It is the plotline which binds the entire story of a design project. As a story, research based analysis of site and user group , are part of the first act. Concept forms the second act , implementing the first act to visualise design spaces and the . ethos of a place. It fails to hold its value when defined by abstraction; instead, it should be perceived as a justification and a proof of design decisions. . .

The Delhi development authority (dda) is set to develop suburban Dwarka as a smart city, with plenty of entertainment and commercial projects coming up in the zone.
MOVEMENT ON SITE
The area is visualised as a self-sustainable business hub offering an environment suitable for mobile workforce and entrepreneurs with advanced office facilities for start-ups and corporation. Analysis of the master plan of the zone leads to requirement of a residential project that targets and provides for mixed income users with one cluster typology .
SOUTH ELEVATION
Designed cluster caters 4 mixed user group typology in one, with double height perforations acting as courts, staggering alternating corridors encouraging privacy and minimising circulation.

University project takes advantage of the contoured terrain and the low lying catchment area , through a series of “Learning courtyards” forming the main axis of the building complex ,leading towards the main gathering area around the water body. . The spaces try to embody “Indian ethos of architecture” through its interaction of open and closed spaces. . Built mass tries to bring back the poetry and rhythm to spaces, as it tries to mimic the contour levels leading to the water body, which acts as a relief point. . GROUND FLOOR PLAN

LANDSCAPE OF COMMEMORATION
DESIGN ABSTRACT
The proposal is the commemoration and phantasmagorical critique of a junk space. It seeks to reflect upon the present consumerist society and highlight their everyday mundane surroundings. . It is a speculative reinterpretation of the city's rising commercial belt, as an urban artefact and forming a new industrial park at the city's central park, hybridizing the mechanical functions and processes of industry with the mechanics of amusement juxtaposing themes of consumerism, manufacturing, tourism and pleasure.
THE COMIC REFLECTS THE MAZE THAT TRAPS THE OTHERWISE ALOOF PUBLIC IT HIGHLIGHTS THE EQUIPMENTS THAT HELPS PROGRAM THE INTERIORITY THAT ONE OPERATES SO SEAMLESSLY WITHIN TODAY. IT LEADS TO REFLECTION OF THE PERSON’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EVER EXISTING,CONCEALED JUNK SPACES AROUND.
JOURNEY STARTS, UNKOWNINGLY BENEATH CENTRAL PARK
CONNAUGHT PLACE - SITE JUSTIFICATION
.
An interface is created between the city and its public, through a landscape that redefines the image of the city’s centre - central park Connaught place. . Central park generates a lot of public interest and hence draws a huge crowd throughout the day .It sits on top of Rajiv chowK , which in today’s time has become a symbol of seamless interiority .
