Emerging Concerns  UPLB is a multi-cultural university, thereby GC will further strengthen linkages with the Graduate School for creating gender sensitive and responsive campus Series of gender responsive seminar which is culturally sensitive


Review the existing university policy that carries discriminatory statement against gender, ethnicity and class; Institute/propose gender responsive policy reforms in admission, hiring, and promotion of faculty, REPS, staff and students


 Institutionalize linkages with gender-aware organization in campus  Promote understanding of LGBT rights and gender equality in the university (conduct series of gender-sensitivity seminars focus on lgbt issues and concerns)

Topic of research on the causes of inequality in education services and issues on violence against women and reproductive health
