Swim Lesson Academy Camp Swim Lessons Children will be tested the first day and put into the appropriate skill level. Campers in swim lessons must wear their swim suit under their camp clothes. Please bring undergarments to change into after the lesson. Campers that are in Before Camp will be brought over to Woodland Trails Pool by RTPD Staff. Summer Camps Counselors–In–Training (CIT) Think you got what it takes to be a Camp Counselor? Check out our CounselorIn-Training program. On Monday your child will spend most of the day learning the ins and outs of becoming a counselor and the responsibility it takes to lead a group of children. On Wednesday and Friday, they will be assigned a group within one of the all-day camps. They will be responsible for helping the lead counselor organize the group, lead activities and guide the campers. The Counselor-In-Training Supervisor will evaluate the CIT at the end of every session and even prepare them for a mock interview. On a Monday in each session, we will take our CIT’s on their own field trip to thank them for their hard work. Rockin’ Guitars
Keep up with your basketball skills by improving ball-handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, offensive, and defensive moves. Participants will use their new skills in daily scrimmages.
Rock Stars needed! Cultivate a passion for the guitar! This Tag On covers the basics: chords, scales, rhythm, & songs. Have a guitar? Bring it! If not, we’ll supply one.
Flag Football Join us on the field this summer to develop flag football skills. Players will receive a solid foundation on the fundamentals skills of flag football through fun and active drills. Daily scrimmages will allow players to use these skills in a game environment.
Golf Lessons This Tag On is the perfect class to introduce your child to golf. All students will learn proper club grip, swing mechanics, & golf etiquette. Participants are grouped by age. Equipment is provided for each class.
Hip Hop Dance Wear your sneakers & get ready to move to this high energy, upbeat hip hop class!
Net Sports This class features sports played with a net that alternate each week, including tennis, badminton, pickleball, and Volleyball. Participants will develop skills associated with each sport and have opportunities to use skills in game situations.
Parkour Participants will be divided by age and skill level. Students will be challenged mentally and physically in this introductory class to parkour. Your child will learn the basic techniques of parkour so they can mimic the contestants on American Ninja Warrior.

How to Register 2020 Summer Camp Registration Guidelines • Session 1 start date is June 15. • Resident Registration begins on February 11. • Open Registration begins on February 25. • Please register early or by session deadline! There will be a 48 hour deferment period after any late registration. You will be notified within two business days if we will be able to accommodate you. No friendship requests will be granted with late registration. • Transfers and Withdrawals must be made 48 hours prior to Camp Session starting date. Once program starts, refunds will be prorated and credits will be applied to your account. • Please register your child by their grade as of Fall 2020. • There will be no fee adjustments for time your child doesn’t attend a session. • Don’t have an account? Camper HOT LUNCH No time to prepare lunches for your camper? Sign up for our “hot lunch” option. Lunches are prepared at the concession stand by our trained staff who deliver lunch to your camper at lunch time! Choose the lunch option, for any amount of days each week you wish. Order weekly or per session. Sample lunch: chicken nuggets, mini carrots, chocolate chip cookies and juice. Before purchasing a pass, please make sure you have set–up your online registration account. Residents and Partner Residents must have their account verified before receiving resident rate. • If you have a 2019 pool pass, your pool pass card is updated for 2020 after registering online or at Weiss Community Center. • If you do not have pool pass card from 2019, once your account has been set up, verified and registered. • Each pool pass holder must take a photo at the Weiss Community Center to receive a new card.
