Managing Director

Dear AVH Family, In the past four years, i.e. since the creation of the company, from ideas to reality we have accomplished so much. Setting up at four locations - Halkarni, Hubli, Sambalpur and Jajpur - we have grown from a small team to a large family now! This would not have been possible without your support. Every single one of you has contributed to this very educational journey. We have learnt a lot, made a lot of right decisions and a few mistakes! Thank you for standing by me in our journey. It has not been easy and the road was very rocky but I’m sure with your support and hard work we can make this dream a reality. The future is bright and I am looking forward to interacting with each and every one of you. I have started this newsletter as a sharing space for everyone to know our success. Please use this medium to interact with the rest of the team. All the best! Vikram

Ltd. situated on the second and third floors. Upadrastha House is located on Dr. V. B. Gandhi Marg, previously known as Forbes Street, in the Fort Precinct. Jajpur Plant Inception

The journey of the Jajpur plant set up started on 12th November 2014 with a site inspection conducted by the team. The plant which is located in Jajpur District was shut down for the past four years, had bare minimum requirements and sheltered lizards and other types of reptiles. We embraced the challenge to re-establish this plant. We invited our core technical experts to visit the plant site. They verified and tested the details of the equipment and sanctioned their approval for takeover. On 17th December 2014, the plant’s fixed assets and equipments were handed over to the AVH Group. It was a tough challenge, but the trial run of the plant was our top priority. The core experts initiated an update of the process equipments. Security was deployed to the site. The production area and administrative office was covered with five to six feet tall grass. We engaged local contractors to clear the grass and

availed limited resources to clean the entire area and to attend to other requirements. The New Year started on a bright and prosperous note. Almost as a symbol of the first stepping stone, the Guest house was inaugurated on 1st January 2015. And to celebrate, the first lunch was served to our employees. On 21st January 2015, we performed a puja at the Jajpur plant. Our official trial run was a success! The raw material was delivered at the plant on 21st January 2015 and we produced our finished product on 31st January 2015. It has been a long journey from where we started to what we are now. Here’s to several more milestones to reach!
