8am - 9am Zabar’s & riverside park

Grab a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee, and walk two blocks west to Riverside Park for a breakfast picnic overlooking the Hudson River - you won’t regret it!

9:30am - 11:30pm the metropolitan muesum of art Rent a city bike or take a cab and stroll through one of the world’s greatest art collections. Spend a couple of hours checking out some of the highlights – the Egyptian Temple of Dendur, the ancient Greek and Roman statuary and medieval armor from around the world (including Henry VIII’s!).

Rent a city bike or take a cab to the eclectic urban shopping mall and food hall. You will find some delicious eats here as well as some great souvenirs.

From the subway at 86th and Lexington catch a train south to Grand Central Terminal. No one will blame you for staring like a tourist at the glorious constellations painted on the ceiling of the marbled main hall.

12:45pm - 1:30PM Mamoun’s Take 42nd St and Bryant Park to West 4 St Station - walk a minute east and you will find yourself at the original falafel restaurant. It is the oldest falafel restaurant in New York and one of the first Middle Eastern establishments in the United States. Indulge in the falafel sandwich or Chicken Kebob.

1:30PM -4:30pm the city winery Head over to indulge your senses with a unique cultural experience of wine tasting. You will get a country feel in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Walk over to the New York’s 1.45 mile linear park, built in Manhattan on an elevated section of a disused New York Central Railroad spur called the West Side Line. You’ll get some stunning vistas of the Hudson River, public art installations and will have some fat lounge chairs for soaking up some sun, willowy stretches of nativeinspired landscaping.

10:30pm - 12:00am buddah beer bar With one of the largest craft beer selections you wont have a problem finding your favorite drink. Enjoy a nice cold brew and atmosphere.
