CRITICAL CONCLUSION RESULTS CONFIRMED THAT EMOTIONS, ATTITUDES, HABITS, AND SOCIAL NORMS ALL PLAY A ROLE IN DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY PREDICTING PEOPLE’S DESIRE TO USE BIKES IN THE CITY
local administrators should plan strategies to have both a cognitive and an emotional impact on urban residents
56% of the participants in this study declared that they never used a bike for their daily travel in Rome, 40% of them still expressed some desire to do so
