The project is located in the Seaport District of Boston, and it located in the 6th floor of the building. In order to build an inclusive environment, I used diversity and the local culture as my guiding principles. All materials are sourced locally. At the same time, I also provide a variety of Typology of workstations to meet the needs of different people

The value of inclusion in the workplace is becoming more widely accepted. According to research, up to 67 percent of job searchers take diversity into account when evaluating potential employers and employment offers. Additionally, current workers desire a more diverse workplace. According to research, 57% of team members want their organization to encourage and increase diversity.

I intended to use Boston as inspiration when I first started considering the idea. The ocean, picturesque landscapes, and streets lined with historic buildings are all familiar sights in Boston. New England style is popular in Boston.

Shanghai is a national central city in China. I wonder if there is a space that can be weaved between time and space and civilization, just like a narrative story. In this story, the city is the window that adorns the building, and the light is the roof of the building. Light, water patterns, and urban landscapes be presented together in the space. I hope the space looks like a vivid painting from all angles. Crowds, blazing sunshine, and the city memories I gave people are all depicted in the painting.

Shanghai is a city built around rivers, and water is of great significance to Shanghai. I used the movement of water as my primary design inspiration, and the shape of the entire space resembles flowing water. This project carries an endless imagination of the future, starting with the local and traditional culture. It embodies historical memory and alluded to futuristic vision.

China Leye is the hometown of my parents. Everything here brings back memories of my childhood. Every holiday my parents take me here, that's why I have a deep affection for this place. There is an interesting landform here called Karst. In addition, Leye has been dubbed "Karst Holy Land" by Chinese media and has been included in "China's World Cultural Heritage Tentative List”

Sinkhole is a typical type of Karst. The sinkhole of Leye is a famous scenic spot in China, national geological park, and one of the largest primeval forest in the world. It looks like an Anda crater. Its edges are very steep, just like been cut by the knife. The bottom of the sinkhole is covered with moss and shrubs. The researchers found Allantodia chinensis and Petrocosmea grandiflora Hemsl here that grew at the same time as the dinosaurs.

Leye has a long history and belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate. There are no particularly hot summers or frigid winters in the county

Karst biodiversity and the variety of cave species are abundant in Leye. There has algae, microorganisms, ferns, flowering plants, invertebrates, vertebrates, and many animals that are extremely endangered.

Evergreen broad-leaved arbor forest vegetation is the common type of vegetation in Leye. Due to varying climatic dryness and humidity as well as diverse rock matrices, deciduous arbor species in this kind are essentially intermingled. Broad-leaved evergreen woods predominate in Guangxi's north in general. Fagaceae and Lauraceae are the most prevalent.

BUILDING PROCESS

The core tube is encircled by five circular spaces that are supported by three columns. The core tube is accompanied by circular gaps at the same time. Each area is related to the others and enlarges outside of itself. Although autonomous, each slot is located close together. The entire layout resembles a bubble between the mountains and the fields that blend in with the landscape

ECOLOGICAL HALLWAT

The Landscape are bring into the interior space through the large glass, which echoes the natural elements in the interior and makes them blend together.

Visitors can view the sinkhole up close in this area. In addition, I made extensive use of sustainable materials to lessen the environmental damage caused by humans

The Desert Oasis Hotel located in One Camelback of Phoenix where offers a panoramic view of the natural scenery of Arizona. The hotel adopts simple design to echo with the space where the simplicity of modernism perfectly combines with the brilliance of the displayed artworks to create the gentle and natural feelings in the peaceful space. In terms of design, we create a sensual accommodation experience wholeheartedly, which will show the charm of regional culture and art. The Yumeen Restaurant is combined with the fashionable green and lots of plants to create a secret oasis. Besides, it focuses on creative vegetarian dishes and elaborately prepares for special delicacies, which reflects the comfortable and cosy lifestyle. Create an ideal place to escape from the urban jungle and find a moment of leisure in a busy life.

PLANT ANALYSIS

Phoenix is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. Extreme heat and a lack of affordable housing are currently issues in this area. Phoenix is accustomed to the dry, hot environment of the desert, but as a result of global warming and unchecked urban sprawl, the local hot season has been extended and the number of hot days is rising.

The local climate, which is a tropical desert environment, is relatively dry and has a high annual average temperature. Only isolated regions of Saudi Arabia and Iraq have a warmer average yearly temperature than Phoenix. In Phoenix, the yearly average temperature will be higher than 38 Celsius on roughly 89 days.

When I started thinking about the concept, I plan to find some inspiration from Boston. Streets with traditional buildings, ocean, and beautiful landscapes are common elements in Boston

The common style in Boston is New England. Nautical Elements, Paid and Stripes, and Easy Elegance are the main elements

My concept is to combine Boston elements to the typical New England style, such as replacing the traditional stripes and plaids with waves

Match some red bricks on the traditional wooden material as a red element

Create a modern New England style with a Boston twist

MOUNTAIN PARK

This project is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Great location, near the community. Convenient transportation, bus stops are surrounding the healthcare center, and several main roads nearby. No high-rise around the healthcare center, provide enough sunlight. Patients are mainly elderly and children. The concept of this project is Zen. I used the concept of yin and yang regulation in Zen to integrate the local cultural elements of Phoenix, so that the project provides a relaxing and calm sanatorium in the hot summer of Arizona.
