Pioneer Studios New Policies: (Starting April 1, 2011) What is Pioneer Studios new policy regarding booking of shoots? To make an inquiry or booking contact the studio receptionist through our landline (632) 632-7683, (632) 400-1420 or email shoot@pioneerstudios.ph. Clients who contact the studio more than a week before their desired shoot date(s) can place up to three dates on hold as “tentative bookings” if the schedule of their shoot is still not final. A week before the shoot, the studio receptionist will contact the client to follow up on their “tentative bookings”. Should the client decide to “confirm”, they will be required to pay the 50% deposit based on the calculated rental charges. Should the client decide to “cancel” at this time-- it will be free of charge without obligation. Clients who contact the studio less than a week before their desired shoot date(s) will automatically be asked to “confirm” their shoot date(s) and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit based on the calculated rental charges. We strongly advise clients who book at this time to make sure that their shoot schedule is “already final” before making a reservation. Pioneer Studios will not give “refunds” due to illness, emergencies, or any event beyond our control should the client decide to cancel the shoot. For our client’s convenience, the 50% deposit can be paid electronically with any BANCNET ATM CARD through our “new” online payment gateway PESOPAY. For clients who prefer to pay in cash or company check they may also hand deliver it to Pioneer Studios. Please make checks payable to 123 Pioneer Studios Inc. Pioneer Studios will not honor a booking unless we receive the 50% deposit. Please pay it no later than 48 hours after confirming the shoot otherwise we will give the slot to the next client. If a client is interested in a shoot date that is already on hold as a “tentative booking” or reserved as a “confirmed booking” we will put them on a “waitlist” should the slot become available due to a cancellation. What is Pioneer Studios new policy regarding time before and after the shoot? Pioneer Studios will only give the client 30 minutes free for setup before the shoot proper. For example, if the client booked the studio at 9:00am their call time will be 8:30am. We advice clients to be punctual. Clients who arrive earlier than their call time can either wait in our reception/café-bar area or decide to start before their booked time if the studio is already available. Clients who arrive later than their call time will still be charged based on the time in their booking unless the studio receptionist is informed 24 hours in advance that there will be a delay. If the client needs more time to complete the shoot they will be allowed “to extend” as long as it does not overlap with the start of the next shoot. Additional time in excess of the reserved time will be calculated in 15-minute intervals based on the current studio rental rate. For example, if the shoot was scheduled to end at 3:00pm but extended till 3:10pm the client will be billed till 3:15pm or charged one-fourth of the current hourly rental rate. Pioneer Studios will not consider the shoot “finished” until the studio is totally vacated. Please do not settle your bill with the studio receptionist before this time. Our clients are free to use our reception/café-bar area should they want to unwind after the shoot proper. What is Pioneer Studios new policy regarding OT Rates? Overtime: 6pm-9pm add 125.00/hour 6am-9am add 125.00/hour

9pm-12am add 250.00/hour 12am-6am add 500.00/hour

Sundays/Special Working Holidays: Add 250.00/hour Legal Non-Working Holidays: Add 500.00/hour
