Levelling and Learning Session Profile of Shortlisted Applicants (4th batch)


Application Period PCW posted in the website the Pooling of applications for the 4th Batch of the GAD Resource Pool and sent email to certified GR Pool members for referrals Deadline of submission of application for GR Pool Batch 4 PCW-TSD received a total of 64 applications for the 4th Batch of the Pool.


Application Process Submission of duly accomplished NGRP Form A (Profile Form) and Form B (TNA)


Shortlisting • May 28, 2015-Shortlisting of the potential members of the GR Pool Batch 4 by the PCW Screening Committee The criteria for selecting the members of the GR Pool were: (1) Proven track record as GAD resource person; (2) Previous engagements with PCW; (3) Vouched for/endorsed by other GAD resource persons and PCW officers; and (4) Availability to attend capacity development activities respond to technical assistance requests.

Convening of GAD Resource Pool (Batches 1, 2 and 3) • November 4-6, 2013- Twenty-one (21) individual thematic GAD experts from NGAs, LGUs, Academe, CSOs and independent GAD consultants completed the levelling and learning session (Batch 1) in Manila Grand Opera Hotel. • February 26-28, 2014- Sixteen (16) individual and thematic GAD experts from NGAs, LGUs, Academe, CSOs and independent GAD consultants completed the levelling and learning session (Batch 2) in Fersal Hotel, Kalayaan, Quezon City. • July 29-August 1, 2014 – Twenty-six (26) GAD practitioners were levelled-off on the TORs of GR Pool members and delivery of GAD TA (Batch 3)at the Ciudad Christhia Resort (9 Waves), San Mateo, Rizal
