Your Portrait Experience

Your portrait experience begins with a presession visit, preferably in person, which provides the opportunity to chat in order to create and plan the vision for your portrait session If you cannot meet in person, we can schedule a phone, facetime, or zoom chat that works with you schedule

When we visit, we will choose your date, session style, and location, visit about your display goals while you view and hold the products, coordinate your style, and discuss how to best prepare for your session

In order to secure the date of your portrait session, you must pay at least 50% of your session fee, with the remaining amount being due 48 hours before your session

Payments are accepted in cash, local checks, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal You will sign a contract that outlines the agreements for your portrait session prior to the session

After your session is completed, within 14 business days, you will hear from Katrina regarding how to view your images and choose your favorites Your images will be SOFT PROOFED, which means that they have been cropped and adjusted for color correctness, but they are not in their final form

Also, at this time, we can visit again about what you would like to DO with your images We will go through your selections and talk about how you plan to display your images and what products would help meet your goals best

Any images that you choose will receive the full “special sauce ” This means they will be hand processed by Katrina to match her signature style Stray hairs will be tames, skin will receive special attention, and any custom requrests will be applied (some extra fees may apply)
