Photoshop tutorial Light vintage look

Final result In this tutorial you will learn to give your pictures a light vintage look by using Photoshop. 1. Start by opening a picture in Photoshop.


2. Create a new Vibrance layer and adjust the saturation by lowering it and the vibrance by makring it higher.

3. Creata a Curves adjustment layer and lighten the light areas in the picture.


4. Ad a Gradient map adjustment layer. Dobble click on the color bar and choose two new colors. Choose from black to white and changes the colors. Black has to be purple and white has to be light green. Click ok. Opacity then has to be lowered to about 20%.

5. As a finishing touch you can make the edges a bit darker then the rest. Createb a Curves adjustment layer and lower the output in the light side and higher the input in the dark side. Now pull down in the middle of the curve. Frame the face with a circle and fill it with black. Give it a Gaussian Blur, 250,0 pixels.
