ALL WE WANT

2017, Mysore

2017, Bangalore

we say a lot of things colour doesn't matter looks don't matter all that matters is the character we say a lot of things, the shape doesn't matter what people think doesn't matter it's all about the feeling it's all about what a person truly is it's about their mindset it's about how they understand me Just so we don't look like we don't care about other's feelings or is it how we want us to be seen as we cool we cold 'cause it's all just words Just words we never say why we say no, do we it's just no, nor yes

'cause why doesn't matter anymore I want this, I want that I don't want this matters the most we say a lot, we do we do all that we say, matters? they’re just words Just words, once you make them up once you just don’t want to ‘cause the words are in the air and we don’t breath words sadly we say a lot, we do, at the fall we choose, we choose an hourglass, as always, always ‘cause we say a lot and it never matters IS AN HOURGLASS. 2021, Bangalore 2020, Delhi

winter’s dry, summer’s high, rains never lie

sometime back in 2018 I had made friends for few minutes just then, that moment few minutes talking about how summer’s gotten boring because everyone’s invested in their phones noone comes out to play and I was there alone in a place I’ve never been to before talking to two kids about a life I’m craving for now 2020, Bangalore

and that’s when I decided this is all I crave and live for those few moments of talking about life we want and have with hope for more of those few moments of friendship I stumbled upon this photo this morning, thought I’d share as reminiscing is all that we have for now

Chaos is a work of art and all of us are a part of it. Blue Stone mila tha wahi, girgaya wahi, haathon mein tha ek din keliye, kaash meine theekse sambala hota, abhi chooti hui si lagtha nhi. . (Had picked that ring from a shop in Delhi Haat it was the weirdest of the pile, it was crooked abandoned and the most beautiful amongst all the rings, everyone were trying on all the other shiny and oxidised rings, this just caught my eyes, I picked it slid it on to my finger.. fit well, and my hands were just inside my pocket until I passed that vendor. It was with me just for a day. It's probably somewhere lying in a hotel room or in Haus Khas, Kaun jaane, I had just developed an attachment to a stone)

2019, Ahemdabad

on a Saturday night, strolling down streets I saw the vehicles screaming at each other to get out of their way, who knows who was waiting for whom more somewhere out there it was a pleasant night, with a lot of silence in and noise out with some fries, wings and cakes. and maybe some air.

Well that’s what I thought. It just had been too long since my phone saw night light, that night. 2020, Bangalore 2019, Ahemdabad
