the avenues riyadh The Avenues project scope was over 400,000 square meters across four towers and podium base. To bring the project through the schematic design phase our team was primarily responsible for all Revit modeling, enlarged detail drawings, area schedules, roof drain design, and Fire Life Safety plans. Working in conjunction with the SOM team, my co-lead and I brought the project from preliminaryCAD drawings to a developed Revit model and drawing set that was then passed along to a local Riyadh Architect.

The scope of work for the H3 tower of One Bangkok was limited to the enclosure; I worked on making and maintaining modeling changes to the curtain wall family types throughout the design development phase. Over the course of the project window type and balcony locations shifted, thus requiring routine maintenance along with updates to typical details.
