WORK
SENIGALLIA, 60 PROJECT Comune of Milano Milan, Italy
The project is located in the new residential district in Milan 1 Via Senigallia 60. The project consists of seven buildings in which are located social housings and spaces for other urban functions and services, including complementary spaces to the residence, which act as an element of interaction between the residences and the population of the district.
OSPITALITA SOLIDALE PROJECT Comune of Milano Milan, Italy
The project is promoted under the financial program of Younger Department. The program considered housing for young people in the public housing in which Comune di Milano is the owner, the promotion of activities of solidarity within the neighborhood and forms of involvement for the use of common spaces in the areas of public housing. The scope consists of three lines of action: -The recovery of abandoned or deteriorated social housings of low-cost for young people; -The recovery of common spaces unused, specially located on the ground floor of the properties mentioned above, for the establishment of useful services to the neighborhood; -The development of supportive neighborhood activities, connected to the two lines of previous action.
FELTRINELLI 16, PROJECT Comune of Milano Milan, Italy
The project is Iocated in via Feltrinelli 16, at the edge of the neighborhood Rogoredo, in the south-east of Milan, close to the route of the East bypass. The project focus attention in the allocation of housing to new tenants from different economic incomes. The priority issues are: - Inclusion of new beneficiaries in the district, facilitating the relationship with the existing context and valuing the contribution of knowledge and experience of the new families. - Information and guidance to the services and support in situations of fragility. - Promotion of social cohesion, build new communities and prevent / treat the conflicts. - Promotion of initiatives to encourage the active participation of new tenants in the neighborhood.
OVARA PROJECT Comune of Milano Milan, Italy
The project is located in the new residential district in Milan Via Ovada. The idea of the project is to guide the placement of the buildings in the parcel, which will adapt to the free configuration of the park. The design of the buildings is done in a way as to allow also visual permeability from both sides, thereby enhancing the sense of connectivity. The project consists of three buildings clearly different. While two of them are sorted by grid that draws the neighborhood, the structure and arrangement of the third responding more to the needs of the park.
ECOLOGICAL PARK MARTESANA Provincia of Milano Milan, Italy
This project creates a kind of environmental corridor between Martesana, Villoresi and Molgora, in the province of Milano. A continuous open spaces that are surrounded the city of Cernusco. The strategies of the project are seven: Connect the historical park of Martesana, activate the park between Martesana and Villoresi, recovering the consolidate city, enhance the city center, create a sport city and formation institution, integrate the urban agriculture development, focus in the quality of the urban landscape.

INTEGRAL RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX Ministry of Economy and Finance Lima, Peru
The project is strategically located in the periphery of Lima. The project focuses on functions related to residential areas and institutional services related people that belong to the Help desk (kind of support platform for those who present project related to urban planning and investment agencies). Also some activities are exercised trough the collaboration of many public offices and some social organizations.
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PARK La Victoria Municipality Lima, Peru
The project is strategically located in the heart of La Victoria district. The commercial business park covers an area of ​8,000 m2 where there are six floors, two basements, offices buildings, banks, the commercial center and the cultural park center.. The area of Gamarra is well know as a huge point of commercial and business activity for the city of Lima. The intention of the project is try to generate a balance between business and market activities and open areas. The lack of public spaces in the district is an important factor for the project in order to create green areas as spaces of support for the city.
CULTURAL CENTER Braschi S.A.C Architects Lima, Peru
The project is located alongside the Rimac river. The focus is to connect the city center with some abandoned periphery areas. The activities inside and outside of the project involve a lot of entertainment spaces for the family, thematic activities related to science and technology and relaxation times ro activate the space of the river. The project has two main buildings according to urban tissue.
MUSEUM
Braschi S.A.C Architects Lima, Peru The project is strategically located in the center of the main river of Lima “Rimac�. The project focuses on the promotion of the history of the walls that were surrounded in the XVI century. The activities mainly focuses on cultural events, exhibitions outside and inside the building, and open spaces that allow the integration of the river with the museum. Also this project connects some cultural activities with the Main historical bridge that connects the historic center with the periphery.
ALTERNATIVE CENTER FOR INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT Inycom S.R.L Engineers Lima, Peru
The project is located in the periphery of Lima city. An abandoned area that is connected with one the main rivers that crossed the city and with a cultural park called “La Alameda”. The area (2000 m2 aprox.) was a meeting place for teenagers with problems of drugs, alcohols and violence crimes.
PARQUE DE LA MURALLA OF LIMA Lima Municipality Lima, Peru
During the 17th century, the heart of Lima was ringed by a muralla (city wall), much of which was torn down in the 1870s as the city expanded. The project “Parque de la Muralla of Lima� reestablishes the excavated remains at the Lima Muralla and creates a park that connects with the rest of the urban tissue, where, in addition to the wall, a small on-site museum shows archeological remains of that time.
