THE COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP/ CELEBRATION
CONGREGATIONAL MODEL (THE ADDITION METHOD) ORGANIZED, SAFE, CONTROLLED
The Congregational Model is a structure whereby fellowship is limited to either a small group within the church, a celebration in the church itself, or a para-church celebration at the city or state level. However, these are all limited forms of fellowship and celebration limited in long-term intimacy, accountability, and connection. The House Church Model, by contrast, is able to celebrate by the way they are linked together in a neighborhood or locality. They also favor a city-wide celebration where the whole church of a city comes together. Additionally, house churches can exist independently of celebrations, especially in a hostile environment, and still spread out.
