On The Cover July 2011 As we look toward celebrating our nation and how we got to where we are, KCSM TV will present several programs that celebrate us! Tim Janis: Beautiful America (Saturday, July 2 at 8:30pm) shows us the beauty of this land that we live in. If you haven't been able to travel, tune in from the comfort of your couch and see some our magnificent sites. Questioning The Constitution (Sunday, July 3 at 8:00pm) looks at the document upon which we are governed, and examines whether or not it can —or should —be updated. Marina at West Point: Unity Through Diversity (Monday, July 4 at 8:30pm) features the West Point Cadets and Glee Club singing some of our most patriotic melodies. Long Shadows: The Legacy of the American Civil War (Sunday, July 17 at 8:00pm) explores the ways in which the American Civil War can still be felt today, nearly 150 years after the last shot was fired. Have a safe and Happy 4th of July!
