So the brief was to create a home that is for 24 hours of stay and apporoach was to create a gaming house that is more likely to a gaming but to escape the reality to the 3d dimesion of the word that is absolute alone in the hemisphere. It should shows interest in the context from the design that mainly is modern. A 24-hour house design has functional and cater to all our daily needs. It should be designed in a way that maximizes the available space and offers both privacy and socialization.

A 24-hour house design is a type of residential building that is designed to cater to all of the daily needs of its occupants.

The design of a 24-hour house is often open and spacious, with different zones for living, dining, cooking, working, and sleeping. The different areas of the house should be clearly defined but still allow for fluid movement throughout the space.

Natural light is a crucial aspect of 24-hour house design. Large windows are often incorporated into the design to allow natural light into the space, creating a more positive and productive atmosphere.

The context of the gaming house is somewhere in the arctic circle not to be found for outer world.

Ergonomic gaming furniture is essential for creating a comfortable and healthy gaming experience. The gaming house is divided into zones for different gaming activities, including console gaming, PC gaming, and board games. The space should also include a lounge area, a snack bar, and a rest area. A large open floor plan with good lighting and ventilation will be essential to keep the gamers alert and focused.

THE DWELING

The process of designing a dwelling begins with understanding what is a home and understanding the aspirations that the idea of building our own home. This makes it implicit that we understand our own self and our needs and priorities and extent this courtesy to our family as well. Which is going to reside in this space. The process of designing our own house, is a very interesting one as there are many complexities which can turn into opportunities to trigger the thought process of an architect. So you designing your own house as an architect is an opportunity to look into yourself and to prioritize the needs of the family as per today’s changing lifestyles. We currently being caught up in a lockdown due to the pandemic makes it difficult to visit the sites and select and document them. We currently cannot interview different clients for developing our academic project. Understanding the seriousness of this situation, we believe that sitting in our own houses with our own families will help each of us to realize the meanings of important and quintessential concepts likeSelf, family, lifestyle, habitat and house and home, life-priorities, generations, idea of family time, culture, traditions, etc.

A hostel is a form of house in multiple occupation.Hostels are good in case of security , accessibilty and closed to the college campus.Usually hostels are more budget-friendly and are more basic. They’ll have fewer amenities than hotels do, which cuts down on costs. Hostels are well-suited for people who don’t need high luxury but the spaces around the hostel are to be designed as they should be created as in to create a hospitality of the spaces and in less cost. To provide a comprehensive design approach for a hostel. The hostel is intended to provide affordable accommodation for travelers, students, and budget-conscious individuals. The design approach should take into consideration the functional requirements of the hostel, the needs of the guests, and the overall aesthetic of the space.

The hostel should be designed to be visually appealing, with a modern and clean aesthetic. The color scheme should be bright and inviting, with a mix of natural and artificial lighting to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The design should incorporate sustainable materials and practices where possible.

The design approach for the hostel should incorporate the functional requirements of the space, the needs of the guests, and the overall aesthetic of the environment. By following these design principles, the hostel can provide an affordable, comfortable, and safe accommodation option for travelers, students, and budget-conscious individuals.

THE BUILDING IS TAPERED INWARDS TO CREATE THE MINIMIZE THE FOOTPRINT ON THE SITE AND CREATING A CENTRAL SPACE FOR PLUGIN (LIBRARY).

BACK TO SCHOOL

Kolhapur is a old city has a great history and culture along with the educational and sport aspects. The intent was to design a school with a plugin wich will connect with the neighbourhood in any type of culture,history and social facts.

Kolhapur contains a large area for the farming and the occupations along with the farming.

The site is located on the urban part where vegetation is at good amount but if we see in detail the area is completely filled with the housing and there are no gardens that needs to be there so plugin idealogy is to create a better school that will teach to create and develope a school with the sense of creating a dynamic form which will help in to creation of the urban farming and urban gardens that also will help to the climate change crisis of the kolhapur intentionally.

The school is the place where we start our life leaving our comfort zone and start practising for better living and building a future. By keeping this things in mind the intent is to create a funskool with in dynamic manner

LOCATION: FORTUNE ROAD, KHARADI ,PUNE.

SITE SURROUNDINGS : THE SITE IS MOSTLY COVERED WITH THE IT BUSINESS PARKS AND SOME NATURAL CONTEXT THE MAIN ROAD OF THE SITE IS THE FORTUNE ROAD WHICH LATER CONNECTS WITH THE NAGAR PUNE HIGHWAY.

SITE LEVEL APPROACH

HOUSES ARE AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT CONSTITUTIVE ELEMENTS OF THE CITIES. THEY COULD BE VIEWED AS PHYSICAL STRUCTURES THAT AT THE SAME TIME DEFINE A SUBSYSTEM OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND A MULTI-FACETED SET OF SMALLER SPACES WHICH SUPPORT THE LIFE OF A SINGLE FAMILY OR A GROUP.
