Nafisa Nawal (Goodbye Message) This past year in Key Club has been an incredible experience, from this being my last year in high school and as my second time saying goodbye as an executive in our club. I have been in Key Club for 4 years,

New Message Van Tech Key Club

Goodbye Message I have had so much fun being a part of the exec team over the past 2 years. I have learned so much from my experiences within the club. I would like to thank all the members who helped make my 2 seasons successful. one of my fondest memories throughout my four years of key club would be when I raised over $300 for UNICEF by walking around the school and offering sour keys to anyone who donated. It was the hardest 2 weeks Ive ever worked. But I am truly going to miss the joy of being in the club as it had such a friendly atmosphere ever since the first meeting I attended. I will miss eating lunches while the presentation was happening the most. Goodbye!

Thank you for an amazing two terms. My experience serving as the secretary of Van Tech Key Club has taught me so much, and has shaped me into the person I am today. I am forever grateful for the memories I have made here, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been part of such a great club full of passionate and hardworking members! I am so proud of all the things the club has been able to achieve over the past few years and I cannot wait to see what things it will accomplish in the

Hey Key Clubbers! It was amazing to have been able to serve you and the club for the past two terms. I've gained so much experience in this position, and I'll be forever grateful for Key Club for helping me to do so. I'm especially grateful for you, the members, for being such wonderful and supportive , people.

Goodbye Message! VTKC Editor

KATELYN TRA Hey Key Clubbers! It's shocking how quickly 3 years can fly by! I've learned so much by taking on different executive roles, and I'm truly grateful for all of the opportunities Key Club has brought me. I will miss both Key Club and Van Tech very much, as well as all of you! I trust that our next executive team will take good care of the club, and I hope you all enjoy your Key Club experience as much as I have. It has been a pleasure to serve for a club that supports such great causes and values. Let's meet again!

Grady Smith (Goodbye Message) It’s

the

end

of

an

amazing

journey!

I’m

so

grateful to have been a member of Van Tech Key Club for the past few years. I think I initially joined Key Club for volunteer hours, but over time, I became more interested in bonding with other club members. Even though I sort of ran

for an executive position as a joke, I am very

glad I did. Being an executive and working with my amazing teammates (and friends) has been an enriching experience, filled with many fun memories.

I

remember

playing

Encounter at BCMEA and getting all my cards sticky, but it was totally worth it. I also remember the time we spent like 20 minutes trying to find a bubble tea store because we didn’t realize there was an underground floor. Oh well. COVID-19 has changed my last year of Key Club, and I wish we could have done more volunteer events this year, like more dodgeball DCM’s, or BCMEA costco runs, but I think watching movies and picking up garbage has been fun in it’s own way. I’m also really grateful that Key Club has helped me cultivate my passion for humanitarianism by supporting my fellow executives and I’s item drive for homeless people. I’m very proud of that. Thank you everybody for the amazing adventure, writing this has made me sad. I hope we stay in touch!

Hey Key Clubbers! The outgoing executive team is currently working with our Kiwanis Sponsor, Teacher sponsor, and incoming executives to ensure a smooth transition into the new term! Look forward to incoming volunteer opportunities, webinars, and social (online) events! Have a lovely spring break! Thank you for another wonderful term!

Sincerely,

Key Club Executives (2020-2021)
