Row villas 18 residences in goa


These Row Villas are an introduction to the Holiday Rental Brand the Clients wished to expand in Goa. The design tried to utilize the complete site to its best potential and provided a Luxurios yet cozy stay to the Customers of the property. Architecture - The 18 Row villas are categoriezed in 3 types: • Type A - Court with pool and Kitchen in centre • Type B - Court with kitchen in centre and pool towards the rear end • Type C - Compact unit type with a large backyard with pool. The Services are placed at the back with an external access and a common parking is introduced in the front of the plot. Interiors - A Minimal theme was followed for the interiors since it’ll be mostly listed as rentals. The Furniture provided are adept of the surronding with just the amount required for Comfort. A neutral colour pallete with Earthen tones and greens breaking the monotony forms the look of the villa. Landscape - Due to the variations in the blocks, The landscape is design to integrate with the architecture rather that becoming a stand-alone feature. Local vegetation is given importance to, while merging soft and hardscapes

The central circulation access divides the plot into 2 rows with 9 villas on each sides and common parking area in front.

Villa Renovation and Extension in go


Japandi - a combination of Scandinavian functionality and Japanese rustic minimalism to create a feeling of art, nature, and simplicit is the core design principle of this villa renovation and extension. Features: • Bright, airy spaces where natural light fills the entire house. • Muted neutrals such as whites, greys and tans make up most of the colour palette. • Pops of colour are incorporated through accent pieces and soft furnishing. • Greenery - elegant plans and hanging planters • Simple clean lines and de-cluttered spaces. • Sliding doors that open out to pool

Planter Type 1

Providing a screen the service areas, this planter features tall Bamboo with short/medium Philodendron Xanadu shrubs. Next to the parking, a screen of Clathea is placed with short philodendrons and medium sized Spathiphyllum plants.

Planter Type 2

The entrance has been given a special importance to set the mood for the journey though the house. Clusters of canna indica add a colour to the pedestrian entrance. Spathiphyllum and areca clusters

welcome from the parking. A Feature tree frames the doorway. Tall kentia and travelers palm screen the house from the road. Heliconia rostrata and areca provide the fillers. The walkway towards the service areas have a mix of flowering birds of paradise and calatheas with Rhoes covering the ground. The end of this passage features another frangipani with snake plants providing a ground cover. Bougainvillea creepers on the compound add a colour to the overall landscape.

1 The Brief was to design the Architecture, Interior and Landscape of Nine 4-BHK Luxury Villas, Staff Q with Swimming Pools and Parking which were to be built on contour land. Status - Working Drawings Complete, Construction Commences Soon. Contribution - Working drawing with Details for One Sample Villa, which was to be followed for all other villas. Presenting only Landscape Plants Plan in the Folio.

Planter Type 5

The highlight of the villa being planter type 5 located next to the pool. The two focal points feature a Frangipani with creepers forming the background. These are surrounded by Travelers Palm and Heliconia near the pool. Towards the bedroom opening, the focal point is surrounded by Red wax Palm and a

screen of Raphis Palm. The fillers include Areca Palm, Calathea, Spathiphyllum and a mix of Philodendron and Shuttlecock fern At the verandah, we have the sculptural dracaena and a Cycus+Rhoeo combination near the swimming pool feature spout.

Planter Type 6

This planter type is located at the far end of the villa. A screen of Heliconia Psittacorum provides privacy to the bedroom. Opposite to this is a screen of Gracius bamboo and Xanadu providing a continuity to similar to the service areas. Heliconia metallica

provides a dark background from the staircase lobby Giant Alocasio provides a screen from the neighboring property with fillers of costas providing a vibrance. A banana cluster at the corner honors the local produce of the area. Dracacena and bamboo feature in the outdoor shower, enhancing the experience.

This Luxuxry 6-BHK residence in Kerala was designed in harmony with the nature. The interiors were also planned with timeless aesthetics. Services and Ease of access play a major role here. Local materials are given emphasis to provide a luxurious and grounded nature to fit the context.

The Flat, Located near the Beach had an opportunity to showcase Coastal Touches with Traditional Furniture and Soft furnishing with a contemporary styling. The Dining and the Living are highlighted with a Blue Wall to break the monotony of White and add a Pop to the Space.

The Brief was to provide a warm and comfortable feeling the moment you step into the house, while it ascts as a hom to the short stay tourists. The Wardrobe hence kept open to accomodate their luggage also serves as a niche to sit and converse in. A well lit and equipped Kitchen with ample storage aids in the service of the guests.

The Existing balcony is extended and covered to add an aditional converastion pit ideal for a morning cup of tea and an evening drinks session. A sofa-bed when fully expanded provides

A Reception, Service quarter, a small Takeaway Kitchen with a drop off space for 2 cars on the Ground floor. The Upper Floors consist of 3 rooms – One small room with bathroom, One bigger room with a privacy partition and a Studio apartment with a pantry.

Located near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, It is a north-east corner plot with three 20sqm studios on each floor and an exlusive terrace apartment for the owner. An open staircase and lift lobby connect the floors. There are two types of studios on each floor. Each studio is approximately 20sqm. Due to the area restriction, the furniture is designed to expand as required. The wardrobe maintans privacy of the user by visually blocking the sleeping space. A small balcony makes the studio perfect for individual occupancy.
