Design priority 1. To provide a cost-effective roof for the artist. 2. To provide vernacular design with local materials. 3. To develop the present lake condition by providing better landscape and trees for the wetland ecosystem to retain nature, providing rainwater harvesting techniques. 4. Provide buildings connected to nature. 5. Provide the public, and informal spaces to enhance the social cohesion between the inter-disciplinary artists. 6. To provide space for the birds. And retain the habitat in better condition. User priorities 1. The primary focus is on the space of the artist, which is being proposed to get better inspiration, a better environment to enhance their creativity and to learn about the art market, and how to market their artwork. 2. Secondly, a visitor (whether an artist or not) who will come to attend the art exhibition should get total visibility of the site in one go. Should feel the design see the artists while working. And then they will park their vehicle. 3. It’s an international artist residency so foreigners should see the beauty of the site and landscape.






The natural environment sustains the life of all beings universally.



We are not above nature, we are a part of nature.



The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.



Look after the land and the land will look after you, destroy the land and it will destroy you.
