Conference equipment support We provide simultaneous interpreting equipment and technical support for conference interpreting. We streamline simultaneous interpreting at meetings, events, and conferences with our team of interpreters and technician. The technician arrives 90 minutes to 2 hours in advance to set up the conference equipment. The audience members listen to their selected language with the provided headsets while a pair of interpreters simultaneously interpret in the booth. The mentally demanding task of conference interpreting requires interpreters to rotate every 20-30 minutes. Our simultaneous conference interpreting equipment includes booths, headsets, microphones, and transmitters.
