Friday 10th July 2009 MAK’S EXCITING NEW COLOUR PALETTE ARRIVING IN LONDON
On July 10th 2009 MAK cosmetics opened its doors to a new and exciting store in London to promote their new inspirational colour palette ‘Natural Transformation’.
After much consultation they have finally produced a range of cosmetics that combine advanced skin caring benefits with a fresh flawless look. These new and exciting shades have the ability to be combined together to give a large range of looks from a minimum of colours.
Think of sensual actress Monica Bellucci, that’s the groomed sexy feel for makeup this next season. “The team has worked extremely hard to gain the correct colour range.” Says the companies’ publicist; “we are confidant that the collection will be popular will all ages”. END Notes to editor. What ever your skin type, feel radiant and confident with the flawless completion that MAK will provide. www.makcosmectics.com Company background and history Toskan and Angelo are two photographers who both have a shared interest in makeup and it’s involvement in photography. Together they originally brought MAK cosmetics and have been successful in designing a brand that is relevant to everybody today, no matter what age or skin type. If this range is a success as anticipated an autumn and winter collection will also be considered. MAK cosmetics have been now up and running for about 15 years. Company History The AllSaints brand was established in 1994. It was previously only a menswear brand wholesaling to stores such as Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Barney’s in New York and Japan. This helped the brand solidify a name for itself amongst style conscious shoppers as the first stop for design led fashion that never follows trend. In 1998 Women swear was brought in, out of expanding menswear collection of fine knits, the washed leathers, which are signature to the brand, and also the sharp tailoring. AllSaints opened its first stand alone store on All Saints day, November 1st 1997, in Fouberts Place, off Carnaby Street, presenting the complete menswear collection for the first time. The store has been expanded and refurbished to reflect the original character of the building and its location. This style now features across all of the AllSaints stores, as the intention is to create totally different looks for each location, so that the brand retains an independent, none corporate image. AllSaints has had a long standing history of collaborating with the music industry, such as; U2, Stereophonics, Kelis, Robbie Williams, and Kings of Leon. These were amongst the first artists to work with the brand. To the dedication to the music, the brand hosts its own underground all music parties throughout the year. Mission Statement and Values AllSaints aim is to create and design desirable clothing that expresses a persons individuality and their attitude, with an emphasis on directional, sharp fashion. AllSaints stands for being a brand leader; their mission is to create a brand that blends cultural, fashion and music into a potent formula of desirable clothing that expresses individuality and attitude. The brand has now built a portfolio of 25 stand‐alone stores and 34 concessions in key cities nationwide with three international stores amongst them. Number of Stores and Locations AllSaints have over 50 stores across the country, also locations such as Europe and expanding more stores through out the USA.
