Meet Kelli Grant

Kelli is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Resort & SecondProperty Specialist. Kelli is revered as a seasoned, discreet professional.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Kelli led a software company focused on providing local home builders and contractors with a unified system. During that time, Kelli was a member of the Arizona Contractor’s Association, Construction Financial Management Association, and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction.

Today, Kelli is one of nation’s top real estate agents, and a previous member of the KW Sports + Entertainment Division, an invitation-only community of vetted agents aligned within Keller Williams Realty,

In 2024, Kelli was invited to be a TV Host for an EMMY-nominated and Telly award-winning national TV show about lifestyle, culture and real estate, The American Dream. Having grown up in Phoenix, Kelli cherishes this opportunity to share all that Arizona has to offer.

Kelli supports multiple local non-profits including Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Meet the Team

Melissa Howe

“A large part of my role is educating out-of-town buyers about Phoenix and our real estate market and providing resources to help make their transition as easy as possible while they are selling a home, buying a home, moving their families and starting a new job,” says Melissa, whose own mother was a top real estate agent for over 30 years. “It is in my blood—I have always loved real estate.”

Prior to her career in real estate, Melissa served as a concierge manager at the Hyatt Scottsdale, regularly handling all manner of client requests. After obtaining her license, Melissa served as an assistant for a number of Scottsdale’s top-producing local agents for more than a decade, learning key skills first-hand from some of the best in the business. In 2012, Melissa joined the Kelli Grant Group and began making her mark on the local real estate scene.

In her spare time, Melissa volunteers as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, a role she has held since 2013. A tireless community supporter, Melissa also supports the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and served as tour director for the Heart of Scottsdale tour, where she helps set up the event for local agents to showcase their new listings for sale.

Gina Mure

Gina joined the Kelli Grant Group in 2021 and fits in with the team perfectly with her huge heart, genuine nature, spirit of giving back, and quirky sense of humor.

Gina Mure was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 1987. For over 20 years Gina has promoted and helped her husband grow their company, Peak One Builders & Restoration, into the award-winning business that it is today.Based in Scottsdale and veteran-owned, Peak One is a top-rated luxury home builder that is committed to five-star quality. Peak One is also a leading builder of certified energy-star-rated homes and zero-energy-ready custom homes.

Gina is connected to a wide array of people and loves to be a part of ‘inspiring joyful connections’. Gina trains horses, gives riding lessons, pony rides, has a dog swimming business, and is an actor and singer. With over 30 years of equine experience under her cowboy hat, she is an Equine Property Specialist who has lived in the Rio Verde Foothills for 15 years. Gina has had twelve pacemakers in her life due to a rare heart condition. Located in the exclusive Country Club Acres neighborhood in Paradise Valley, this gorgeous home was constructed back in 1971. Although the owners completed a structural renovation in 2006, the property required interior updates and repairs for leaks, etc. The Kelli Grant Team toured the property and completed a market assessment based on our Paradise Valley experience and expertise. After identifying the ideal buyer persona, we created and executed a targeted pre-listing marketing campaign.

Results:

In a slow market in which properties were averaging months on the market, we received six offers during opening weekend. The property successfully closed above the asking price at $2,175,000.

Case Study: Staging & Renovation Recommendations Led to a Successful Sale

Scottsdale

Originally Listed at $1,625,000

Sold at $1,700,000

Located in the prestigious 85255 zip code of Scottsdale, this impressive property was originally listed at $1,625,000. The owners were living in their primary home on the east coast and, at first, were not looking to invest in the painting and staging we recommended. After several open houses and comprehensive marketing, the property was removed from the market after four months.

Results:

Given the initial learnings, the owners proceeded with our recommended painting and staging updates. As a result, the property was re-listed and successfully sold for $1,700,000.

Phoenix

Nestled in the Sonoran Foothills gated community, this unique property is a rare TW Lewis semi-custom basement home, but did not sell immediately as hoped. After a comprehensive analysis, our team recommended kitchen and master bath updates with minimum budget required.

Results:

With our cost-efficient recommendations, the owner was able to maximize the impact of the $40,000 in renovations. The home sold for $100,000 more — paying for the renovations while also increasing the profit margin.

With consideration of the homeowners’ desired short timeline and after extensive research, we strategically priced and launched an aggressive pre-listing marketing campaign.

Results:

The surrounding community had multiple homes on the market for three months or more, and yet, these homeowners were hoping for a much faster timeline. Our infamous launch event attracted over 100 visitors, resulting in multiple offers out the gate. It sold for over the asking price during the opening weekend!

Case Study: Identified Buyers & Completed Sale Without Going to Market

Phoenix

When we initially met with these Phoenix-area sellers, they were exploring a sale but not yet ready to move. We met sporadically over the next five years, providing guidance around renovations aimed at increasing their return.

When they were ready to sell, they expressed their disinterest in holding showings and open houses. They preferred to set and accept a fair and attractive price. We reached out to our networks and database to identify buyers who would fit the ideal buyer profile.

Results:

We identified a buyer relocating their family to Arizona from Colorado. The sellers had raised a family in the home, and were delighted by the prospect of another family moving in. Our buyer client purchased the home at the seller’s desired price before it even hit the market. Best yet, the buyers and sellers remain friends to this day. How about that for a happily ever after?

Case Study: Successfully Marketed & Maximized Exposure for a Home with Restrictive HOA Rules

Superstition Mountain Golf Club

Due to the location inside a country club community, this listing required an atypical marketing strategy. The HOA restrictions included strict guidance around signage, showings, broker open houses, and open houses, causing limited opportunity for exposure for this property and others for sale in the community. In response, we launched an aggressive online marketing campaign including online ads and direct outreach.

Results:

Through targeted marketing messaging, we were able to find a buyer who was perfect for this property. It would serve as one of many part-time homes throughout the country for the buyer. They were thrilled with the unique floor-plan, the impeccable views, the club amenities, and the vicinity to their kids and grandkids. We closed this sale at asking price, while representing both the happy buyer and seller!
