Now part of the Escalante family of clubs, The Club at Kingsmill is run independently of the community. While many residents choose to enjoy the amenities on offer at the Club, membership is completely optional. Full Golf members enjoy access to 54 holes spread across three courses. Set against the extraordinary backdrop of the community, each course - The River, The Plantation, and The Woods - presents unique challenges that will test even the most accomplished golfers. Welcoming players of all skill levels, the Tennis Club is the perfect destination for anyone looking to enhance their tennis skills. The facility boasts an impressive 15 wellmaintained courts, including 13 clay courts, two hard courts, six Hydro Courts®, and two lit courts.

Relax and float the summer day away. Beverages, light snacks, and delicious ice cream novelties are conveniently available poolside at Currents.

HISTORY OF KINGSMILL

Kingsmill has enjoyed great prosperity since its founding and, in October of this year, the community will celebrate its 50th anniversary. Over the years, Kingsmill has grown into a dynamic community that values its heritage while also embracing the future. Comprising almost 3,000 acres of land, Kingsmill boasts an impressive collection of beautiful homes, including single-family homes, patio homes, townhomes, and condos with 6,000 residents now calling the neighborhood home. With an eye to the future, the KCSA and Escalante commissioned a revised master plan and development strategy that envisions, amongst other things, an additional 240 residences over the next 1015 years. Relax or revitalize in one of the 3 community swimming pools, Kiddie pools and lap pools are available. The Kingsmill Sharks swim team is a recreational summer swim program for all neighborhood kids ages 4 to 18.

Kingsmill is home to Macaulay MiniPark which features a fishing dock and foot bridge. Canoe/jon boat storage racks are available for a fee.
