Internal flexibility: • Rivolta Carmignani has designed the whole process with extra-capacity of machines (warping, weaving, finishing, hemming, embroidering) so that we can improve production output in a very short range of time through extra-time or additional shifts External flexibility: • Rivolta Carmignani has contributed to develop a regional network of subcontractors that are ready to absorb extra-production from Rivolta Carmignani in a 3 months time maximum; • The sub-contractors are normally specialized on a single part of the manufacturing process and are daily controlled directly by Rivolta Carmignani QC's and production personnel
Thanks to its planned flexibility, in six months of 2012 Rivolta Carmignani was able to deliver to a major Italian Customer, twice the quantity normally produced in one year March 2015
