I thought I knew a little bit about yoga philosophy, but have been humbled to find out how much I have still to learn. Dr Rao’s incredible depth of knowledge about not only the sutras, but yoga and vedic philosophy in general is remarkable. I have read the sutras and various commentaries on it over the past few years, but have never had it explained so concisely and clearly and in such a way as to be able to apply the sutra learning’s into not only my yoga practice, but also everyday life. Beyond that, I found Dr Rao inspirational to listen to and his messages were very close to my heart. Needless to say, as a yoga teacher and yoga student, I walk away inspired to become a better teacher, deepen my practice and a better human being. I want to Thank Kaivalyadhama and Dr Rao for a wonderful and fulfilling experience. - Greg (Participant)

Programme on health, management and yoga for ONGC
Chronic Cures Retreat Seven participants with a variety of problems - anxiety and depression, fibromyalgia, hives break outs and biopolar disorder. Some people applied themselves to the programme with honesty and endurance and those achieved excellent results.
Twenty-five participants from across ONGC –Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited avidly and zealously participated in the corporate yoga programme conducted by Kaivalyadhama at Lonavala from 2nd to 4th November. The main theme of the programme was Health Management and Yoga. The programme was highly appreciated and enjoyed because of it practical and useful nature for life.
One lady told us at the closing that she had unexplained hives since she was small. The doctors couldn’t establish the cause of her condition nor could they find an antidote. When she came 3 weeks ago she took strong antihistamine tablets 6 times a day to prevent hives. As the retreat progressed she started to cut her histamine intake and in last 3 days of the retreat she could stop completely.

Another person talked about her crippling fibromyalgia. The doctors couldn’t find the reason for her condition, nor could they help her in any way - only by prescribing the painkillers. She worked very hard during the retreat and she was able to connect the occurring pains with a very specific negative emotion she harbored deep in her heart. As a result in 3 weeks she felt a dramatic improvement in her energy levels, in decreased level of pain. She found hope and faith that she will be able to continue with tools she learned at home and improve her condition even more. These are just 2 cases, among 7, where yoga helped in chronic health challenges where conventional medicine was helpless.”

Beyond Cancer Retreat Beyond Cancer retreat was conducted in the cool and pleasant month of February. We had 3 French ladies, an English and Italian and 2 Indian ladies. Specifically, 6 breast cancers, an ovarian and colon cancer. There was a vast age difference among the participants - the oldest was 72 and youngest was 44. Yoga is unlimited in creating miracles for people. Despite (or maybe because) quite difficult circumstances participants showed great improvements not only in test scores but more importantly in the way they felt. First - Selma stage 4 cancer, came to retreat so weak and fatigued that she had to use the wheelchair to move around. However, in her second week the improvement was so significant that she used the wheelchair to carry her bag around.

In February 29 participants from different cities and states of India, as well as, from Canada, Spain, Italy, Holland and China went through meditative experiences with traditional meditation techniques culled-out from Shrimat Bhagwat, Shiva Samhita and Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. Basic principles behind these techniques have been drawn from Viveka Chudamani and Patanjala Yoga Sutra and Bhagwat Gita. Participants appreciated a systematic approach to meditative experiences through Pranayama, Mudra, and Dharana based practices that gradually lead one to meditative states. Shri R.S. Bhogal conducted this very popular workshop. Previously he conducted the same for a group of 45 participants in November in Lonavala.
Yoga Instructor Course for students of Yoga Lite, France I found much more in the retreat than what I expected. I always connected India with Ayurveda. I knew yoga to be only asanas and I could never understand the value of it. But what blew my mind was the yoga therapy - learning and experiencing how asanas, pranayama and meditation affect different layers of our multi-level existence - the body, the mind and the soul. I understood that now I have a very powerful tool to ensure that I can improve my life for better and sustain my energy. Yoga nidra was for me revelation. I knew I had something heavy deep inside of my heart but I didn’t know what it was and how to find it. Yoga Nidra and Forgiveness meditation helped me not only to uncover my deep-seated issues but also resolve them completely. I wouldn’t be able to do it without this program. The retreat is a game changer and I encourage everyone to take either Beyond Cancer or Chronic Cures. It will change your life!.

Promotion of Yoga in Schools
Training for the Senior Functionaries of the Kendriya Vidyalay Sangathan A week long workshop was held for the Principals, Assistant Commissioners and Joint Commissioner from 23rd to 29th of Sep 2017. The inherent idea of this workshop is to give experience as to the effect of Yoga, so that two fold benefits are achieved. The first is relief from the burnt out stress and secondly provide an experience which will encourage them to implement this in their own school. The KVS is like a family to the institute, since the association goes back to 1980’s. These steps from the HQ were highly appreciated. Yoga essentially is an experiential science, and this opportunity for the officials is an investment for promotion of Yoga.

Comparative Effects of Shavasana and Yoga Meditation on BioPhase Angle, Resting Metabolic Rate and Emotional Intelligence, in Students of a Yoga College Principal Investigator Shri R.S. Bhogal Assistance Mrs Pratibha Rajbhoj Duration August 2016 - December 2017
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY The Research Study orients itself to comparing both the interventions (Shavasana and Meditation) in the light of their effects on selected psycho-physiological functions, so as to ascertain distinctive fundamental feature/s, if any, between both the interventions in the context of quality & extent of relaxation., perceiving more exact implications of these interventions for serious spiritual seekers. There is no study reported, so far, relating the technique of Yoga Meditation, mentioned in Shiva Samhita. This study attempts to validate the claims made in Shiva Samhita regarding the effects of this technique of Yoga Meditation. Thus, the study would help to preserve and propagate the traditional technique of Yoga Meditation, in the interest of the common man.

Patient Case studies
Principal Investigator Ms Anita Verma Co-Investigator Mr Sanjay Shete
This fundamental research was aimed at finding out the effects of Meditation (recommended in Shiva Samhita V: 69-70) and Shavasana (as recommended by Swami Kuvalayananda (1966) on the cellular health (measured through Bio-Phase Angle (measured in degrees) and RMR (measured in terms of Kcal/ day). A standardised questionnaire, Exploring Emotional Abilities (EEA) Test was employed to assess Emotional Intelligence with its five dimensions (Self Awareness, Self control, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills).
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Numbers of patients with various disorders visit Kaivalyadhama for yoga, Ayurveda, and Naturopathy treatments. However, the prognosis of these patients was not documented scientifically so far. Therefore, case studies were undertaken to assess and document the efficacy of treatment provided at Kaivalyadhama. In this context, four common disorders i.e. diabetes, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypothyroidism were selected. The patients visiting Kaivalyadhama are screened by resident doctors and shortlisted for testing at SRD. METHODOLOGY Rating scales were administered to the selected patients at the baseline and after completion of their treatment along with blood tests. This is a longitudinal study and will be continued till we get substantial data for further statistical analysis. Number of patients completed is as follows: Ŕ Ŕ Ŕ Ŕ
METHODOLOGY The collected data were analyzed by employing the statistical software AAHPERD, Version-10, whereas Descriptive Data Analysis using Inferential Statistics were employed.
Diabetes: 48 Hypothyroid: 24 Asthma: 7 Rheumatoid Arthritis: 5

Motormen Training Project Principal Investigator Mr Sanjay Shete Co-Investigators Ms Anita Verma Mr D.D. Kulkarni
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY The profession of railway engine driver, especially in metropolitan cities in India, is very hectic and full of uncertainties which cause high stress resulting from long working hours, night duty, and irregular timings. These factors may increase the risk of various physical, mental and psychosomatic disorders. Therefore, this study was undertaken to assess the effect of yoga training programme on psychomotor performance in railway motormen. METHODOLOGY Pretests and post tests were conducted at the baseline and after one month of yoga intervention. The tests conducted were Audio-visual reaction time, Anticipation time, Back Leg Strength, Hand grip dynamometer, flexibility, judgment time and blood pressure. The data was collected on 69 motormen in three batches. PRELIMINARY FINDINGS Preliminary findings showed that yoga training for one month was helpful to improve psychomotor performance of railway motormen. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
STATUS BIOPAC MP160 has been procured for assessment of various physiological variables such as ECG, Heart Rate, EDA, and RR. The training of data recording and acquisition has been completed. Yoga Training Effect on Body Shape Index in Urban Obese Adult Males Principal Investigator Mr D.D. Kulkarni
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Obesity is most common phenomena of physiological and metabolic disorder which gives rise to various ailments such as cardio-vascular risk, diabetes, hypertension, etc. According to WHO obesity is killer disease next to heart disease and diabetes. As per WHO degree of obesity is classified as per Body Mass Index (BMI) profile. The BMI up to 25 is normal and healthy weight, BMI> 25-30 is classified as Obese Type I, BMI> 30-35 Obese Type II and above BMI 35 as Obese Type III. However, mere BMI is not giving complete picture of Obese related mortality risk factor. Therefore induction of Surface Body Shape Area (S-BSA) and Surface Body Shape Index (S-BSI) parameters will be more relevant especially for yoga practice effects on obese subjects. Since, traditional text claims that yoga practice leads to ideal body shape and maintains optimum body weight, this study is taken to understand Yoga effects on Obesity through S-BSI parameters. METHODOLOGY Data is being collected on obese participants from Health Care CenterLonavla. Till date, data on 20 participants has been collected. PRELIMINARY FINDINGS Preliminary findings on pre and post data suggests decrease in B-SBSA and decrease in S-BSI. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY The findings of this study will be helpful in demonstrating the efficacy of Kaivalyadhama’s treatment protocol for the selected disorders.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY According to the WHO factsheet of 2017, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) kill forty million people each year, equivalent to 70% of all deaths globally. Cardiovascular diseases account for most (17.7 million) NCD deaths annually, followed by cancers (8.8 million), respiratory diseases (3.9 million), and diabetes (1.6 million). WHO reports that these four groups of diseases account for over 80% of all premature NCD deaths. In such a scenario, it is imperative that more and more research is conducted on the value of using suitable practices and techniques that can prevent such premature deaths, rather, help promote health and wellness among people with NCDs. In this context, the ancient discipline of yoga along with allied practices, can help bring the required health and balance to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of an individual. There has been hardly any research so far, which has qualitatively looked at the detailed and deeper psychological impact of yoga practices on patients suffering from cancer and other chronic NCDs. This study will fill this research gap. METHODOLOGY The participants from these yoga retreats were investigated following a pre-post design with a year-long longitudinal follow-up approach. 1. Long-term follow-up tests related to six online psychological tests after three, six months, and twelve months of the cancer patients from the Feb 2017 batch was done. 2. Long-term follow-up tests related to six online psychological tests after three and six months of patients from the other NCDs Mar 2017 batch was done. 3. Pre and post testing, after three-weeks of yoga related to six online psychological tests of the other NCDs patients from the Jan 2018 batch and cancer patients from the Feb 2018 batch was done. PRELIMINARY FINDINGS 1. Data from six cancer patients of the Feb 2017 batch showed lower total mood disturbance scores after three weeks of the yoga retreat, the minimum to maximum difference in the two scores ranging from 5 to 103 points, respectively. Although mood scores at three and six months of follow-up did not show the same levels of improvement, neither of the scores returned to the baseline. This indicated that their total mood disturbance scores had lowered even after a period of six months as compared to their scores before the yoga retreat. On an average, for the six cancer patients, other measures of anxiety, depression, quality of life, perceived stress, coping self-efficacy and psychological flourishing showed a trend towards improvement after three weeks of yoga, and this continued for some of them even at three and six months. 2. The long-term results of the psychological tests from the Beyond Cancer Feb 2017 batch were presented by Dr Praseeda Menon in an international conference on Integrative Oncology. The abstract of the talk was also published in the souvenir of the conference. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY The current study will analyze the detailed psychological impact of a residential, three-week, multi-limbed, complementary and alternative care regimen, focusing mainly on yoga practices, held at Kaivalyadhama at various time-periods for patients suffering from cancer and other chronic NCDs, each separately.

Education, Rehabilitation and Research Programme (ERRP) on Yoga for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Principal Investigator Dr Praseeda Menon Duration 2017-20
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY The Scientific Research Department in collaboration with Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth’s Centre for Yoga Therapy, Education and Research (CYTER), Puducherry has proposed a comprehensive Education, Rehabilitation, and Research Programme (ERRP) focused on yoga education for children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), which would in due course expand into a quantitative cum qualitative research programme. This is the next step after the success of the collaborative event with CYTER, called Yoga Mela, for special needs’ children and the resulting research documentary about it. The documentary serves as an open-access repository of work done in this area, and is freely available on the YouTube channel of Kaivalyadhama. The three objectives of the ERRP are as follows: 1. To create awareness among the caregivers of children with special needs that yoga could be taught in a way that children with special needs would not only take it up as an everyday practice and as a way of life, but also enjoy doing so and have fun with it. 2. To train a greater number of educators from existing special schools/centres in using yogic practices in an interesting and fun-filled manner for special-needs groups to be able to provide the fertile inner ground required for their overall development. 3. To undertake longitudinal qualitative and quantitative research on the role of yogic practices in influencing the quality of life of people with IDD and their caregivers, as well as, empower their caregivers at the schools/centres with the observational tools to periodically monitor their own and their wards’ struggles and victories in this intervention activity. METHODOLOGY 1. Prepared the ERRP brochure for generating funds and circulated it among interested people. Coordinated with special schools in Maharashtra to depute their staff to the Train the Trainers Programme (TTP) held in Mar 2018 at Kaivalyadhama. Dr Meena Ramanathan, CYTER, Pondicherry, is the chief facilitator of the TTP. The TTP was organised at Kaivalyadhama where research was Presented in the area of yoga for special needs and its scientific rationale. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY 1. A fully sponsored TTP at Kaivalyadhama in March 2018 was attended by 28 teachers working with special needs’ children in various schools in Maharashtra and 21 interested students from Kdham. 2. Awareness generated among a larger number of special educators about using yogic practices in an interesting way with their children back in the schools 3. Training given to a greater number of educators from existing special schools/ centres about the novel approach to yoga for special needs’ groups as well as the modified yoga protocol to be followed. 4. Contacts established with a small number of special educators and their institutes, who would be interested in contributing to the research aspect of the ERRP.

The efficacy of yoga practices on endocrine and psychological parameters in young unmarried girls with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS): A prospective study Principal Investigator Dr Vaishali Korde, Prof. & HoD, Dept of Obstetrics and Gynecology, MIMER Medical College, Talegaon, Pune Co-Investigator Dr Praseeda Menon Duration 2017-19
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine disorder affecting women of childbearing age characterised by increased androgen production and ovulatory dysfunction. It is the most common endocrine disorder in reproductiveaged women. Since stress plays a major role in aggravating PCOS, yoga therapy is effective in PCOS. Yoga poses such as asanas, relaxation practices, Pranayama and meditation are effective as stress busters. Yoga asanas help to stretch the pelvic area, and Pranayama and meditation soothe the mind. Yoga helps to regulate the endocrine glands in the body, thereby balancing the hormones. In the current study, unmarried girls aged 18-25 would be enrolled as particpants. The participants will practice a module of asanas and other yogic practices, which are particularly beneficial for PCOS, for one hour/day for twelve weeks or more. Certain bio-chemical and psychological parameters will be measured before and after yoga intervention. METHODOLOGY 1. Developed a psychological test related to PCOS related quality of life (QoL) to be used specifically in this project. 2. Created online forms for the Information sheet, Consent form, and the psychological tests 3. Conducted pretesting of psychological tests through online forms for the pilot phase of the project
3. Prepared jointly the data sets in the statistical software
4. Obtained written consent and collected pretesting data from 12 unmarried girls before starting the yoga intervention on socio-demographics, perceived stress, coping self-efficacy, mood states, and PCOS-QoL as a part of the pilot phase of the study.
4. Data entry for the Indian samples of the research project have been completed. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY 1. A research collaboration between University of La Laguna, Spain, and Kaivalyadhama has been established and an MoU signed to this effect in April 2017, which is valid for four years and subject to renewal.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
2. Data from 197 Indian people and 100 Spanish people regarding their detailed socio-demographics, beliefs about health, and the psychological tests of Difficulties in Emotion Regulation (DERS-18), Relational Compassion Scale (RCS), Multidimensional Assessment of Interceptive Awareness (MAIA), and Experiences Questionnaire – Decentering scale have been collected until now. More data is being collected from the Spanish sample. The data coding, cleaning and analysis will be done after the Spanish sample size matches the Indian sample size.
1.
A psychological test, Scale for Menstrual and PCOS QoL (SMPQoL), was developed specifically for the purpose of the project
2.
Yoga training was organised for 12 unmarried girls thrice a week in 25 sessions as a part of the pilot phase of the project.

For eons, the value of Yogic System for treatment, rehabilitation and prophylaxis of certain diseases has been well known and rightfully acknowledged. Thus the Rugna Seva Mandir, a department devoted exclusively to the treatment of various diseases through yoga, has been functioning at Kaivalyadham since 1924, its year of inception. With the passage of time the number of patients seeking the advantages of yogic therapy increased and the need was felt to establish a full-fledged Yogic Hospital to cater to them. This became possible with the bountiful donation by Shri Amritlal Gupta, who personally experienced the benefits of yogic therapy. The Shrimati Amolakdevi Tirathram Gupta Hospital is a result of his magnanimous donation. Since founding in 1924, the number of patients seeking the advantages of yogic therapy increased to the point of justifying a full- fledged yogic hospital. This is the first ever hospital of its kind in India where yogic treatment is given under complete medical supervision and results assessed on scientific lines with the help of a research laboratory. The aim now is to provide people with an efficient system of health management through yogic practices, Ayurvedic cleansing and naturopathic treatments. The health center at Kaivalydhama has about 70 rooms and hosts over 3000 people every year. People come for weekly packages consisting of yoga and relaxation, panchkarma and ayurvedic therapy and naturopathy and massage therapy. The accommodations are spread across the campus, with simple clean rooms, attached toilets, air-conditioning and a vegetarian diet.

Yoga Programmes
01. Yoga & Relaxation Yoga and Relaxation is a programme including Asana and Pranayama, Tratak, Chanting, Pranayama and specific Yogic advice along with food and stay. Any therapy, if availed by these participants, is given on ala-carte basis, in Ayurveda or Naturopathy departments. The yoga that Kaivalyadhama promotes has three main parts: First is the practice of asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation. Asanas induce increased awareness of physical and psychological processes by controlled stretching, contraction, and relaxation of various muscles, coordinated through balance and holding of postures. Pranayama involves the manipulation of breathing and an increased awareness of pressures within the chest and abdomen. Kriyas are purifying processes which eliminate toxins from the body. Finally, meditation practice increases awareness of one’s mental functioning. It makes us more aware of our restlessness, which in turn creates feelings of fear, insecurity, and stress. All aspects of this first part of treatment combine to return the body to its healthy, harmonious, and balanced state. The second part is concerned with the regulation of diet as well as control of daily habits such as sleep, recreation, and work. This helps in removing the irritants responsible for much of our imbalances. Finally, the third part concerns changes in attitude, behavior, and lifestyle. Basic intention of this programme is to improve the Yogic practices and relax in the beautiful environment Each programme is of duration in multiple of one week, and start from Sunday.
162
02. Yoga & Naturopathy
03. Yoga & Ayurveda
This programme includes Naturopathic therapies in addition to sessions for yoga –relaxation. The principal aim of Naturopathy is to teach people the art of healthy living by changing their daily routine and habits—this not only cures the disease but makes our bodies strong and glowing.
This includes all facilities of Yoga Relaxation plus specific Ayurvedic Therapy in form of Panchakarma.
There are four classifications: food, mud, water and massage therapies. In food therapy, the idea is to consume what we eat in its natural form as much as possible as it is by itself a medicine. This mainly includes fresh fruit, fresh leafy green vegetables, and sprouts; and there are different combinations of purifying, strengthening, or pacifying foods. These must be consumed in the correct proportion, and the stomach left a little empty. To extract intoxicants from the body, both mud baths and mud packs are used, particularly for ailments such as high blood pressure, tension headaches, anxiety, constipation, plus gastric and skin disorders.
Ayurveda is a complete medical system which has a unique way of understanding the body, and also of interpreting and improving one’s health. Each patient attends a consultation with the Ayurveda physician to assess their current state of health and what course of treatment, if any, is to be adopted. There are three specific directions which are followed in deciding the course of treatment: Dosha (body energy), Dhatu (body tissue), and Mala (excretory products); and treatments are in two directions: Shodan (cleansing) and Shaman (balancing). Some treatments are prescribed for a specific reason, but others are given as a tailor-made sequence or programme of approach to the ailment.
There are several main types of water therapy using clean fresh and cool water; and after this type of a treatment, the body feels refreshed and energised.
Some Ayurvedic methods are similar to Naturopathy, but the main differences are that in Ayurveda, the traditional remedies and medicines are implicated to a greater extent; and that the treatment is aimed at specifically curing or relieving ailments.
Finally there is a massage therapy which increases the blood flow, removing stiffness, weariness, and pain from muscles and this can work in conjunction with some of the other naturopathic therapies.
During this, diet of the participants is changed specifically as per therapeutic demand. After the internal and external oilation as required specifically the main therapy is administered followed by rejuvenating therapy.
Therapies based on Naturopathy principles and diet advices based on requirement is given Fresh pressed juices in ‘Sattva’ juice center is an important part for these participants.
There is a post consultation regarding diet and lifestyle correction along with herbal supplements which is advised for betterment of health.

01. Harit Vanam For Ayurveda, eating food is part of a much larger process of living harmoniously and joyously with the surroundings. Apart from a correct lifestyle that incorporates Yoga in the routine, right food was also an inherent part of traditional diet. Well-modulated/ regulated diet is the best medicine. In this garden we seek to demonstrate and conserve some of the important indigenous vegetables/ fruits/ spices / wild herbs that have sustained humanity on this beautiful planet for centuries. It is therefore, both important and urgent that we are aware of some of these ‘wild’ plants and actively involved in their conservation and propagation.
02. Aushadhi Vanam The precepts of Ayurveda can be found in Atharvaveda which were formally and comprehensively dealt with in Caraksamhita by Caraka. The myth says that after having dealt the Science of life, Caraka assumed the identity of Patanjali and developed Yoga sutras. By observing the tenets of Yoga and Ayurveda one lives longer, healthy and with vigour. Most of the native plants are medicinal plants and not only they are backbone of Ayurveda but also used in all other systems of medicines such as Unani, Homeopathy, Siddha and Allopathic. In today’s challenging times the need for their conservation is both dire and crucial. Some other aspects of native medicinal plants. 1. Ecological As per the reference in “ Atharvaveda” these plants have property of purifying the air as well as filtering out harmful radiations. The routine practice of wearing herbs in illness was a part of treatment earlier which now is known as Aromatherapy. 2. Medicinal Over 70% of our medicines are plant based. We know that the efficacy and potency of these medicines largely depend upon the quality as well as the freshness of herbs and these gardens would assure the supply of such fresh herbs. 3. Educational These gardens could prove to be an important medium to educate students and population not only about culture, rich traditions and biodiversity but also the importance and significance of home remedies.

We organised three outdoor month long camps at three different locations (Nirman Nagar, Shyam Nagar & Triveni Nagar) across Jaipur, conducted by our teachers Srilata, Nidhi and Preeti. These camps were open for all, free of cost for public. Hundreds of participants enjoyed and learned Kaivalyadhama lineage traditional Yoga during these camps. The sessions conducted by the teachers were educative not just instructions but experiential.

Training to School Teachers In first week of January Kaivalyadhama Jaipur conducted a three days Yoga training workshop for the visiting teachers of a reputed school from Delhi. It was a perfect crowd to deliver and teach something which we believe is not only right but necessary.

As we did last year during summer with larger crowds, this year we have started our Social Outreach Mission in smaller and different groups of society. Our first assignment of the year was teaching Yoga to group of young children of The Nymph Pre-Primary School. Age group was 3 to 5 years. It was an interesting and challenging task for our teachers Ms Nidhi and Ms Srilata. Our teachers crafted the whole session in such a beautiful and fun loving way that they instantly got invitation for the similar activity from the another branch of same school.
