό στο στόμα αλλά επίμονο. Διακριτική οξύτητα σε συνδυασμό με έντονο αρωματικό χαρακτήρα. Moschato Spinas 100%. Aromatic indigenous variety. Yellowish and limpid color. Generous nose with intense floral scents. Full body, intense aromatic character and a finale of discreet acidity.
DIAMANTAKIS, MALVASIA - CHARDONNAY Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry White Wine, PGI Crete
Συνδυασμός 2 λευκών ποικιλιών. Δηνιουργήσαμε ένα κρασί έντονο και με συνδυασμό γεύσεων χάρη στη Μαλβαζία, ενώ το Chardonnay προσθέτει μία επιπλέον πλούσια γεύση. Συνδυάζεται με μεγάλη γκάμα φαγητών, θαλασσινών και πουλερικών, αλλά είναι εξίσου ευχάριστο με την συνοδεία φρούτων. This particular wine is a blend of two white varieties. We have created a wine with quite an intense and complex bouquet thanks to the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, while the Chardonnay adds a complex and rich taste. Εντυπωσιακός μονοποικιλιακός οίνος της κρητικής λευκής ποικιλίας Βιδιανό. Λαμπερό πρασινοκίτρινο χρώμα. Μπουκέτο με χαρακτηριστικά αρώματα τροπικών φρούτων, καθώς και αχλάδι με νότες εσπεριδοειδών. Βελούδινη, λιπαρή επίγευση που υποστηρίζεται από τον όγκο και τη διάρκεια της υψηλής οξύτητας. Outstanding wine from the indigenous white grape Vidiano Brilliant gold with yellow highlights. Bouquet displays characteristic aromas of tropical fruits, pear and notes of citrus fruit. A velvety, lasting aftertaste which is supported by the lasting of the high acidity.

Τα σταφύλια της ποικιλίας Βιδιανό δημιουργούν κρασί με ξεχωριστό χρυσό χρώμα και ένα μπουκέτο από αρώματα κίτρου, όπως είναι το περγαμόντο, το αχλάδι, η μπανάνα και το πεπόνι. Είναι ένα γευστικό και κάπως λιπαρό κρασί με μοναδική οξύτητα, η οποία το κάνει μια εξαιρετική συντροφιά σε μια μεγάλη ποικιλία πιάτων. The grapes of the Vidiano variety create a wine with a distinctive golden color and a complex bouquet of citrus aromas such as bergamot, as well as scents of pear, banana and melon. It is a tasty and somehow oily wine with unique acidity which makes it an excellent accompaniment for a wide range of dishes and foods.
LYRARAKIS, VILANA 2013 Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός Dry White Wine
Μονοποικιλιακός οίνος από την γηγενή ποικιλία Βηλάνα. Χρώμα λευκοκίτρινο. Αρώματα εσπεριδοειδών. Γεύση πλούσια, ισορροπημένη. The indigenous white variety Vilana Bright greenishyellow colour. Rare aromas of herbs, citrus and yellow fruit harmonious combined, enhancing the rich delicious character.
STRATARIDAKIS, VIDIANO Oίνος Λευκός Ξηρός Dry White Wine
Βιδιανό 100%. Η πιο ντελικάτη γηγενής ποικιλία. Διαυγές υποκίτρινο χρώμα. Ντελικάτο και κομψό στη μύτη. Iσορροπημένο στόμα με μια ευχάριστη και κρουστή οξύτητα για το τέλος. Vidiano variety 100%. Clear yellowish colour. Delicate fruity nose and well balanced mouth with citrus flavor and a pleasant acidity at the end.

Oίνος Ερυθρός Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry Red Wine, PGI Crete
Μονοποικιλιακός οίνος από τη γηγενή ερυθρή ποικιλία Κοτσιφάλι. Με όγκο, ελαφριά γεύση, στρογγυλό, με μέτρια οξύτητα και επίγευση μεγάλης διάρκειας. Ήπια τανικότητα στο στόμα. Αφήνει μια μεταξένια αίσθηση. The indigenous red variety Kotsifali Light yet voluminous, round, with medium acidity and a long finish. Softly tanic in the mouth, it leaves a velvet feel on the palate.

Μονοποικιλιακός οίνος από την ποικιλία Cabernet Sauvignon. Χρώμα βαθυκόκκινο, ζωηρό με τα τυπικά, ποικιλιακά αρώματα των κόκκινων φρούτων να κυριαρχούν. Υφή πλούσια, βελούδινη που πλαισιώνεται από ευχάριστες νότες μπαχαρικών. The red variety Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark red in colour, bright with typical aromas of red fruits dominating it. Rich velvety texture, surrounded by pleasant notes of spices.

H 12μηνη παλαίωση σε δρύινα βαρέλια, δημιουργεί ένα εξαιρετικό κρασί με έντονο μπουκέτο αρωμάτων όπου κυριαρχούν το βατόμουρο και το πιπέρι. Το κρασί έχει μία “ευαίσθητη” οξύτητα με μια μακράς διάρκειας στοματική γεμάτη ευχαρίστηση και μακροπρόθεσμη απόλαυση. The 12-month aging process in oak barrels creates an exuberant wine with an intense bouquet of aromas, dominated by blackberry and pepper. The wine has a pronounced acidity, with a pleasant long-lasting mouthfeel and long-term aging potential.

Οίνος από την διεθνή ποικιλία Syrah και το τοπικό Κοτσιφάλι. Χρώμα έντονο τριανταφυλλί με ιώδεις ανταύγειες. Εξαιρετικά φρουτώδη αρώματα. Γεύση απαλή, γεμάτη, ισορροπημένη. A blend of the varieties Syrah and Kotsifali. Beautiful cherry colour. Clearly Mediterranean, it displays seductive aromas of fruits and spices. The palate is silky with a flavorful aftertaste.

Xαρμάνι των γηγενών ερυθρών ποικιλιών Κοτσιφάλι και Μαντηλάρι. Πορφυρό και ιώδεις ανταύγειες. Πλούσιο και ισορροπημένο, μέτρια οξύτητα και επίγευση μεγάλης διάρκειας. Πυκνό άρωμα από βατόμουρα και κεράσια με νότες μαύρου πιπεριού. Blend of the indigenous Aegean red varieties Kotsifali and Mandilari Deep red with violet tints. Rich and balanced taste, round profile with long aftertaste. Dense aromas of blackberry, cherry as well as black pepper notes.
STRATARIDAKIS, HRYSAFIS, ROSÉ Oίνος Ροζέ Ξηρός, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Dry Roze Wine, PGI Crete
Syrah 50% - Κοτσιφάλι 50%. Εμπνευσμένη ροζέ οινοποίηση. Λαμπερό και διαυγές με έντονα ροζ χρώμα. Εντυπωσιακή μύτη με αρώματα τριαντάφυλλου, ροδιού και άγουρου καρπουζιού. Στόμα πλούσιο με τραγανότητα και μεγάλη διάρκεια. Syrah 50% - Kotsifali 50%. An inspired rosé wine. Glowing and clear with vivid pink color. Pleasant nose with aromas of roses, pomegranate and unripe watermelon. Thick and crispy in mouth with a long aftertaste.
DIAMANTAKIS, PRINOS ROSÉ Ροζέ Ξηρός Oίνος, ΠΓΕ Κρήτη Rose Dry Wine, PGI Crete
Ένα ευχάριστο ροζέ κρασί από σταφύλια των ποικιλιών Μανδηλάρι και Syrah που είναι φυτεμένα στην περιοχή των Κάτω Ασιτών στους πρόποδες του Ψηλορείτη. Έντονα αρώματα κόκκινων φρούτων ιδιαίτερα κερασιού και νύξεις από τριαντάφυλλο.Το στόμα είναι ισορροπημένο αρκετά γεμάτο με ωραία οξύτητα και ανεπαίσθητες ταννίνες. Συνοδεύει άριστα εδέσματα τοπικής κουζίνας καθώς και ζυμαρικά με ελαφριές σάλτσες. A pleasant rose wine from the varieties of Mandilari and Syrah who originated in the Kato Asites Region on the roots of mount Psiloritis. Aromas of ripe red fruits especially cherry with hints of rose petals . Freshness and balance in the mouth with subtle tannins and pleasant acidity. Well paired with local cuisine and pasta with light sauces.

Syrah 50% - Κοτσιφάλι 50%. Έντονο βαθυκόκκινο χρώμα με ρουμπινί αποχρώσεις. Στη μύτη κυριαρχούν τα κόκκινα φρούτα και η μυρωδιά του ξύλου. Στόμα στρογγυλό και βουτυράτο με υψηλή συμπύκνωση και ήπιες τανίνες. Syrah 50% - Kotsifali 50%. Intense deep red color with ruby tints. The nose is dominated by red fruits and the smell of wood. Mouth round and buttery with high condensation and mild tannins.
