This portrait photography guide was designed to go over the portrait process, from start to finish, and to fill in some blanks for you. Of course, please feel free to contact KLP with any questions that you may have. Keira Lemonis Photography is a boutique photography studio that believes in creating a custom experience for you. You are an individual and your images should reflect this.
Portrait Sessions
Engagement Senior Family Maternity Boudoir / Contemporary Glamour KLP portrait sessions are designed to create a unique & fun experience. Keira will work with you to create a session that produces beautiful pieces of art for you to take home, from guidance on what to wear to your session, location suggestions, help with final image selections and more. Portrait Sessions last about 1 1 & 1/2 hours and include one outfit or “look” change, if you’d like.
Option 1 - $500
This fee includes Keira’s time (1 - 1 & 1/2 hour session), talent & professional editing of all final images (around 55-65). With this package you receive all of the high resolution digital images to keep. Retainer of $275 required to reserve your date & time.
Option 2 - $385 This fee includes Keira’s time (1 - 1 & 1/2 hour session), talent & professional editing of all images in your gallery (around 50-60 to view). With this package you receive 25 high resolution digital images to keep. Retainer of $275 required to reserve your date & time.

With this package you receive 5 high resolution digital images to keep. Session fee of $275 required to reserve your date & time. *Art pieces, albums & prints may be added to any package. Social Media Digital Image Collection Receive all of the photos from your session gallery as a low resolution digital image. These images are only suitable for viewing digitally and are perfect for use on Facebook, etc. You may not print these files as they are not large enough and will have very poor print quality! - $125 Signature Albums / Press Book High quality, signature albums available with many cover options - leather, linen or silk. Multiple color options available!

Payment & Policy
Payment $275 is given as a retainer. Retainers are used in order to secure a date / time just for you, and therefore are non-refundable under any & all circumstances. Please do not proceed with booking your date unless you are absolutely sure that is how you’d like to proceed. Payment in cash, check or credit cards. Payment Plans are available. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule for any reason, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. If you reschecule with less than 24 hours notice there will be a rescheduling fee of $50. You may reschedule one time only, with out loss of retainer. If rescheduling is on the part of KLP, or due to inclement weather, there will be no loss of retainer (no worries there!) Odds & Ends - Artists reserve the right to only edit & release images considered to be within the photographer's artistic standard and of professional quality. (It will be between 55-65 images in the finished gallery). - Copyright - Please note that it is illegal to right-click or screen shot online proofs or other online images featured on the web site or the blog, make copies from prints, sell or alter images received in electronic or print format. All images indefinitely remain under copyright of Keira Lemonis Photography unless otherwise noted under contractual agreement. All images can be purchased from Keira Lemonis Photography. - Social Media - We love seeing our images on Facebook and other social media sites! Please feel fee to post / pin them, however, a credit must be given to keiralemonisphotography.com. Please do not alter images in any way. Thank you!
FAQ What is your photography style? I am a lifestyle portrait photographer with a little bit of an editorial twist. I consider my work to be natural, fun, stylish, a bit whimsical & timeless. Do you travel / charge travel fees? I happily travel, however, I do charge a travel fee for any portraits taking place beyond a one hour drive time from Albany, NY. The exact fee depends on the location. What do I wear to my session? Wear something that you feel fabulous in and that showcases your personality! As a full service photography studio, we will be sending along suggestions and tips, prior to your session. We are available to guide you every step of the way in order to make sure that you look and feel your best during your session! Where will my session take place? It’s awesome when the location for a portrait session has meaning to you, however, this is certainly not necessary. Some examples are - a family property, a state park, a farm, an orchard, a historical property, a beach. Shooting outdoors is best for natural light portraiture, if shootng indoors, great natural light is a must! Is professional hair / make up available? Absolutley and I highly recommend this! It adds a little something extra special to your look!
