ABOUT ME I am Karishma, a fourth year undergraduate student from Malviya National Instituate of Technology, Jaipur. FHgfhghhgHFHFHFGHFHG Architecture to me is a guise of art binding people together through the built/unbuilt form. I take keen interest in re-searching about human living, how we relate and respond to spcaes around us. During the past 4 years, i have been developing sensitivity towards the tangible and intangible aspects architecture deals with. I’m a strong supporter of context driven design strategies with functionlity.

The idea behind th brief was to design a school which facilitates student for a better educational approach and how could architecture be obliged by proposing a school. The design should internt to rethink these "Education Temples" of India, redefine these education spaces and recreate a school which could benefit children in achieving a beter educaation. Certain climatic concerns have played a key role in designing this Ce building in Jaipur, a warm and arid city. The southeast side of the site is chosen to accommodate all the classrooms, such that its openings into courtyard are free from the harsh glare of the south. All the activity spaces, corridors, staircases, courtyards, admin staff, and activity rooms are placed facing west which acts as a buffer from vehicular traffic and summer heat, encouraging students to learn and grow in naturally lit and comfortably shaded spaces of the built form.

Health care delivery in India has been envisaged at three levels namely primary, secondary and tertiary. The primary level of health care essentially includes formative health centers which are designed to provide Primary Health Care as well as optimal specialist care. Even though the health care system in India has experienced some successes in the past decade, several health challenges continue. To realize this, to provide accessible, affordable and accountable healthcare for all. The aim of an architect is to ensure that our design satisfies the people living and functioning in the space we design. In a hospital this includes the Doctors, Nurses, Staff and of course the Patient. The design of a nursing home must meet all their requirements.

BUS TERMINAL
Satellite Bus Terminal
Year - 2022 Role - Visualization and design Area - 37800 SQ.M. Location - Ring Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Transportation is an integral part for the functioning of the city. The transport system improves the social, economic, industrial and commercial progress and transfers the society into an organized one. It is one of the most essential services, a vital force for determining the direction of development. To achieve the desired efficient transportation system, it is essential to provide organized facilities in the system, one such facility is a Bus Terminal. The Government of Rajasthan (GOR) is keen to improve the intercity bus transport infrastructure in the State of Rajasthan and hence proposed satellite bus terminals to decentralise the Traffic load. The JDA has decided to develop a new Satellite Bus. One such Satellite terminal is earmarked along the Kota-Jaipur Highway having access from the southern part of the ring road at the given site as mentioned below. It is proposed to develop and establish a state-of-the-art Satellite Bus Terminal with the provision of improved and enhanced passenger facilities and amenities.

CONTAINER STUDIO
Container office
Year - 2020 Role - Conceptulization and design Area - 7500 SQ.M. Location - Baner Road, Pune
The design brief emphasizes the use of shipping containers as the principal material. rather than constructing something a new. the project to be envisioned with a distanctive material character and texture. Shipping container architecture is a modern sustainable way of adaptively re-purposing cargo shipping containers. it has been increasingly used in the modern day for the design of cafes, offices and hotels. The concept was to create an extensibility in the container design which would allow the addition of new capabilities and functionality. The idea to create a flexible interactive space which would create an inside-outside connection was designed to contemplate on how automation and ambience brew with one and other.
