Hello, Cougar girls!
Country Hills Brownie Troop #2375 is accepting new members! Girl Scouts was founded in 1912 by Juliette Gordon Low and is now the world’s largest organization dedicated to girls. Girl Scouts is known for its nurturing environment where girls can learn new skills and, most of all, how to be good members of their communities. Throughout this year and the future years that you may decide to participate in Girl Scouts, you will learn important values that will benefit both you and those around you for the rest of your life, such as leadership, social conscience, strong values, and self-worth. This year we will take field trips and complete projects that will strengthen our friendships as we learn how to serve others in our community! We will learn that we are all different and that those differences aren’t a bad thing at all- they’re what makes us each unique and special! Girl Scouts is fun and rewarding, and it’s a great way to make new friends! Our troop meets on Thursday evenings and will eat and learn together! If you’d like to see what it’s like to be in our troop, please visit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1iBONpTVAg Please contact Katie Moore for more information! We hope to see you at one of our troop meetings very soon!
