During the summer, many libraries attract children through their doors by offering exciting family activities.
From reading aloud, silent reading contests and puppet shows, you can find an array of opportunities to get your kid’s nose buried in a book.
While you are there, make sure to sign up for a library card. It can spark a love for learning.
Libraries tend to plan ongoing activities for kids of certain ages. So, this is one family outing that you can keep going year-round.

The spring and summer months are perfect for introducing your child to the wonders of nature.
Children love spending time around barnyard pets. First find a petting zoo near you.
Then let your kids help feed a baby goat or stroke the soft down feathers of a little duckling.
Going to the petting zoo lets some of your kid’s favorite stories come alive while also inspiring a nurturing spirit.
