ISLANDER NEWS FEEDBACK • WAIT TIME/RELIABILITY
- Can’t ever use it because I wait for over 30 mins for one. - Every time I requested a ride my requests were never answered (Ironically I see the Freebee riding around with no riders most of the time). - Totally unreliable service for our family - The point to point it is true does not answer your calls and you don’t know if you’re coming or not. - It takes forever… - I’ve tried but it is totally unreliable and takes forever. - I have opted not to use it a few times because the wait time was quite long - Waiting time is forever ! - Great idea but completely unreliable. - It is a great service but waiting time is forever!! - Don’t like the fact that kids try to use it and they wait forever because you prioritize by age
• OTHER FEEDBACK
- They drive like crazy in my condominium. It’s eve dangerous to be with them in the golf cart. They are always looking at the phone and driving. - Incorporate a system like Uber pool where it optimizes the routes to pick up and drop off more riders 3
