Well join Karl, Lynette, Kelly and her lovely boyfriend Edward plus our special guest artists and band as we present our own amazing Art Deco Spectacular with a group of musically minded, mad people.

We may not be able to go to the Art Deco Festival this year but we can bring the festival to life with our stunning events and artists.

With the backdrop of the magnificent Art Deco buildings, the beach and the sound shell, like a time machine we transport you back to the 1930’s, as we create our own Art Deco travel bubble!

4 amazing musical events from escorts Karl, Lynette, Kelly and Edward with special guests Suzanne Lynch, Marian Burns and our band including Our Tribute to Glenn Miller and the Big Band Era at Church Road Winery, and The Great Gatsby finale event at the Mission Estate.

Our own afternoon tea concert with our band and singers: The Dancing Years in the famous Sound Shell with a high tea and a glass of sparkling wine.

Coach tour to Oruawharo Homestead, a mansion, built in 1879, personal tour with the owners and our event Puttin on the Ritz with concert and dinner in the historic chapel and including guest appearances from Marian Burns and Suzanne Lynch.

Dress up each day as we present our own special events including a gourmet dinner at the Old Church, stepping back into history, ranging from private concerts, dinner events, exclusive historic house tours, high tea parties and wine tastings.

Our special Operatunity Art Deco Spectacular combines all the glitz and glamour of beautiful Napier, its amazing collection of Art Deco buildings, vintage car rides, wine tasting, picnics, historic high teas and so much more!

FRIDAY 16 APRIL 2021 (HT, D) - Crown Hotel, Napier Highlights Include: • We stay at the 4.5 star Crown Hotel, overlooking the stunning waterfront in the historical seaside village of Ahuriri, with the sun, sea and landscape on your doorstep. You can wander, rest, revel, whatever you wish! •
After check in we tour to Oruawharo Homestead, a mansion and historic chapel, built in 1879, with high tea on arrival followed by a personal tour with the owners.

Following our tour, we enjoy our welcome dinner and our own exclusive concert entitled Puttin on the Ritz, with our escorts and special guests Suzanne Lynch and Marian Burns. Time to dress up, hurrah!
SATURDAY 17 APRIL 2021 (B, L, D) Highlights Include: • Get dressed up because we are off on our exclusive, luxury 1930’s vintage car tour of Napier. Tour includes Art Deco Quarter, historic Port Ahuriri, a delightfully quaint Art Deco residential suburb, and includes visits to the world renowned Municipal Theatre and the iconic National Tobacco Company building, where we will enjoy wine tasting and lunch platters. • A visit to Birdwoods Gallery and Sweet Shop. • Gala dinner with our band and singers including NZ iconic artist Suzanne Lynch in the Church Road Winery Cellar with Our Tribute to Glenn Miller and the Big Band Era, complete with dinner, our own brass band and dancing this evening. Pop on those glad rags and dance the night away.

SUNDAY 18 APRIL 2021 (B, HT, D) Highlights Include: • Our own afternoon tea concert with band and great singers in the famous Sound Shell with our fun event, a high tea and a glass of sparkling wine: The Dancing Years! • Special gourmet dinner this evening at the Old Church Restaurant.
MONDAY 19 APRIL 2021 (B, WINE, HT, D)
Highlights Include: • Wine tasting today at two of the iconic vineyards in the Hawkes Bay. • Then we step back in time as we visit the famous historic mansion including high tea at Mangapapa Hotel, former homestead of James Wattie. • Our Finale event entitled The Great Gatsby at the Mission Estate in their old chapel with music, dress ups, fun and frolicking from Karl, Lynette, Kelly and Edward - lots of frocks and fun to finish our festival.
TUESDAY 20 APRIL 2021 (B) This morning we have a breakfast at the hotel before making our way to the Airport for our flights home around New Zealand, full of wine, food and fantastic events and a chance to dress up and step back in time.
