Beginning Yoga
Ages 14+
Beginning yoga will help you improve flexibility, strength, and endurance. Learn relaxation and breathing techniques to pave the way for a healthier you. Wear comfortable clothes to class. Please bring a towel and yoga mat.
Flow Yoga
Ages 14+
Flow yoga combines the ancient practice of Hatha/Vini yoga, along with breathing to flow from pose to pose. See improvement in strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. A working knowledge of yoga is suggested. Please bring a towel and mat.
Morning Yoga
Ages 14+
Start the day in a positive way! This Hatha/Vini Yoga based class will help you achieve greater flexibility, strength, and breathing. Learn to relax and increase your daily energy levels. Instructor will modify for all fitness levels. Please bring a towel and yoga mat.
Relax & Renew Yoga
Ages 14+
Relieve the effects of chronic stress by practicing restful poses to soothe and regenerate the mind and body. Go home feeling calm and relaxed. Yoga experience is not necessary. This class benefits all levels.

Gentle Yoga (Chair Optional)
Ages 18+
If you are looking for a slower paced atmosphere with safety and comfort in mind, you will find it here! Yoga is a form of movement that adapts to your needs and abilities. This class is suitable for the less athletic who desire to be stronger, fitter, have more flexibility and balance. Learn to breathe correctly and make the mind calmer, increase mindfulness, and pave the way to a positive approach to life. Want to try the class out? Register the day prior for $5 per visit.

Ages 14+
Would you like to relax, let go of tension and anxiety, and perhaps get a great night’s sleep? Join Kathy for this one-time, athome session! Yoga Nidra is a relaxing yoga class where one does nothing but relax and listen. Get on your comfortable clothes, grab a blanket and pillow, and don’t leave the house for this relaxing yoga session.
Yoga for Bone Health
Ages 16+
Osteoporosis is a serious disease, which can lead to bone fractures, due to low bone density. Learn to do yoga safely through “evidence based” science. Strengthen bones without endangering joints. A must for people with low bone density. Learn how to be safe during yoga practice even if you do not have osteoporosis.

Calling all baby boomers and more! Join us for an easy to follow, good for balance, and overall well-being yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat.
Saturday Ease Yoga
Ages 14+
Ease into your Saturday morning with this gentle yoga class. Treat your body and reduce stress.

Drop-In Information
Due to limited class sizes, please register the day prior to class for drop-in options, space permitting. Yoga is available for $11 per visit, and general fitness is $7 per class unless otherwise noted.
Muscle Sculpt
Ages 16+
This morning class is exclusively a toning class. It includes floor exercises to strengthen and tone legs, abdominals, hips, and arms. This workout can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to isolate and tone individual muscle groups.
The Mix
Ages 16+
This intermediate class is designed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. Interval training, circuit training, and weights are all part of the mix. Get ready to move!.
20/20 Fit
Ages 16+
Wake up, work out, feel great! Join us for 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of toning. You’ll be glad you started your day the 20/20 way.
Piloxing
Ages 16+
Uniquely mix Pilates and basic boxing moves into a calorie-burning, muscle toning, corecentric interval workout that’s both fun and challenging. Piloxing also incorporates barefoot training as the preferred (but not mandatory) option to enhance movements with focus, awareness, and control. Feel strong and balanced while having fun and burning calories.

Zen-Yo Tone
Ages 16+
Tone by using the body’s resistance and light weights while moving slowly through yoga poses. No yoga mats required. Please wear gym shoes. Get ready for a fun class!
Shape and Tone
Ages 16+
All ages and fitness levels will benefit from this 45-minute body shaping class. The workout will emphasize toning all the major muscle groups of the upper body, lower body and abdominals. Kettle balls, resistiballs, body bars, medicine balls, tubing, and hand weights will be used to achieve a strong, healthy look. Studies have shown that resistance work gets your metabolism up and keeps it up for a number of hours after the workout is over. Join us and have fun while “revving” up your metabolism and shaping your muscles.
Barre Fun
Ages 16+
This class includes ballet barre type movements and is a low impact workout that will tone your entire body. This barre routine will use chairs, body bars, and more to help you feel aligned and defined. You are going to enjoy this class!
Core & More
Ages 16+
Work your lower body in this class designed to strengthen the core and firm up the lower body.
TRX
Ages 16+
If you are looking for cardio, look elsewhere because this is nothing but total resistance exercises! Use your own body weight with TRX suspension to push your strength to stronger levels. This class is not a beginner TRX level class. TRX cannot be used as a make-up class for other classes. Sorry, no walk-ins for TRX. Space is limited.
TRX Lite
Ages 16+
Learn basic TRX exercises to increase strength, balance, and core building. This class benefits all fitness levels. Good for people with osteoporosis. TRX cannot be used as a make-up class for other classes. Sorry, no walk-ins for TRX. Space is limited.
Easy B-Fit
Ages 50+
Calling all active older adults - are you new to fitness, need to get active, or want to stay active? Beginner’s Fitness will focus on your individual needs; provide you with a variety of fitness equipment and activities; give you the cardio, strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility you desire; and make it FUN to be fit. Register the day prior for $5 per visit.
