Do It Yourself Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski, Warsaw 2018 Exhibition as part of the “Project Room” competition of a site-specific character, in which objects found at the place of implementation were used (they were replaced by intervention on objects similar to existing, but having a significant, inscribed error resulting from the logic of the material or distorting the functional function of the object). Supporting elements substitution were also standard media messages related to promotion of the competition and performance at the opening, in which the curator and director of the institution swapped roles and statements and author.






Operacions in Void Void Gallery 2018 Over the next few weeks, other people in the process carried out activities relating to the space of the gallery “Vacuum”, but also to the activities of other participants. Mutual friction, subsequent layers of comments, hidden and explicit overtones, centrifugal and external forces, all reduced to formal actions. The interaction with the space and implementations of other members - activities in a vacuum - was carried out using “finished items” purchased thanks to funding from WMINM and co-financing by the City of Szczecin. Studying the history of ready made as an “everyday” object embedded in the gallery gallery, we tried to reverse the process choosing items for implementation with the thought that after the exhibition they will be in our apartments.



Koleşanki 2017,wood, chocolate, vodka, tights, metal, rubber, video, sound; A piece co-produced by the Girlfriends collective (including Monika Olszewska, Alicja Pliszka, Iga Swiesciak) and presented during the Mlode Wilki Festival in Szczecin. The leading theme of the festival was Women Power – a very relevant topic against the background of the current social changes. It is an attempt to portray an art exhibition as a means of re-producing prestige in the art world. In this situation, an art exhibition also treats a hot, current topic as a means to an end – similarily to the standards associated with the so called female art.




PUMAS Akademia Sztuki w Pomorskim Uniwersytecie Medycznym Pomorski Uniwersytet Medyczny w Akademii Sztuki 2017 An exhibition during the official inauguration of the new academic year in the two higher education institutions ocated in the closest proximity to each other. Art works by the Szczecin Art Academy students were displayed in the the Pomeranian Medical University (PUM) buildings and PUM’s various advertising gadgets were displayed at the Szczecin Art Academy. The exchange was intended to test the functionality of the art tools and interpretative methods when the location and the context of display is different.





Mercedes 2017, car parts, tailor’s rubbers, wood 2,5m x 2,5m x 1,5m; 1980’s Mercedes 190 series is represented here as a commodity sought after by the African merchants. Parts such as engine are being re-used to construct pumps for boats and motorboats. The work was created in the context of a project on ethnographic collections of the National Museum in Szczecin.


Art Work in Progress 2017 Documentation associated with the four-month long process of creating the graduation. The location was split between three sites used consecutively: clothes shop, Technopark Pomerania (city spot for various start-ups) and a language school, where I have spent around eight hours a day creating installations related to geometry of space and its function. I have used materials found in situ, discarded by the local residents and free or very cheap items as well as personal possessions such as clothes and study notes from my previous law degrees. The non-invasive and neutral pieces, based on the repetition of modes, were later on destroyed by the artist after an opening show. Kiosk 2017, metal, wood, organic materials, found objects.; 200 cm x 70 cm This is a piece containing leftovers from the Workplace spaces. Display of the object in an art space such as a gallery follows a contract between the artist and the art institution detailing hourly rate for work which as presentation.

A study of visual distraction 2017,ready-made plastic tray, paper; mockr; 35x25 cm; Arabic writing is a series of conjugated variations of the verb cease. This piece was inspired by the opinion poll in which the public was asked whether Arabic numerals should be removed from the school curriculum


Ford Focus M 2017, drawing on paper; 2,2m x 1,5m; his piece consisting of patterns for car body juxtaposes handicraft with raw, technological precision.


Parasitism 2016, photomontage, print on paper and photos shown on viewer’s mobile phones; This work is a photograph taken in a public space - a small marketplace. I have altered photographs taken of random people with own image by using relevant costumes and props.


24H Sculpture 2017, plasticine (c. 12x12x3cm), artist’s notes, photograph As a right-handed person, I had my right hand immobilised and a piece of plasticine inserted under my arm for 24 hours. I was using my left hand to note down situations in which I needed someone else’s help with something or which represented a disturbance to my everyday functionality.
