Events for February Moon Phases
New Moon 2/3/11 First quarter 2/11/11 Full Moon 2/18/11 Last quarter 2/24/11
Imbolc 2/1/11
Imbolc is an ancient festival, Celtic in origin, and considered one of the
4
greater Wiccan sabbat's. It is celebrated on the night of February 1st in the northern hemisphere. The primary purpose of Imbolc is to celebrate Spring's impending replacement of Winter. In this sense, Imbolc may be seen as a spiritual alternative to the secular celebration of New Year's Eve. At New Year's Eve, we often see the image of old, bearded Father Time replaced with a young baby. Father Time represents the old, outgoing year, and the baby celebrates the year just born. At Imbolc, we have similar imagery; an old crone represents the outgoing year, and turns things over to a young maiden. Fertility, of course, plays a part here. The frozen earth is incapable of growing things, just as the old crone has grown incapable of producing offspring. This barrenness is replaced by the warm return of Spring, making the earth once again fertile, symbolized by the fertile young maiden. How to Celebrate Imbolc An evening feast is in order, since Imbolc represents a return to liveliness and all the bounties of Nature. Americans might best grasp the concept of Imbolc by thinking of it as a Thanksgiving celebration for what is about to happen. Celebrants can be happy feasting, knowing that winter is passing and that food will once again be growing and plentiful. The feast begins with a short prayer, or toast: Blessed be the earth, and all who dwell upon it. We give thanks for the season now departing from us, For the blessings it has bestowed upon us, And upon those with whom we share this world. Blessed be the new season. We pray that it will be a time filled with peace,
5
With abundance, with prosperity, With wisdom, With love. Blessed be all who share this feast. Let us now prepare for the time ahead By opening our hearts, and our minds, and our spirits. Blessed be. Imbolc Menu The table should be set with white candles. Since ewes begin lactating at around the time of Imbolc in many locations in the northern hemisphere, the sabbat is connected with ewe's milk. For this reason, some sort of dairy product - cheese, for example - should be included in the feast. Other than that, there are no specific food requirements, except that food should be plentiful! Something green and fresh, such as a salad, would indicate the coming of spring, but since winter is yet with us, the main fare should be hearty, served with a nice, crusty bread. Mead, ale, spiced wine or non-alcoholic equivalents would all be appropriate beverages. Groundhogs Day 2/2/11
Will it be an early spring or will it be 6 more weeks of winter, and for those sceptics that say this is just myth the stat's show that the groundhog is more accurate than any of the local weather men go figure but nature knows far better than any civilised man...lol... Happy groundhogs day,...& please let there be 6 more weeks of winter at least that is my prediction...

A prolific organizer and having a influencial Father. * Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer is one of the 88 constellations and considered the 13th zodiac sign , It is opposite Orion in the sky in northwest of the center of the Milky Way. The main question of the "Serpent Holder" is he at peace with the serpent or is he fighting it? Aries 3/21 – 4/19
First week
Whoa! You have your eye on the prize as the week begins, but there's
20
more to life than this one particular goal. Slow down, look around and consider the full spectrum of priorities. Around Wednesday, the give and take of life is richly rewarding, whether it's at work, with friends or in a relationship. Lend a hand, and get some support yourself -- it'll feel great. Taking it easy isn't always easy for you, but give it a try on Friday or Saturday; quiet time clears your head. On Sunday, you've got just the idea for some fun. Week starting on 14th
Quick communication's favored during the day on Monday; getting into anything more in-depth invites difficulties. Monday night ushers in some unusually emotional energy for you. Cushion those nerve endings and plan for time with those who can make your mood swing toward the positive. On Thursday and Friday, though, you're just plain bold and beautiful. Make one of your signature big moves -- they'll love it. Be ready to shush your inner critic a little this weekend; it's important to be tolerant, too.
Week starting on 21st
The key to a happy beginning of the week -- a week that's full of accomplishment? Look at the long view, and look at your experiences in the larger context of the world around you. Everything's interconnected, after all. Around Wednesday and Thursday, some time alone is time well spent; you need to think now. There's something going on beneath the surface, so uncover it. From Friday afternoon through the weekend, you're
21
raring to go -- anything exciting and different will match your mood, and meeting new people brings great opportunities of all kinds.
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, you're trying to get a jump on the week. You want to get as much done as possible, and to get ahead without making it look like you're trying too hard. After all, wouldn't it be great for your reputation if you could make magic happen and not break a sweat? You're going to need help, and you know exactly whom to ask. Motivate them well. Thursday and Friday, a group meeting reveals that everyone more or less thinks of you as being in charge. You're a natural leader. This weekend, do what you can to shine light on other people.
Taurus 4/20 – 5/20
First week
You're starting the week off on the right foot as the week begins, if the Universe has its say. Get grounded -- with exercise, meditation, those who make you feel most wonderful -- and you can reach for the stars. Around Wednesday, though, the world may feel like it's pushing you. Will you push back, or go with the flow and see where it takes you? Your personal connections and community both figure prominently on Friday and
22
Saturday. Let your network work for you, and give back, too. On Sunday, a leisurely brunch with a loved one is exactly the thing that makes you happy. Week starting on 14th
Avoid writing any big checks, signing on any dotted lines or making any personal commitments during the day on Monday. By Monday night and over the next few days, you'll have more confidence in the moves you make; maybe you're letting your intuition play a key role. A tolerant, compassionate stance suits you well around Thursday and Friday. Ask people more questions to let them know you care, and you'll also get a much better idea where they're coming from. This weekend serves you up some opportunities for fun -- possibly even some of the romantic variety!
Week starting on 21st
Keep an eye out for anything and anyone a bit different at the beginning of the week. A fire drill, a chance encounter with a stranger, a chance to try something you've never done -- they're all windows of potential transformation. Jump through! Around Wednesday and Thursday, remember that an important part of relationships is letting people have space and letting them be themselves. Offer open-ended support, and you'll be beloved. You've got charm to burn from Friday afternoon through the weekend, and luckily you've also got the smarts to see who's genuine and who's putting on an act.
23
Week starting on 28th
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are excellent days. Some travel plans get finalized (you can't wait!), someone who thinks they're much smarter than you concedes that you were right and they were wrong about something (your head's getting big!) and someone you've never understood explains their side of things (you're learning!). Thursday and Friday are a little less than excellent -- a power struggle is in the stars and your friends are being weird. But Saturday and Sunday, your friends are back to normal and one in particular is in need of an update. Spend an evening together and fill them in.
Gemini 5/21 – 6/21
First Week
A significant other, a friend or someone you're partnering with at work at the beginning of the week may need handling with care. Listen carefully to what they're saying, and urge them to verbalize the between-the-lines stuff. Around Wednesday, are you being fickle or are you truly considering new ideas and points of view? Make sure things are legit before incorporating. Creative activities and pursuits suit you on Friday and Saturday, and getting creative about communication helps, too. On Sunday, someone's got some words of wisdom for you.
24
Week starting on 14th
You're full of fresh ideas during the day on Monday, and you might even discover a new romantic direction to take. During the next couple of days, though, your mind's on more concrete matters -- all the things you need to cross off your to-do list, financial stuff, getting ahead at work. Don't forget to look beyond your own needs, too, for your karma's sake. You're smart and sassy around Thursday and Friday, which looks darn good on you. The right people will absolutely love your sharp wit. Reach out to faraway family or friends (or both) this weekend, and go beyond chitchat.
Week starting on 21st
Romance is on tap at the beginning of the week, so don't save those big dates, big questions or big proclamations for later. Fun and flirtation follow you now. Around Wednesday and Thursday, slow down for your mental and physical health's sake. Attend to your emotional state -- why exactly are you feeling this way? -- and also be sure to take care of yourself. For someone so versatile of mind, you've got a tendency to cling to your own point of view from Friday afternoon through the weekend. Maybe you're right, but at least listen to those with different ideas.
25
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, nothing is as it seems. You can tell something's up, but that doesn't help you. Try to draw people out, but don't work too hard at it. Some things take time. It'll all become clear soon enough. Go into Thursday and Friday with an open mind, because something radical is under way, and you're going to find out about it. The more prepared you are to have your point of view completely turned around, the better. This weekend, occupy your brain with something creative. Postpone all thoughts of math and politics and communicating with other people (unless you're thinking about them creatively).
Cancer 6/22 – 7/22
First Week
Retreating into your shell (just a bit!) might not be a bad idea as the week begins. Do check in with loved ones, though, and let your boss know exactly what you're working on prior to clamping on the headphones. Around Wednesday, you may still be feeling sensitive, but exercise your emotional intelligence, too; you'll see different aspects of situations
26
around you. You've got a knack for connecting with others -- and proceeding to a deeper level -- on Friday and Saturday. Inquire about their personal philosophies, and enjoy the discussion. On Sunday, practice patience with a friend or relative. Week starting on 14th
It's 'so much to do, so little time' during the day on Monday, but by that night you get an influx of energy that's pretty amazing. The next couple of days find you extra insightful, very caring and able to effect some tremendous transformations in your world. (Wow!) Keep your budget in mind around Thursday and Friday, and be ready to prioritize thoughtfully rather than just buy, buy, buy. Saving for something bigger down the road could be much more rewarding. This weekend, you can easily mark many little things off your to-do list.
Week starting on 21st
Your nice little home environment is subject to disruptions at the beginning of the week. For you, this can be very unsettling, so plan soothing activities out in the world (like a massage or your favorite walk perhaps). Around Wednesday and Thursday, hesitation isn't wimpy, it's smart. Gather more information, and get a consultation from a coworker or a friend. When in doubt, just say no. Expect a little tension between your social life and private time from Friday afternoon through the weekend. There are lots of demands on you now; set good priorities and take care of yourself.
27
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, you don't particularly feel like engaging with the rest of the world. It's all so exhausting and the possibility of being misunderstood is great. On the other hand, are you going to let them get to you like that? No way! Balance is key, especially the balance between caring what other people think and not worrying about what other people think. Thursday and Friday, everyone wants to talk about money, but you're a lot more interested in talking about ideas. Saturday and Sunday, do something that really lets your mind wander. Go for a walk. Doodle a landscape.
Leo 7/23 – 8/22
First Week
A random or not-so-random act of kindness gets the week off to a positive start -- and that's you performing one, not waiting for it to come to you! Around Wednesday, you'll want to take your outlook, turn it upside-down and shake well for best results. A terrific solution to a certain situation requires only a little stretch of the old noggin. Then let both intellect and instinct weigh in on Friday and Saturday, especially when it comes to others. Look and listen more than you talk. Then, on Sunday, someone may throw you for a loop -- in the best possible way.
28
Week starting on 14th
You get the most done (or have the most fun) with a group during the day on Monday. By Monday night, though, and over the next couple of days, you may be mostly inside your head, thinking things through and analyzing where certain emotions are coming from. It's very personally productive. By Thursday and Friday, you're ready to roar, and the world's impressed by your power and prowess. Workwise, you're golden; romantically, you're hot! This weekend, calm down and slow down, for everybody's sake.
Week starting on 21st
The beginning of the week may seem like a funny time for romance, but love works in mysterious ways. Be ready to rearrange your schedule accordingly! Around Wednesday and Thursday, others may be satisfying on the surface, but you want to know more. Delve deeper and increase your understanding exponentially. Then, from Friday afternoon through the weekend, you've got the kind of adventurous, fun energy that makes all sorts of things happen. Decide what you want and go for it -- or just follow your own sweet instincts. Take your time. Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, watch your words. Something flippant and funny and just a little biting might really rattle someone -- even if you're absolutely, obviously kidding. Offhand comments have a way of sinking into people, and you don't want people you adore walking around slightly damaged by you. Thursday and Friday, the thing you're trying hardest to do might be a waste of your time. Consider letting go. Saturday and
29
Sunday, as much as it seems like you should make a financial decision, put it off until next week. You're still letting your plan take shape in your mind.
Virgo 8/23 – 9/22
First week
You've got your head on straight and a definite twinkle in your eye as the week begins -- a stellar combination for both work and love. Around Wednesday, kick a preconception, an expectation or a well-worn favorite way of doing something to the curb, then try several ways of replacing it. Feels risky? Good. Then -- gosh! -- others are so slow on Friday and Saturday. But acting impatient won't hurry things along. Go at your own pace, and let them do the same. You may be ready to take issue with someone on Sunday, but if it's an older relative, choose your battle carefully. Week starting on 14th
Your thinking is spot-on during the day on Monday, but don't forget to take the emotional component into account as well. Over the next couple of days, it's satisfying to carry out methodical plans and put things in their
30
place; you'll also work (and play) well with others. Don't be surprised if you get some extra appreciation for just being you. Be ready for somebody who's trying to micromanage you or offer unwanted advice around Thursday and Friday. Politely let them know you're doing fine. This weekend, your warmth and wit are out in full force -- making you darn hot. .
Week starting on 21st
If indecision strikes at the beginning of the week, look to those you admire and respect. (Think: Who do I know who makes really, really good decisions?) They'll be happy to help, and you'll be glad you asked. Around Wednesday and Thursday, feed your head -- you'll be bored and restless if you're not learning or doing new things. Meeting new people is extra fun now, too. From Friday afternoon through the weekend, life may involve interruptions and assorted delays. Find a way to kick-start a situation or bring a book to while away the time in a meaningful way.
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday are your reward for weeks of doing good for the world; a sudden surge of great stuff heads your way, most likely in the form of romance and creative inspiration. Oh, happy days! Thursday and Friday aren't explicitly romantic and creative, but the effects of Monday through Wednesday last long into the week. You're still walking on air.
31
You're perhaps even nicer to people than usual. Saturday and Sunday are confusing but in a mildly pleasant way: Sometimes it's nice to be in over your head.
Libra 9/23 – 10/22
First week
Expect some emotional ups and downs as the week begins. Be ready to breathe, meditate or maybe run screaming through it, and have someone who understands ready on speed-dial. Around Wednesday, it's the upside that's emphasized, and the chance of romance is high! A new sweetie -- or renewed fun with a dear old one -- awaits. Get ready, get set, go! Big agenda items and projects may be hard to cross off your list on Friday and Saturday, but smaller stuff can be surprisingly satisfying. On Sunday, a certain relationship can flourish under your care. Week starting on 14th
Decisions may be elusive during the day on Monday, but new ideas are flowing. Over the next few days, though, it's best to put fresh concepts on
32
the back-burner and let them stew a bit; you have your hands full with projects you've already started, not to mention friends and family. Thursday and Friday offer energy to spark your imagination and maybe even ignite your passion. Look for what's challenging now -- you love it as much as other people take comfort in the same old stuff. All things social are favored this weekend, so say yes to any invitations
Week starting on 21st
Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do on Monday and Tuesday, which look to be terrific days for you across the board. You've got plenty of energy for accomplishing tons at work -- and after hours, you're hot! Around Wednesday and Thursday, though, work issues may occupy a lot of your attention. Keep your priorities (more money? More free time? Doing good? Making a name for yourself?) in the front of your mind. From Friday afternoon through the weekend, your balancing act is beautiful -brains and beauty, talking and listening, and much, much more.
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday are kind of gloomy, but not in a very noticeable way. It's more like an afterthought, a background thought, a not-all-that-distracting feeling. Mostly you just feel unbalanced. But don't worry, because on Thursday and Friday, the feeling evaporates in the heat of a romantic bender. And not only are you getting along fantastically well with you-know-who, but you're getting along fantastically well with
33
everyone. Saturday and Sunday, try not to be swayed by people who don't fully understand your goals. Your plan is good and right.
Scorpio 10/23 – 11/21
First week
Look at you, biding your time and making brilliant plans as the week begins. You've got patience with a purpose, and calm, cool and collected suits you. Things may be rockier around Wednesday; are you contributing to the drama or just in the audience? It's easier to find it amusing (and stay nice and neutral) as an onlooker, so consider your role carefully. On Friday and Saturday, let the good times roll -- and let your love show. You're much admired now, so enjoy the attention. Keep the love energy going on Sunday rather than getting entangled in an argument Week starting on 14th
Watch for some funny business at work on Monday; a little thing could have a big impact. Over the next few days, do some serious thinking and have some in-depth discussions. The bigger picture and your place in it can come into beautiful focus now. Life may be stressful around Thursday and Friday. You can let it affect your mood (for the worse) or you can find ways to manage it (healthful food, exercise, fun) -- your choice. This weekend, the stuff you do behind the scenes without thinking of the reward makes the world a lovely place -- and it'll come back around, too.
34
Week starting on 21st
You're close, but you're just not quite getting it at the beginning of the week. Whether it's a work issue or an interpersonal matter, you need to keep looking to find the right solution. Around Wednesday and Thursday, however, you're finding what you've sought -- and more, if the stars have their say. Your personal power is peaking, and all sorts of opportunities are knocking, even romantic ones. But watch out for getting too caught up in something that may be fleeting from Friday afternoon through the weekend. Be wise and look at the long term. Additional Scorpio Forecasts
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday draws on your powers of determination and self-control. You're under intense scrutiny at work, for whatever reason. (A promotion on the horizon? You never know.) In any case, you work incredibly well with other people. This may explain why everyone wants to be on your side. If only you were so appreciated at home! This is a common refrain in your mind, but it's especially true Thursday and Friday. Expect something unexpected in the domestic realm. Saturday and Sunday, all the worries wash away in a wave of romance.
35
Sagittarius 11/22 – 12/21
First Week
It's not like you to be less than generous, but tightening the purse strings and taking an overall conservative approach may be best as the week begins. Around Wednesday, you're making connections that completely crackle, both in your mind and with others. You're electric, and you just might do something shockingly brilliant. If you're fuzzier on Friday and Saturday, well ... everyone needs downtime, and you're probably processing something important. Do something to recharge. Sunday's a fun day -- play a game, see family and friends, just enjoy. Week starting on 14th
Think fast during the day on Monday. Responding quickly gets you an advantage. Relationships are in the stars over the next few days, and the differences between you and a certain someone may be highlighted. Can you appreciate them, or will it ultimately make for too deep of a gap? Around Thursday and Friday, things are more fun -- and funnier. Your good humor and personal warmth make life sweet, for you and for those around you. This weekend, cover all your bases and keep track of the little things -- they really do matter. .
36
Week starting on 21st
Make your own fun at the beginning of the week, and you'll make the world much brighter for those around you, too -- not to mention that they'll love you. Just be sure you're taking time with decisions now. Around Wednesday and Thursday, you're in a more serious mode, and rightfully so. You've got something to sort out, and the sooner the better. From Friday afternoon through the weekend, however, the good times start rolling again. If you throw in some fresh scenes and fresh faces, the momentum's gonna get pretty unstoppably great
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, you find your outlook subtly affected by the amount of money in your wallet. Specifically, you have a desire to keep more of it in there. It's true that no amount of money can buy you a good time; even a day skiing in the most fantastic setting of all would be for naught if you weren't into it. Most of the pleasure you get out of the week is social, and most of your social time is on Thursday and Friday. You love talking to someone from a completely different social group. This weekend, if you feel like you should leave the house but you don't really want to, don't.
37
Capricorn 12/22 – 1/19
First week
Your famous persistence pays off at the beginning of the week. Check up on a situation or connection you've been cultivating, and you'll likely see great results. Around Wednesday, approaching a different idea (or the person who has it) with caution makes sense, but don't dismiss it (or them) outright. Expanding your repertoire is a possibility now, and something outlandish could be the starting point. You're awfully impressive on Friday and Saturday, what with your rock-steady heart and open mind. Dare to show you care, and watch what happens. Family's in the forefront on Sunday. Week starting on 14th
Your own agenda's important on Monday, but so is taking others' concerns into account. Then, over the next few days, you have some changes to contend with, whether at work or in the personal sphere (or both). While your initial reaction may not be all positive, give it a little time to grow on you. Around Thursday and Friday, a look at your longer-term goals and ideals might be in order. Getting input from a mentor or a friend helps further your thinking. Your personal vibe is great this weekend; when you look happy, you look hot.
38
Week starting on 21st
Dive in and keep busy at the beginning of the week. Getting something going, whether at work or elsewhere, is easy now -- just be subtle about it. There will be plenty of time for horn-tooting later! Around Wednesday and Thursday, get organized, both in terms of your physical surroundings and your headspace. Figure out where those feelings are coming from and move forward with personal power. You're not one to give up easily, so avoid doing so from Friday afternoon through the weekend -- though you might need to slow down to succeed. It's counterintuitive, but it just might work.
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday is pretty much what you always want in your workdays: lots getting done, a happy outlook, high energy, recognition in the areas where you deserve it. Of course, the compliments from your good friends are the ones that mean the most, but even people you barely know are impressed. Thursday and Friday you're given to daydreaming about the future. You can't help it: Things look really good from where you are! Saturday and Sunday, put all of your energy into something other than work.
39
Aquarius 1/20 – 2/18
First Week
Get a little help with managing your time and setting your priorities from a mentor or friend as the week begins. Otherwise, the first couple of days this week will be a time-suck. Around Wednesday, though, you're on top of the world and reaching for the stars, if the Universe has its way. Big stuff at work, in romance, related to personal growth -- it's all possible now. Then it's time to get more practical on Friday and Saturday. How will you keep on track? What will you do to stay motivated? When do you take the next steps? Take an objective look. Then, on Sunday, you may have a breakthrough. Week starting on 14th
Different is better now, and you're definitely standing out from the crowd during the day on Monday. A unique approach gets you noticed. Over the next few days, make a list and tackle one thing at a time, at work and at home. Once you get going, it all starts flowing. Some rather unusual energy's coming your way around Thursday and Friday; watch for apparent contradictions, out-of-the-ordinary events and sudden changes. (Knowing you, you'll love all of it.) This weekend, an extra effort to be warm with people (smiling and asking questions, for example) is very rewarding.
40
Week starting on 21th
Your nemesis could become your best friend or greatest ally at the beginning of the week, or you might find that you suddenly like something you've always hated. Give it a whirl and transform your world. Around Wednesday and Thursday, your different, deeper perspective may be at odds with that of those around you. Will you tell them about it or keep it to yourself? Everything's more in balance from Friday afternoon through the weekend, and you'll love parties, groups and games now. Plan something that puts together all three and you'll be an all-star.
Week starting on 28th
From Monday through Wednesday, every fiber in your being is telling you to climb out of the cockpit and onto the wing to repair any problems. But you know full well that you can't climb out of the cockpit and fix the wing -you'll get sucked into outer space! You have to keep flying the thing. That's the first half of your week. Again, you want to keep on flying. On Thursday and Friday, you're in beautiful territory. Blue skies. Friends nearby. A clear sense of your future. Saturday and Sunday, you're trying to reconcile the fantastical stuff about the world with the everyday.
41
Pisces 2/19 – 3/20
First week
Those who consider you a dreamer might be surprised as the week begins -- you're a real problem-solver now, and you make it look easy, too. It's also a good time to tidy up your physical surroundings. Around Wednesday and Thursday, it's your headspace that's in some disarray, but possibly in a good way. All these thoughts will congeal eventually, so give yourself time for the free-form part of the process. From Friday through the weekend, all of your best qualities are spotlighted by the stars -including your innate knack for all things romantic. Hot stuff can happen now! Week starting on 14th
Delay any big decisions or planning changes if possible on Monday. Over the next couple of days, other options become available -- and they'll probably suit you much better. Love's in the air on Tuesday and Wednesday, too. Around Thursday and Friday, it'll take extra effort to concentrate on what you're doing, whom you're talking to, where you're going and so forth. Try to keep that mind from wandering too far. And prior to pointing fingers this weekend, think about which ones might end up pointed back at you.
42
Week starting on 21st The heck with the status quo as the week begins -- you've got a bigger, better idea, and it's time to enact it. If money's involved, however, make sure you're not taking too big of a risk. Around Wednesday and Thursday, be watchful and dig around a little. You can find out something now that'll really come in handy, whether it's work-related or interpersonal. Speaking of work, take time off from Friday afternoon through the weekend -- or at least try to stay away from your boss. Meanwhile, when it comes to relationships, consider carefully how the things you say come across.
Week starting on 28th
Monday through Wednesday, you become the point person in a group -- it could be coworkers, friends, classmates or acquaintances. The reason you're perceived as a good person for everyone else to follow? It's because you seem to be someone who knows other people, including influential people, important people. You know how to use your social capital. On Thursday and Friday, you dream of being able to help more people, but that can become a trap: You can spend so much time on others that you're distracting yourself from, well ... yourself. This weekend, turn your focus toward you. It's time.

Chinese Horoscopes
Rat 1900,1960,1912, 1972,1924,1984, 1924,1984,1924,1984
You'll have to make important decisions concerning your professional and social ambitions.
44
You'll be more open to the outside world, which will help you to have a more optimistic view of life and to obtain a better bloomed personality.
Give up the project that has not given you the anticipated satisfaction.
React against the tendency to hide things or to shirk responsibilities concerning sentimental matters; it's better to meet a clear-cut refusal by engaging a dialogue than to persevere in the illusion that things will always work out well.
ox 1901,1961,1913, 1973,1925,1985, 1937,1997,1949,2009
Risk of insomnia: try to lead a more calm and regular life, avoid all kinds of stimulants.
It'll be necessary to beware of all mirific proposals that are likely to lead to nothing.
Put into practice the plans that you've laid down and try to act with as much coherence as possible; this should help you to succeed.
45
The steps you take to find a new lodging will meet with no difficulties; you'll probably go through a qualified agent, who'll help you to carry out whatever you desire; furthermore, the financial conditions will be advantageous.
tiger 1950,1902,1962 ,1914,1974,1926, 1986,1938,1998
A month placed under the sign of good fortune: you'll be successful in whatever you undertake.
A favorable climate for starting the diet that you've been thinking about for a long time.
You're very likely to have arguments with your beloved one if you continue to place him/her after your professional concerns.
Be very careful not to endanger the balance of your budget; this rather unhealthy lunar climate may cause you to take some bad decisions in this field; be doubly prudent.
46
Rabbit 1951,1903,1963,
1915,1975,1915, 1975,1939,1999
A very satisfactory month for mental activities as well as meetings of all kinds.
You'll be able to carry out some of your dearest ambitions thanks to your tenacity.
Your intuition will incline you towards showing an interest in everything that's unexplainable, and it won't be impossible for you to discover your mediumistic aptitudes.
Love won't be totally at rest: it will be necessary to foresee some hard ordeals for sincere lovers; some natives will be sent far away from their tender halves, others will have to leave temporarily for abroad.
dragon 1940,2000,1952, 1904,1964,1916, 1976,1928,1988
47
You'll have the right to love at first sight which will not hold any future but will be amusing and distracting.
Disregarding your natural reserve, this time you'll be able to show boldness, which will bring you success in more than one field.
But you'll have a hard time establishing a dialogue with your family circle; misunderstanding and incomprehension will multiply.
Your friendly relations will lack warmth because you can't resist your habit of delivering your truths like hammer blows; and what if you showed a little more modesty and diplomacy?
snake 1941,2001,1953, 1905,1965,1917, 1977,1929,1989
You're likely to be inconstant in your efforts, with a clear tendency to take useless risks; try to dominate your impulsiveness.
Above all, don't take financial risks, particularly in standing bail for friends.
48
Rather animated love life which, however, will not be devoid of conflicts because of your current tendency to flit about.
You'll be the object of some indelicate intrigues from one of your friends; but if you remain cool-headed, you'll pass through this ordeal without any damage; get rid of friends who don't deserve this name.
horse 1930,1990,1942, 2002,1954,,1906, 1966,1918,1978
During this month you'll have the best chances of bringing your activities to a successful conclusion, especially those concerning your career.
With your close ones, you'll also use your increased magnetism, and things will run like clockwork.
You'll be able to profit by kindness and useful supports coming from people of the other sex; don't deprive yourself of them.
No big health problems to be feared, but your vitality will undergo a slight decline; it'll be necessary to avoid alcoholic drinks, which are bad for your
49
kidneys, and to take a little more rest.
sheep 1931,1991,1943, 2003,1955,1907, 1967,1919,1979
The stars will help you to multiply contacts, to meet people who're likely to be interested in your ideas or projects.
Marvelous understanding with the one whom you love or whom you're going to meet this time.
You'll be inclined to indulge in food excesses, and your stomach is well likely to have to pay for it.
It'll be the moment to start making a strict saving program and to manage your budget strictly; otherwise, you'll let yourself go to crazy spending and will soon find yourself in a blind alley.
monkey 1920,1980,1932, 1992,1944,2004, 1956,1908,1968
50
Your affections will be light-hearted, and your aspirations high; you won't really feel like giving yourself problems! Beware of utopia: you'll have difficulty in seeing people as they actually are! Risk of conflicts at home; don't poison the situation with endless discussions, for your words would end up by hurting.
Very great vitality and increased dynamism.
Very persevering, you'll try to develop your material situation, and your tenacity will bear its fruits.
rooster 1921,1981,1933, 1993,1945,2005 1957,1909,1969
You'll have very precise objectives in mind and you'll do everything possible to carry them out.
Let your heart speak out: it'll be an excellent guide in the art of persuasion.
On the career front, your efficiency and your sense of reality will help you to find concrete solutions to most problems; success will be guaranteed.
51
Despite your various responsibilities and occupations, do your utmost to devote more time to your dear ones; give absolute priority to your family life, you won't regret it.
Dog 1910,1970,1922, 1982,1934,1994, 1946,2006,1958
You'll have the possibility of overcoming obstacles which have very much delayed your progress in your work; but don't let yourself be taken advantage of.
There'll be a slight drop in your physical strength, with a more or less pronounced lack of fitness.
Be careful of your too great susceptibility, which is likely to provoke emptiness around you.
A certain suspense will reign over your emotional exchanges; you won't know if the big black clouds will quickly go away and leave the sky to the sun; but you can hasten this happy event.
52
pig 1911,1971,1923, 1983,1935,1995 1947,2007,1959
This month will be good and even very good for flirting, for love and, why not, for marriage too.
Very worrisome financial problems.
In case of a litigious affair, ask for an expert's advice instead of trying to sort it out by yourself.
You'll lack objectivity: avoid irrevocable decisions in every domain.
One will notice certain nervous weakness resulting in irritability and impatience; you'll need to rest yourself and also to practice some sort of aggressive sport so as to relieve the pressure.

Karma & Magic By Andrew Karma & Magic So much nonsense as been written about this subject, & this entirely un-Western thought principle has also been fudamentaly misunderstood & “Christianized”. Although now a days many New Agers at least say that Karma is not a sin in a Christian since, but rather a law of cause & effect, in practice this is an entirely different story. Karma is often exalted to a sort of de-Christianized sin, w/ the main goal being to collect as much “good” karma as possible while avoiding “bad” Karma at any price & the banal everyday problems; as well as extreme hardships, birth defects, & illness-are blamed on sins from “past lives” w/such uncriticized naivety that it reminds a person of one of Thomas Man's not so flattering essays on metaphysisics. Gautama (the historical Buddha) is partially to blame for this, since he tended to use this method to discipline his students. What irritates most modern magicians the most today is the constant claim of self-named “wise men” (who usually have no idea about practical magic whatsoever) that any kind of magic can bring about Karmatic results-an unequalled form deionization w/the reverse side being the bigotry that continually flares up because in reality these apparently “informative” media attacks against “Satanic cults” & devil worshipers have occasionally destroyed a magician existence w/completely groundless, unproven accusations. One of the sharpest critics of this faulty development surely remains A. Crowley, which is why I’ll quote him here in depth. .
61
“The idea of karma has been confused by many who ought to have known
better, including the Buddha, w/his ideas of practiced justice & retribution.” We have a story of one of Buddha’s arahats, being blinded in wakening up & done unwittingly killed a number of insects, his brethren arahats inquired as to how this was, & Buddha spun them a long yearn as to how, in a previous incantation, he had maliciously deprived a women of her sight. This is only a fairy tale, a boggy to frighten the children, & probably the worst way to influence the young yet deceived by human stupidity. Karma does not work this way at all!” In any case moral fables have to be carefully constructed, or they may prove dangerous to those that use them. You’ll remember Bunyan’s Passion & Patience: Naughty Passion played w/all his toys & broke them, good little Patience put then carefully aside. Bunyan forgets to mention that by the time Passion had all broken his toys, he had outgrown them. Karma does not act in this tit-for-tat way! An eye for an eye is sort of savage justice, & the idea of justice in our human sense is quite foreign to the constitution of the universe. Karma is law of Cause & Effect. There is no proportion in it’s operation. Once an accident occurs it is impossible to say what may happen: & the universe is a stupendous accident. We go out to tea a thousand times w/out mishap, & the on the 1000 & 1st time we met someone who change radically the course of our lives forever. There is a sort of sense in which every impression that is made
62
upon our minds is the resultant of all the forces of the past; no incident is so trifling that it has not in some way shaped ones disposition. But there is none of this crude retribution about it. One may kill a hundred thousand lives in one brief hour at the foot of the Balloro Glacier, as Frater P. once did. It would be stupid to suppose , as a Theosophist inclines to suppose,
that this action involve one in the doom of being killed by a louse a hundred thousand times. This ledger of Karma is kept separate from the petty cash account; & in respect of bulk this petty cash account is very much bigger than the ledger. If we eat to much salmon we get indigestion & perhaps nightmare. It’s silly to suppose that a time will come when a salmon will eat us, & find us disagreeable. On the other hand we are always bringing terrible punished for actions that are not faults at all. Even our virtues rouse ingoted nature to revenge. Karma only grows by what it feed on; & if Karma is to be properly brought up it requires a very careful deity. With the majority of people their actions cancel each other out! No sooner is effort made than it is counterbalanced by idleness. Eros give place to Anti-Eros. “Not one man in a thousand makes even an apparent escape from the common place of animal life {Magic pg 99-100}
63
Its about time that we as magicians finally de-demonize this concept of karma & free it from this childish burden. If you punch some guy in the nose, the only “Karma” involved is that this person’s nose will hurt & that’s all!! The fact that he might punch you back is a secondary result of your victims pain, or hiss anger about his inability to recognize your aggressive intentions & move his head next time. But better than naïve, ill-considered burden of this “guilt” & “repentance” complex would be psychological approach that propagates avoiding any kind of Karma at all, otherwise it might lead to a moral conflict that could
even go as far as to cause psychosomatic illness. In this sense, it would be psychological a good idea to only do what you really believe in w/ your whole heart- a completely rational wording of Crowley’s Motto; “ thou hast no right but to do thy will”. Do what thy will shall be the whole of the law. Not Do what thy will as long as it harms none. This was added & changed by the New Agers & Wiccans & completely destroys our fundamental magic, for in the end It is all about our Will & Intent & what we allow to become our moral & foundational beliefs. That why it is said & said over & over, ask questions & research, & follow what you feel, for one false belief can be dangerous & can lead to death, physical or spiritual, because in the end it is our minds that give everything power, not what is written, & if we continue to let false ideas & practices into our lives then we are doomed to failure, & is our future generations. Now that is True Cause & Effect!

Beyond love By: Shadow
Yet beyond love is love shared in a burst of inner glory must roll back into itself like a wave, and joins in the sea and sand singing which neither lives nor dies even by joy of love and light I love the way my fear faints
And then kiss away all the pain winging through a darkened day I shed my cold and opened up my heart felt sleepless and then you came with faith very rare

Realms Crafts, and Rituals How to Make a Paper Valentine Heart Garland by Jane Lake Here's how to make a traditional folded paper heart garland for Valentine's Day. Because you fold the paper hearts like a fan, or an accordian, you can easily tuck this pretty garland inside a Valentine card as a surprise gift for that special someone.
Paper Heart Garland Supplies:
construction paper, scrapbook paper, gift wrap or wallpaper heart shaped template (print our folded heart template, or draw your own) pencil scissors transparent tape
68
Paper Heart Garland Craft Instructions: Print and cut out a heart-shaped template,, or draw your own on a piece of stiff paper. Fold a piece of paper like an accordian, or a fan, making each fold the same width as your heart template. You can see how the paper should be folded in our diagram, at right. Place the folded paper on the table, and set the heart template on top of it, as shown here. The flattened sections of the heart shape should be placed against the folds on the left and the right sides of the paper. If you have drawn your own heart shape without flattened sides, place the heart shape on the paper so that the edges overlap the sides of the paper just a little at the top. Trace around the heart shape, then carefully cut it out around the bottom point, and around the curves at the top, leaving the flattened edges on each side uncut. When you open out the folded hearts, they should look like the Valentine
69
garland in the photo. But maybe your garland isn't as long as you would like it to be. Make another one in the same way then use a little transparent tape to join the two garlands together. Keep adding sections of folded hearts until your garland is the desired
length.
Scented Valentine Sachet Use heart-shaped paper doilies to make these sweet little sachets, scented with fragrance oil or your favorite perfume.

Valentine Sachets: Supplies: 2 Heart shape paper doilies White craft glue Hot glue Paper, silk or dried roses, pearl strands, embellishments of choice White tissue paper or cotton balls Fragrance oil, regular cologne or perfume Valentine Sachets Craft Project Instructions: Glue together two paper doilies with clear drying craft glue, leaving an opening at the top center of your doily (wrong sides together). Allow the glue to dry. Tear up a little white tissue paper or you can use cotton balls and spray a little fragrance on the tissue or cotton. Once your glue on the doilies is dry, push the scented tissue paper inside the doily, insert a small piece of ribbon at the centre inside top to create a hanger and glue the doily opening closed, with the hanger between the two doilies. Allow the glue to dry before handling again.
71
Using hot glue, glue a small bunch of roses, pearl strands, etc., to the top centre of the heart. You can also add a written greeting to the centre of the heart. If you decide to add a greeting, be sure to make this the first thing you do, as it will be difficult to write on the doily once it is assembled. These can be used inside drawers, attached to hangers, car freshners or anywhere you want to add a little fragrance. Once the scent has diminished, you can simply spray the outside of the heart with new fragrance. It's recommended that you spray the back of the heart, as the fragrance may leave a stain on the doily. Spraying the fragrance evenly over the back of the heart will help to hide any stains that may be left behind from the fragrance. The Cheshire mad book reviews By:Andrew
The Book of Lies
79
This is to some a book that just goes to show how mad Crowley real was but to other's it show's his true genius. Many have yet to be able to understand his ramblings or to look past his ego and god complex. This book is a true treasure to those that understand what is being said and know how to unlock his cryptic writings. So many people forget that he used mnemonics to trigger memory and help retain what is written and in this book it is the case plus the understand that he was walking the Desert of the abyss finding his true self and destroying the old temple of false ideas and belief's. To me this is a most have in any library and one that you will continue to enjoy and find new deeper meaning. No matter what your stance on Crowley may be, do not be so blind to the true knowledge that can be found within his writings and keep an open mind to anything that you read and research it. I give this book 4 1/2 stars for it's brilliance and for the doors that it will open once you understand it's true meaning....

Featured Stories Love Stories
The last Pharaoh of Egypt and the dashing Roman general One of the most famous love stories by William Shakespeare, the love story of Antony and Cleopatra is a true test of love. Read on to know about the famous Anthony & Cleopatra love affair.
Some love stories are immortal. And the true love story of Antony and Cleopatra is one of the most memorable, intriguing and moving of all times. The true story of these two historical characters had later been dramatized by the maestro William Shakespeare and is still staged all over the world. The relationship of Antony and Cleopatra is a true test of love. One of the most famous women in history, Cleopatra VII was the brilliant and beautiful last Pharaoh of Egypt. The woman was legendary, not only for her breathtaking beauty but also for her great intellect. She was proficient in nine languages and was also a skilled mathematician. She is often considered to be a stunning seductress though she was studying to be a nun. She became the mistress of the famous emperor Julius Caesar. After he was slain, she was accused of having been a party to Ceaser's assassination, for there was a rumor in Rome that Cleopatra had given
81
help to Cassius, one of the assassins of Caesar. Matters came to such a head that Caesar's successor and best friend Mark Anthony, the present emperor of Rome, summoned Cleopatra to explain herself at his headquarters in Anatolia. In the spring of the year 41 BC. she crossed the Mediterranean to see him. But as she saw Marc Antony, she fell in love with him, and he with her, almost instantly. Sometime later the emperor accepted her invitation to visit her in Egypt and arrived in Alexandria in time to spend a winter of pleasure. The relationship between these two powerful people put the country of Egypt in a powerful position. But their love affair outraged the Romans who were wary of the growing powers of the Egyptians. Despite all the threats, Anthony and Cleopatra got married at Antioch(in Syria) in 36 BC. Together, Antony and Cleopatra, formed a formidable ruling power. They were now openly together; and openly a team against Octavian, Antony's rival for power in Rome. As a Roman general, with a powerful army in the eastern provinces, Antony gave his new wife a spectacular wedding present - much of the Middle East. In 34 BC, he declared Cleopatra to be the Queen of Kings and Caesarion the King of Kings, jointly ruling over Egypt and Cyprus and joint overlords of the kingdoms of the other children. In the tradition of many eastern monarchies, Cleopatra and Antony now began presenting themselves as divine. To Greeks they appeared as Dionysus and Aphrodite; to Egyptians as Osiris and Isis.
82
But Octavian, Antony's rival in power, had had enough of it. He was a blood-relative of Ceaser. how could he bear to see Antony taking his uncle's place? In 31 BC, he declared a war against Antony. The battle between the forces of Octavian and of Antony and Cleopatra took place at Actium, in Greece, on 2 September 31.
The exact course of the battle is not known, but it is said that while fighting a battle in Actium, Antony got false news of Cleopatra's death. Shattered, he fell on his sword. It is also said that Antony escaped to Egypt with Cleopatra when their fortunes in war turned against them. But the royal couple couldn't escape misfortune. The following year, when Octavian arrived in Egypt with his army, Antony had to commit suicide to escape imprisonment. When Cleopatra learned about Antony 's death, she was shocked. She was taken a prisoner of Octavian, restricted by his guards to part of her own palace. Shattered by her husband's death and her captivity, with the help of some loyal subjects, she arranged for a small poisonous snake, an asp, to be smuggled into her quarters in a basket of figs. Then, Cleopatra ordered her chambermaids to leave her. She put on her royal robes, lied on a couch of gold, and applied the asp to her breast. A little later she was found dead. Great love demands great sacrifices. The love of Antony and Cleopatra epitomize that love is another name for sacrifice.

The Old Man and The Dog An Inspirational Story of Love by Catherine Moore Watch out! You nearly broadsided that car!' My father yelled at me. 'Can't you do anything right?' Those words hurt worse than blows. I turned my head toward the elderly man in the seat beside me, daring me to challenge him. A lump rose in my throat as I averted my eyes. I wasn't prepared for another battle. 'I saw the car, Dad. Please don't yell at me when I'm driving.' My voice was measured and steady, sounding far calmer than I really felt. Dad glared at me, then turned away and settled back. At home I left Dad in front of the television and went outside to collect my thoughts. Dark, heavy clouds hung in the air with a promise of rain. The rumble of distant thunder seemed to echo my inner turmoil. What could I do about him? Dad had been a lumberjack in Washington and Oregon. He had enjoyed being outdoors and had revelled in pitting his strength against the forces of nature. He had entered gruelling lumberjack competitions, and had placed often. The shelves in his house were filled with trophies that attested to his prowess. The years marched on relentlessly. The first time he couldn't lift a heavy log, he joked about it; but later that same day I saw him outside alone, straining to lift it. He became irritable whenever anyone teased him about his advancing age, or when he couldn't do something he had done as a younger man.
84
Four days after his sixty-seventh birthday, he had a heart attack. An ambulance sped him to the hospital while a paramedic administered CPR to keep blood and oxygen flowing. At the hospital, Dad was rushed into an operating room. He was lucky; he survived. But something inside Dad died. His zest for life was gone. He obstinately refused to follow doctor's orders. Suggestions and offers of help were turned aside with sarcasm and insults. The number of visitors thinned, then finally stopped altogether. Dad was left alone. My husband, Dick, and I asked Dad to come live with us on our small farm. We hoped the fresh air and rustic atmosphere would help him adjust. Within a week after he moved in, I regretted the invitation. It seemed nothing was satisfactory. He criticized everything I did. I became frustrated and moody. Soon I was taking my pent-up anger out on Dick. We began to bicker and argue. Alarmed, Dick sought out our pastor and explained the situation. The clergyman set up weekly counselling appointments for us. At the close of each session he prayed, asking God to soothe Dad's troubled mind. But the months wore on and God was silent. Something had to be done and it was up to me to do it.
The next day I sat down with the phone book and methodically called each of the mental health clinics listed in the Yellow Pages. I explained my problem to each of the sympathetic voices that answered. In vain. Just when I was giving up hope, one of the voices suddenly exclaimed,

'I just read something that might help you! Let me go get the article.' I listened as she read. The article described a remarkable study done at a nursing home. All of the patients were under treatment for chronic depression. Yet their attitudes had improved dramatically when they were given responsibility for a dog. I drove to the animal shelter that afternoon. After I filled out a questionnaire, a uniformed officer led me to the kennels. The odour of disinfectant stung my nostrils as I moved down the row of pens. Each contained five to seven dogs. Long-haired dogs, curly-haired dogs, black dogs, spotted dogs all jumped up, trying to reach me. I studied each one but rejected one after the other for various reasons too big, too small, too much hair. As I neared the last pen a dog in the shadows of the far corner struggled to his feet, walked to the front of the run and sat down. It was a pointer, one of the dog world's aristocrats. But this was a caricature of the breed. Years had etched his face and muzzle with shades of gray. His hipbones jutted out in lopsided triangles. But it was his eyes that caught and held my attention. Calm and clear, they beheld me unwaveringly. I pointed to the dog. 'Can you tell me about him?' The officer looked, then shook his head in puzzlement. 'He's a funny one. Appeared out of nowhere and sat in front of the gate. We brought him in, figuring someone would be right down to claim him. That was two weeks ago and we've heard nothing. His time is up tomorrow.' He gestured helplessly. As the words sank in I turned to the man in horror. 'You mean you're going to kill him?' 'Ma'am,' he said gently, 'that's our policy. We don't have room for every
86
unclaimed dog.' I looked at the pointer again. The calm brown eyes awaited my decision. 'I'll take him,' I said. I drove home with the dog on the front seat beside me. When I reached the house I honked the horn twice. I was helping my prize out of the car when Dad shuffled onto the front porch. 'Ta-da! Look what I got for you, Dad!' I said excitedly. Dad looked, then wrinkled his face in disgust. 'If I had wanted a dog I would have gotten one. And I would have picked out a better specimen than that bag of bones. Keep it! I don't want it' Dad waved his arm scornfully and turned back toward the house. Anger rose inside me. It squeezed together my throat muscles and pounded into my temples. 'You'd better get used to him, Dad. He's staying!' Dad ignored me. 'Did you hear me, Dad?' I screamed. At those words Dad whirled angrily, his hands clenched at his sides, his eyes narrowed and blazing with hate. We stood glaring at each other like duellists, when suddenly the pointer pulled free from my grasp. He wobbled toward my dad and sat down in front of him. Then slowly, carefully, he raised his paw. Dad's lower jaw trembled as he stared at the uplifted paw. Confusion replaced the anger in his eyes. The pointer waited patiently. Then Dad was on his knees hugging the animal. It was the beginning of a warm and intimate friendship. Dad named the
87
pointer Cheyenne. Together he and Cheyenne explored the community. They spent long hours walking down dusty lanes. They spent reflective moments on the banks of streams, angling for tasty trout. They even started to attend Sunday services together, Dad sitting in a pew and Cheyenne lying quietly at his feet. Dad and Cheyenne were inseparable throughout the next three years. Dad's bitterness faded, and he and Cheyenne made many friends. Then late one night I was startled to feel Cheyenne's cold nose burrowing through our bed covers. He had never before come into our bedroom at night. I woke Dick, put on my robe and ran into my father's room . Dad lay in his bed, his face serene. But his spirit had left quietly y sometime during the night. Two days later my shock and grief deepened when I discovered Cheyenne lying dead beside Dad's bed. I wrapped his still form in the rag rug he had slept on. As Dick and I buried him near a favorite fishing hole, I silently thanked the dog for the help he had given me in restoring Dad's peace of mind. The morning of Dad's funeral dawned overcast and dreary. This day looks like the way I feel, I thought, as I walked down the aisle to the pews reserved for family. I was surprised to see the many friends Dad and Cheyenne had made filling the church. The pastor began his eulogy. It was a tribute to both Dad and the dog who had changed his life. And then the pastor turned to Hebrews 13:2. 'Be not forgetful to entertain strangers.' 'I've often thanked God for sending that angel,' he said. For me, the past dropped into place, completing a puzzle that I had not seen before: the sympathetic voice that had just read the right article ...
88
Cheyenne's unexpected appearance at the animal shelter. . .his calm acceptance and complete devotion to my father and the proximity of their deaths. And suddenly I understood. I knew that God had answered my prayers after all. Life is too short for drama and petty things, so laugh hard, love truly and forgive quickly. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

picked up his slide trombone this same year and the year after he received his percussion instruments from his Dad. He was involved in setting up our first student radio station in 1969 after the summer. He did lights and sound for a 24 hour 24 bands extravaganza in his hometown of St. Jean Sur Richelieu on June 24th before the Woodstock festival took place that fall. Than he played music with jazz and folk formations in the Old Montreal Entertainment section while learning sound from the ground up helping out to build recording studios as well as performing daily. When he moved to the West Coast he spent time doing live to broadcast as well as live mobile recordings with such acts as; Paul Butterfield, Ian Tyson, Roger Whittaker, Tom Jones, The Jazz Police, Manhattan Transfer, Prism, hundreds through the years. He also freelanced out of many of the Vancouver area recording studios, he was trained in production with James Dockery Lisle former "Platters" producer. This got him a special look into R&B that completed the former tips and tricks learned with Andy Perry of Studio 6 and Morin Heights fame from Montreal. He worked on the project Vancouver Seeds Album, live to radio from Gary Taylor rock room for well over a year, also worked as production manager and D.O.P. for video photo department for an advertising agency during that period. With Michel at the helm you will never be disappointed in how your projects sound. Sacha PĂŠtulli Owner/Musician At a young age Sacha has always had music in his life. He started the saxophone at age 13 after years of playing by ear on the piano. After

many years developing his art ranging from concert bands, orchestras, jazz bands, and more he went on to recording with fellow musicians. Although he may not be one to say he’s proud of his debut release “Our Reality” it shows that his passion is music. PMT Studio came together for Sacha once he had found his father after many years. They both had interest in the arts and especially music. They produced projects at a distance for a few years with a very talented Andre Bädker in Düsseldorf, Germany. Andre runs his studio, “4D Waves”, and produces great works. It was an honor to have such a gifted musician become a part of PMT Studio. Sacha now is part of recording the instrumentation of all artists that come in to PMT Studio. He has completed 4 CD’s for artists including his own and other singles requested by artists to add his specialty too them…saxophone. Although saxophone is his primary instrument you can see him laying down bass, drums, keys, vocals, or whatever is needed in the song to bring it to life. He hopes that there are many projects to come allowing PMT Studio to be a part of others dreams. Sacha Pétulli Roadhouse Rockers spawned from a Los Angeles based website called “Live Digital”. Live Digital shut down in January 2008. There was an attempt to purchase it, but the deal fell through. I was a member of LD at this time. During my time at LD I had developed friendships with many people and most of them were musically oriented or musicians. Being that music is such a large part of my life I decided to start Roadhouse Rockers and brought aboard a co-creator named Michel Petulli who's taste in music is very much akin to mine. We decided on a direction we wanted for roadhouse. Originally it was designed for musicians to have a place to come to and store their music and showcase their bands. Since the launch of Roadhouse we have brought on some great administrators like Dan Spinola – Janet R – Doug - Medic88 – Nina – Sacha; all professionals in their own rights. From the original roadhouse we decided to expand the genres to cover blues-country-jazz and the biker world...over all the years we have maintained a site still dedicated to artist and the love of music. It’s not so much a social network as it is a music library. There are thousands of music videos here and its library is constantly updated by its members, while Dan – Janetr – Chewey – Doug – Medic – and Nina are the graphic artists and first line admins on the site the majority of the work is done by Michel – Sacha and myself. I credit its success to its members Charles V Meeks

dislike those who push their persuasions, religious, atheist, socialist, monetarist, or whatever, on the general public for their own selfish beliefs or monetary gains. Neither I, nor my friends will let http://globalcomspiracytheories.com become a so-called ‘snake oil salesmen’ or ‘fundamentalist preacher’ site, with ‘miracle cures’, like those who used to roam the likes of ‘Texas’ in a covered wagon conning people. We are not preaching anything here, but we are posting what is ‘food for thought’. Make of it what you believe. I personally believe in much content, have questions about other content, and will be dismissive of some content until someone proves it potentially true. You will find many Conspiracy Theory sites that sell the same old con of trying to make you believe anything, and sell from their ‘Wagon’, DVD’s , Books etc, usually found to be filled full of crap and with information that you could have found elsewhere for free, once you purchase it, Yeah. Think! Great money for the Illuminati and NWO? They will infiltrate conspiracy sites wherever they can. (We are watching out, here). Beware of their propaganda for their own monetary or selfish gain. I wish that we could offer hope on our site, but we can offer friendship and hopefully some comfort with each other, as we all want to know what is really going on? All I and my friends can do is post what is believed and being said out there by others and offer it up for debate. Many thanks to those of you who have contributed, and especially to my valued partner and our friend Hidden Soldier for his many sacrifices and time spent on his contributions. Around The Ning Verse
Wow, where to start? Not even through the 1st month of the year, and there is so much that has been going on. It seems Ning can't get there issues fixed and seem to have little to no respect for their paying customers. Not to mention that they can't keep up with all the changes that are going on from youtube going to full stream and IE upgrading to full beta, their platform seems no longer able to accommodate these changes. No, we are dealing with the same issue as before we started paying them, comment boxes not working, emails notifications not being sent. I mean come on! Are they that dumb? Wait, don't answer that...lol... they did fire their top programers and have not been able to replace them, and come to find out they even gave there new CEO the boot because they are broke and had to borrow money and sell shares just to stay up for another 6 months.... Gotta love blind unthought out changes. Now on to my next subject, it is bad when we have to check IP addresses and verify all new members, because of a few scum that have multiple profiles on our site's under different aliases, who by the way they are very well known hackers at that, gathering your info and selling it for 5 cents a
106
piece. Talk about trash. Then, when they get caught they go around starting rumors ~the last being that people are spamming from their site's...lol... News flash! Those people haven't been there & deleted there accounts only to have them reinstated by these people & are now being used to send the spam out. Yet another fucked up & poor decision by Ning~ allowing the ability to be able to reinstate any left member or suspended member. I am really getting tired of hearing of all this drama. It seems people have forgotten to leave the drama at the door and not bring it to other sites. We are supposed to be having fun and enjoying ourselves on all these sites, not dealing with drama! If I want that I can easily not log into the computer. This is supposed to be my break from every day drama not just another source of it. But that's cool there is such a thing as a block, delete, and suspend buttons. And as of this day forth they will be used, just like we will no longer accept aol addresses. Why? Because you can't verify the IP address, because it changes everytime you log into your account. And while I am on this rant, what the fuck~ have people forgotten the meaning of respect for the sites they're on? Come on! If your not going to be active don't join and waste their space. That's cool, We found a tool to monitor all activity. So from here on out if your not active on any site that I am admin on in the last 3 months you will be removed. It is sad though, when you see some of your members active on other site's but haven't been on yours in months, or members that come on and don't comment on post or add things to the sites, but yet have time to do it on other sites. talk about total lack of respect. Just remember, respect is earned not given!!! But the good news is with people working together, we are starting to get all our sites' trash cleaned up and off our Network and we have found ways to make our sites a bit safer from these type of people. They will no longer have safe havens amongst our sites, nor will we affiliate with sites that harbor them. It is time we do what Ning is to lazy to do and clean these piece of trash from our networks and start working together like we

use to. I member when a spammer or a known trouble maker was about it was broadcast to every one along with there email address and there for the longest time, we kept these people off our sites, it's time we start doing that again. By: Andrew

Mind Fuck from a Dom's perspective By: Andrew
As we delve deeper into ourselves, we come to find that we wish to go even farther & deeper to where there are no bounds or limits, for those of us that enjoy the edge play scene, we ultimately reach a point where we realize the need to go even farther with it. It is said that the darkest scene is that of the mind fuck, & one of the more dangerous ones, because it
111
delves into the areas of the unknown & can last for days even weeks. So with that said I highly suggest You know your partner fully & know yourself fully, because in the end you as a Dom are the one that is responsible for the wellbeing of your sub, and after care in this scene is a must, for it can take some time for your sub to come down from this high, and if not done right could leave your partner with long lasting psychological & mental damage. To me the ultimate enjoyment is found here, taking the mind from the pleasure of pain to finding the pleasure of a soft touch of a feather when she knows for sure that the whip in my hand is going to strike her, but not being able to see the feather in my other hand because she is blind folded, & granting her the feel of the whip & as I go to strike again just missing & brushing her with the feather, or as I restrain her on the table she sees on the desk by it a torch & branding iron, then place the blind fold over her eyes & light the torch & let her hear the heating of metal, she knows what is coming & the pain that will be felt it is already there in her mind, she is just waiting for the moment that she feels that intense pain, & as I apply the branding rod to her flesh she feels the pain... but what she didn't see was the branding rod I pulled out of the freezer & used, but her mind could no longer know the difference, & to her it is that of a red hot branding rod. As the scene continues reality becomes lost, for now she knows that each thing we do there may be pain, or a soft loving pleasure. In this we play on all of our senses, sight, sound, taste, feel, smell, even our subs very own fears, testing the very boundaries of trust that is so highly placed in our hands. All the Tools we use now have new meaning & fresh new ideas for pleasure, for the sub no longer knows what is coming but waits anticipating what will be next, her body now reacts differently to
112
all things & to each new sensation, and therein lies the danger for the sub & the Dom for now your sub is in a state where she has never been & where she may not want to come out of for she is no longer in the natural state of mind & has lost reality, it falls on us to know when to stop & start to bring her back to reality, once this point is reached it is when the Dom truly has control, because the safe words no longer come into play for she is not capable of saying them nor will desire to end things. It is on us to know when enough is enough, which can be just as hard for some because of the pleasure & excitement that we are getting we can also lose our state of reality, & lose focus on our sub, & that is where the true danger lays. For those that wish to delve in the mind fuck scene, I recommend that you know your partner fully & that it is someone that you have been with for awhile in the edge play scene. Know their fears & know how their body reacts, but also know yourself before going down this path. Discuss it thoroughly & have an open imagination. & remember that after care will be needed afterwards, & may be needed for several weeks depending how far you take it.

Hair Bondage By Andrew
Hair Bondage views Hair bondage is a fun way to control your submissive or bottom. With her hair bound, you can use the ropes like a leash, directing where she can look. Or you can tie the ropes to something, immobilizing her head. Be sure that she is properly supported, so she does not end up hanging by her hair if she should slip or pass out. Or you can pull her head back, exposing her throat, and making her look and feel really vulnerable. (Be careful how far you pull her head back; some people have trouble swallowing with their head tilted back. And it goes without saying that you should make sure she does not have any neck problems that this would aggravate.)
114
Step 1 views To do hair bondage, you will need two five-foot-long pieces of rope. To begin, take one piece of rope and tie an overhand knot in it, with the ends at the bottom, like this.
Step 2 views Gather up the hair, like you were making a pony tail. Slip the loop over the hair, and pull it snug, but not tight.
Step 3 views Take the second piece of rope and tie an overhand knot in it, with the ends at the top, like this.
115
Step 4 views Slip this loop over the pony tail, next to the first one, and pull it snug, but not tight. We now have four rope ends, and we are going to braid them, using a four-strand whip maker's braid. This will spread the load over the hair, making it less prone to damage. It works kind of like the old Chinese finger trap toys; as the ropes are pulled, the braid gets tighter all along the length of the hair, trapping it in place.
116
Step 5 views To begin the braid, take the rope farthest away from you on the right. Bring it down underneath the pony tail, from right to left, then bring it between the two strands on the left. Note: At first glance, it may appear from the picture that it is the rope nearest you on the right side that went underneath the pony tail. That is an optical illusion; it is truly the rope farthest away from you.
Step 6 views Take the rope that is in your hand and bring it back over the pony tail, so it is on the side you started with, but now it is the closest rope. Pull all the ends taut.
117
Step 7 views Now take the rope farthest away from you on the left, bring it down underneath the pony tail, from left to right, then bring it between the two strands on the right, and back over to the left, where it started.
Step 8 views Now pull all the ends taut.
118
Step 9 views Continue this process, alternating between the rope farthest away from you on the right, and the rope farthest away from you on the left, pulling the ends taut each time. Soon you should have something that looks like this.
Step 10 views At this point, there are a couple of ways to finish off the braid. The simplest is to take the two pairs of ends, and tie them in a square knot (left over right, then right over left). A fancier way is to take the four ends, and braid them into the four-strand chevron braid described in the braided crotchrope tutorial. The result looks like this.

A Little Humor The 10 Hottest... Er... Coolest Anti-Valentine's Gifts by Boomer Babe Anti-Valentine, your time has come. It's now HOT and COOL to be single, mate-less and totally available on Valentines Day. And to prove that you're not just a sullen, lonely, bitter, ostracized person, that you're welcome and even respected in certain circles, Anti-Valentines have made it to the very selective group of observations recognized by GREETING CARD COMPANIES! Valentine's Day is the second most profitable time of the year for the card companies... but why stop there? Anti-Valentines, aka "people not paired," account for 43 percent of Americans. Why shouldn't they get ripped off for a $4.95 card and envelop too? The government might even be able to squeeze some extra postage out of them for irregularly-sized Anti-Valentine cards. The market for Anti-Val gifts is still in its infancy, but I've found 10 doozys that are going to make some entrepreneurs very happy this February 15. (Anti-Valentines Day is officially February 15, but "celebration" dates do not seem to be critical.)
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 1: I Don't Think So Timing is everything. If he's on the outs with you this Valentine's Day, let him know you're Anti-Valentine, no matter what. You won't give in until he
121
admits he's wrong! Send the message subtly with this pair of panties, and he'll know he has more crawling to do. Available fromGroovyNet.net for $10.95.
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 2: It Was Only About The Chocolate Do you remember when you just had to have a sweetheart on Valentine's Day? As a teen, you may have attached easily to someone just to "make it through" Valentine's Day. Wouldn't this decal (available on t-shirts, mugs, and other items from Holiday Place) be a delicious way to say goodbye? (Oooh, I love it!)
122
Anti-Valentine Gift Number 3: A Dude Can Only Take So Much! Got a thing for her, but she's just not treating you right? You know she's a heartless bitch, so why not let her know what you think? She likes little stuffed animals, anyway. The Heartless Bitch is available from HeartlessBitches.com for $7.95.
123
Anti-Valentine Gift Number 4: Was That It? If you really never, ever, ever want to see the guy again, this sentiment should do it... unless it's too subtle. Available in t-shirts, mugs, and even thongs, from The Sticker Wizard & Goth Monkey.
124
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 5: Get Over Yourself; I Already Have While perhaps childish, I can see where a t-shirt like this would make you feel somewhat comforted, especially if you were to accidentally bump into your ex at the gym. Available fromHeartlessBitches.com in three sizes for $18.
125
Anti- Valentine Gift No. 6: Here's A Hint, Honey! These dogs get to humping on USB power and don't stop until you remove them "from the source of their pleasure." The USB Humping Dog is available in Doberman, Husky, Boxer, and Beagle from ThinkGeek.com for $9.99.
126
Anti-Valentines Day Gift No. 7: Stick It To Him/Her When you're really hurting you need to stick a few pins in the doll, don't you? The EX Knife Holder is a practical way to release your pain whether the knives are slicing tomatoes or "returned" to your EX. This is actually a fine set of quality knives with a 25 year warranty (so you can save it for each EX). Available from ThinkGeek.com for $69.99 in red, black, and
chrome.
127
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 8: Dead Roses Is your babe or dude saying one thing and doing another? There's no better way to let them know you're on to them, but to send a dozen dead red roses. Nothing smells or feels quite like dead red roses, and think of how much money you'll save. Available at DeadFlowerFlorist.comfor $19.95.
128
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 9: Sarcastic Candy Hearts Just like dead roses, sarcastic candy hearts make perfect Anti-Valentine gifts. Bittersweets are available in three colorful tins at ThinkGeek.com for $9.99
129
Anti-Valentine Gift No. 10: Love Sucks CD Here's a perfect Anti-Valentine for those who want to dwell on their emotional pain. A CD by a string quartet that pays tribute to the great bands of rock and pop music. Songs like Buried a Lie (The String Quartet Tribute to Senses Fail), The Ghost of You (The String Quartet Tribute to My Chemical Romance), A Box Full of Sharp Objects (The String Quartet Tribute to The Used), and 11 others, can help you or a friend wallow in your misery on Valentine's or Anti-Valentine's Day. Available at Amazon.com for $15.49.
130
And we didn't even touch on Anti-Val greeting cards! Have a great Anti-Valentine's Day!
