As the point-person for residents and businesses, you will provide guidance on energy efficiency programs, funding sources, and other initiatives. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of community and economic development programs that foster sustainable growth. Coordinating public outreach activities will be essential to engage residents and businesses in our community. As part of our dynamic team, you will provide staff support to various boards, committees, and subcommittees. You will collaborate with the PREP Team and other energy-related Town Committees, contributing to energy research and updates to master plans.

As a Paraprofessional with The Crotched Mountain School, you will work independently with a school-age student, or as part of a team to assist students, with behavior management within a structured school environment. Our Paraprofessionals assist individuals to progress toward his or her highest level of achievement while being challenged, motivated and encourage. To best promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth, Paraprofessionals are responsible for providing necessary academic accommodations as outlined in the students' IEP and continuously working with students to meet specific academic and behavior related goals.

Responsibilities Include:

* Maintaining a consistent and safe environment for students.

* Assisting and accompanying children in all activities throughout the day.

* Supporting teacher/teacher assistant in implementation of the Individualized Education * Program (IEP) and behavior plans for assigned student(s).

* Assisting educators in devising strategies to reinforce materials and skills to students.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor/Associate's in related field preferred

* High school diploma plus 2 years of experience required

* Experience working with individuals with disabilities, a plus!

* Able to pass a background check

Shaker Regional School District has immediate openings for two (2) full-time, year-round, custodians at Belmont Middle School and one (1) full-time, year-round custodian at Belmont High School to perform cleaning according to an established schedule.

Hours are 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch during the school year and 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch during school vacations.

Starting pay is $14.37/hour through June 20, 2023, then $15.87/hour effective July 1, 1023.

Must be reliable, have the ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. Our full time positions qualify for our comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, life, long-term disability and paid sick, personal and holidays.

Salary: $76,585-$105,560

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing or the Administrator, performs clinical and administrative functions for the facility. The ADON position serves as clinical and professional role model for the Nursing Department staff, delegates and/or performs daily shift administrative tasks and follows up on various items, ensures timely development and implementation of written care plan for each resident, makes rounds of all units and continuously communicates with nursing staff, providers and Director of Nursing. Supervises staff RNs, LPNs, MNAs, LNAs, Paid Feeding Assistants and Unit Aides.

Duties require knowledge of nursing equivalent to completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and five to Seven years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as a supervisor required. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Hampshire or have the ability to obtain licensure. Knowledge of long-term care and geriatric nursing highly desired. Must have knowledge of and comply with relevant state and federal laws, rules and regulations, including the administrative rules as set forth by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
