Stanford Longevity Design Challenge | Designing for Life Transitions phase I - sept’2023 - nov’2023

Brief: The 2024 Stanford Center on Longevity Design Challenge invites student designers to help develop a new vision for how to move through the new life transitions. Designs that help make transitions more positive and meaningful can play a large role in optimizing longer lives. And it is essential to pay attention to the entire life span, as most problems and strengths observed in old age have their roots decades earlier. Designs may include physical products, digital solutions, or programs, and can address a life transition at any point in the life span. / my role Creative Design Lead - Graphic Designer - Interviewer User Experience Designer - Visual Designer

Interior Design Morning Blend

Aim: As customers enter, they encounter a welcoming café counter and triangular cut mirrors that amplify the room's spaciousness. Inside, an elevated seating platform and bar stools near the counter offer varied seating options. The semi-indoor space is casually adorned with bookshelves and art pieces, fostering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

The mezzanine floor above, giving a sense of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, is also in line with the informal mid-century theme. The outdoor area includes concrete planters with light installations, swing chairs and tiled flooring, attempting to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. For the most part the cafe follows a Mid-Century Modern theme breaking the traditional barriers and diving in with contemporary and modern age.
