Clear HOW to
- Product - Refresh “Global Citizen Products” : Development, Cultural and gestion - Marketing –“Global Citizen Campaign” just focus on Country Partners & By projects –Creation of the Oportunitties Booklet for EPs ( Information of projects by Country Partners) - Finance and Legality - New Legalization system for GCDP EPs in order to reduce time of the EP Forms payments - HR / Talent Capacity - Implementing the Conversion Ambassador figure in LCs in order to have one person tracking directly the Applicants from PODIO. - Culture Building - Implementing the “BIG SUMMER Culture” at local level in order to create a mindset oriented to result. - Encourage PODIO Culture in oGCDP Teams: Newsletter, Task forces, Making it one requirement in our locals tracking system - Operations itself (RA/MA/RE) - Stablish Clustering Strategy with criteria based on performance on the programm and LC Management; based on the cluster - Hiring a Call Center Company for Marketing and Scheduling of MRB At Local Level of Applicants (10.000 in one year). - Refresh oGCDP Management Space in PODIO in order to be more usefull, simple and user friendly in order to track RA- MA – RE. - Process Standarization at national level: Sales Booklets, Selection Process for Eps, RA, Matching, CRM Management, National Audit - OPS Standarization from National Level to Local Level.

Changing mindset of some LCs about the old processes they made

A lot dependence from LCs to MC in strategies and processes- (encourage independence in LCs.)

LCs Align selling just Specific Countries ( matching efficiency)

Standarization Local OPS in all Entities ( sell benefits to LCs)
Learnings/Advices to the Network: – In necessary work in Changing mindset of LCs in order to create a strong culture of CRM ( is necessary to do it before to implementig any big Strategy)
