Had an umpire in our game last night call a 45 foot bounce pass/curveball (that bounced up and over the plate)... a strike. Claiming, "If a ball bounces and hits someone, that is a HBP..." Correct bud good job, "and if it bounces and is over the plate it is a strike." WRONG. Thankfully a few pitches later our left fielder Steven Petrie took a pitch deep and gone. See something new every day. ~ Tyler Rice 15
