When you reserve this property, all guests agree to the lake “rules”that arestated below:

Young Children areonly allowed to swim in the lakeif an adult is present and has constant supervision over the children No roughhousing around dock No swimming at night or in storms Do not hang out on the metal dock duringthunderstorms and/orlightening Drinking while boating and swimming is very dangerous and is strongly discouraged. No glass on the dock

8. 9. Keep gates to the backyard locked at all times

Life Jackets are NOT provided with your rental. You assume responsibility for life jackets for everyone in your rental party. 10.The 2005 Odyssey Pontoon Boat is a private boat and is not to have the cover removed, used or movedAT ALL.

Waiver of liability:

You understand that you are at your own risk when reserving this lakefront property. You will full accept any responsibility for any harm caused when using the lake, home, and surrounding propertyand will not hold the property owner responsible. You fully understand all of the dangers that come with children and lakefront property when not adequately supervised by an adult. There are added dangers for people who swim, boat or enjoy the lake when they have health problems, intoxicated, using drugs or any medicines, or if you are pregnant. By renting out this property, you have agreed to informall of your guests about the rules and potential dangers of lake swimming, boating and floatingand will be solely held responsible for any accidents that occur withyou andyour guests. You agree to waive any claim against the owner for pg. 8 accidents you or your guest have when enjoying a lakefront property.
