SEVEN The Seven Wonders of the human body, the World and everything in between |

Introduction Our human blueprint is composed of several different aspects that make the whole person. The human is not only a carefully and methodically constructed layer of molecules, cells, atom structures, skin, and bones. Humans also have emotions, feelings, instincts, and intuition, and these concepts are impossible to prove? The ability to perceive, restrain and reframe is difficult for the individual who is laden down with chemical toxins and emotional baggage. One of the main sources of biology and the fountain of our youth resides in the smallest singular structure of all, the pineal gland. This tiny gland is the master to the whole of the endocrine system and has a direct influence on the generation and healing of the body plexus sites. When this has been activated, the individual will begin to understand and look beyond the human three-dimensional linear aspect. The person can access third sight, enabling a full visual field of the experience, a top down view, a side view, an internal view, etc., all simultaneously interact at the same time to enable a sensible and stable response. Alternatively, the human can continue to function as they always have, by remaining in the state of subdued compliance that has no desire to escape their internal misery. To balance these internal and external states of emotion, compassion plays a key part. Compassion is the body, mind and spirit engaging in the experience, openly sharing, and caring with the other, in the exchange. A huge and vital difference exists between superficial admiration – of yourself, or others – and integral admiration. In loving ourselves fully, we no longer need anything from the ‘outside’ world of lustful desire, recognition from others, or physical satisfaction. Our drives become intrinsic to our very essence, unbridled by neurotic distractions. Lust takes us out of our bodies, ‘attaching’ our psyche onto someone else’s physical form. That’s why all other lust-based sex – is never satisfactory: It’s a neurotic process rather than a natural, normal one! Normal is normal – and has been called normal for a 1

reason. True love only comes when we have nothing preventing us from letting it shine forth from within. We cannot fully be ourselves when our minds are trapped in a cycle and group-mentality, by protected and celebrated lust. External and internal realities are one, and the same! The seven chakras connect to seven organs; they communicate to the body via plexus sites of local organs. The chakras are directly and intrinsically related to the endocrine system, or better known as immunology. The immune system which is governed by the pituitary and pineal gland, acts as the bodyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s mainframe or hard drive. The seven senses connect to the cranial nerves which communicate to the external environment. Thus, the cranial nerves transmit data from the environment to the body via proprioception and vestibular feedback. Thus, the person observes reality, through experiencing visual and auditory sound, vestibular and proprioceptive information â&#x20AC;&#x201C; the sensory base. This stimulus from the environment records an imprint into the psyche, recording and transmuting the data for the individual to understand. God is within and without! God exists in each person as an organ and/or, also as a concept. The two mind-setâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s help to differentiate between the two opposing realms of duality, the inner world of the psyche verses the outer world of reality. God is the seat of the soul and several philosophers have stated in their theoretical works, that the seat of the soul is the third eye, or pineal gland. Therefore, god is within all of us. How are we treating this god concept in our bodies? The pineal gland controls all the autonomic, central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS), which stores images, sounds, memories and traumas and all other vibrations of different frequencies. These images are also recorded in the subconscious mind which sees things in slow motion, the same occurs with sounds recorded. Therefore, the pineal gland is a master store house of images and sounds, beyond this, is just vibrations of different frequencies. These vibrations, shape reality

and perception for the person. These images are recorded in the subconscious mind. Which sees and hears things, via the cranial nerves! There are three Major cranial nerves within the pineal gland and these 3 nerves have a great impact in subconscious recordings. Nerve 1 and 2 is connected to vision, enabling the individual to access sight from the external world and nerve 8 is connected to sound, allowing sound to travel through the ears to the brain, it these three nerves that exclusively work through the pineal gland to bring us the reality we see, every day. The third Eye - pineal gland. What you watch, or pay attention to, is recorded in the pineal gland, therefore during sleep the pineal gland enters dream state, people who can recall their dreams, and put in the effort to analyse them, are able to understand, or try to understand the nightly affairs of the dream state. This is also the soulâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s communication tool, to help the individual face different challenges or prepare them for something unforeseen. The dream world holds vital clues about their life story and future destiny. The subconscious records what an image means, a healthy person will sort out what was useful and throw out the useless, however, a damaged pineal gland will not be able to throw out the trash as it isn't able to function as well anymore. The pineal gland affects all the major organs as well, implicated in illnesses such as diabetes, thyroidism, obesity, to name a few, which all impact on health. How? Well first, the proteins and sugars that are in the food, digests in the stomach taking nutrients from the food, (protein for mitochondrial functioning) crosses the plexus and blood barrier, in the stomach and returns the nutrient found in those substances, back up to the pineal/pituitary gland. The stomach plexus and the pineal gland are only directly related due to the one cranial nerve, nerve 10 or X. This nerve is the only other, aside from audio and visual, that is connected to the pineal gland directly.

Nerve 10 or X, is one of four ventricles that connects the endocrine system, to the physical body (nerve 1 & 2 are visual and nerve 8 is auditory) the third ventricle is in the roof of the pineal gland and fourth ventricle is directly below the mouth, above the thyroid gland. This nerve is a major nerve and vital life force for the human, the fourth ventricle holds the key to the whole internal body system, including emotional attachments that conceal inner pain. Much like a heavy, nausea feeling felt when things appear obscure, or the butterflies felt in the stomach, when meeting a new lover! All these experiences are related to the chakraâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s or plexus sites, in the body. The pineal observes images and sounds only. Images are everywhere. Sounds are vibrations, which are everywhere. Nothing moves without vibration! The images and sounds amassed during waking hours and the lived experiences of the choices made, become stored memories personal to the individual. A damaged or impaired pineal gland? Damage to this gland will have a direct impact on the health of the individual and their ability to overcome physical illness and diseases. This pineal gland is calcified by the time most people reach adulthood. Diseases have already taken host in the body, with allergies or sensitivities to many foods. Diseases that are affected by food by the pineal gland can lead to diabetes, hyperthyroidism, autism, crohns disease, celiac disease, the list is endless. In occupational science, we use the two terms hypo and hyper to refer to an over active or over aroused state and under active, low arousal state. The underlying anxiety is demonstrated through these two scales. Thus; anxiety that is felt is expressed in either an over active hypo aroused or it is expressed as hyper active/ under active, through behaviours, phobias and other complexes. Hypersensitivity to sound can cause sleep problems for people, which has a negative effect on their wellbeing overall. Hyposensitivity to sound is where noise stimulates and invigorates the person to wake up. Music that has an enlivening effect can impact a person's mood instantly, just as a gentle tune can arouse emotion and nostalgia. 4

Hypersensitivity in vision includes, bright fluorescent lights, direct eye contact being painful, clicking fingers in front of the eyes, overstimulated in the environment can bring forth a headache or nausea, tension in the shoulders. Hyposensitivity is attracted to light, the brighter the better, it is also fascinated by patterns and can stare intently at objects, with sound, it is needing music to motivate the person to movement.

Seven appears to have a magical existence to human evolution. From a microcosmic or quantum aspect, to the macrocosmic universal level, there is no doubt that seven, is integral to human functioning. On a macrocosmic aspect, the seven is all around us, just view the wonders or the world, ranging from seven different continents and the seven seas to the seven major organs, down to the seven days of week and seven musical scales of notes exemplifies how powerful this numerical value has on human existence, from time space to space time. Seven continents: Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, North America, South America, Antarctica. Seven seas: North Pacific, South Pacific, North Atlantic, Artic, Pacific, Indian, south Atlantic. Seven colours of the rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, violet.

Seven notes to a musical scale: a,b,c,d,e,f,g - Doh, Ray, Me, Far, So, La, Te? Seven heavenly bodies visible from earth: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn. Seven external cavities in the human head: two eyes, two ears, two nostrils one mouth. Seven cervical vertebrates, the cervical spine is labelled 1-7 and holds the human head. Seven medical regions of the body: head, thorax, abdomen, two arms and two legs. Seven main bodily functions: respiration, circulation, assimilation, excretion, reproduction, sensation, reaction. The seven major organs: heart, lungs, intestines, kidneys, reproductive organs, liver, bladder. Seven chakras connect to seven endocrine organs: Pineal, Pituitary, Thyroid, Thymus, Adrenal, ovaries/testes (biology) Seven hermetic laws: Mentalism, Vibration, Gender, Correspondence, Cause and effect, Polarity and Rhythm. 7

Seven deadly sins: Lust, Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Pride, Vanity and Sloth The dual nature of the seven sins are also counter balanced by the virtues - Humility vs pride, Kindness vs envy, Abstinence vs gluttony, Chasity vs lust, Patience vs anger, Liberality vs greed and Diligence vs sloth! Seven heavenly virtues: Faith, Hope, Charity, Fortitude, Justice, Prudence, Temperance * [in the book of revelation there are seven seals, seven bowls of wrath, seven trumpets]*. Seven days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Seven major organs in the brain: four lobes in the forebrain, (neocortex) two in the mid brain (mammalian) and one in the brain stem (reptilian, brain stem). The seven is all around in the external world and within in the internal world!

Chakras

While the traditional chakra system is made up of seven major chakras and several hundred minor chakras, other systems identify additional chakras located above and beyond the uppermost chakra in the traditional system, known as the Crown Chakra. This is a snapshot of eastern medicine vs western science that describes the major chakras and their functions. The major chakras are located along the spinal column and correspond specifically to both physiological and psychic functions. As you move up the spinal column, the 8

function and qualities of each chakra becomes more complex. This can be seen especially in the last three chakras (Throat, Brow and Crown), whose functions deal with creativity, intuition and higher spiritual thought. A healthy chakra can be identified by its clear and vibrant colour, and the speed and smoothness of its movement. An unhealthy chakra is usually seen as having murky coloration and erratic or sluggish movement. The chakras are the sources of the psychic energy perceived as the colours of the aura. Theoretically, if all the Chakras are generating psychic energy at full power, each colour in your aura will have equal brightness. Since all the colourâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s combined in equal brightness create Pure White that is how your aura would be perceived by a sensitive observer. Typically however, our chakras develop at different rates, which means that at any given time, some will be stronger than others. Our auras reflect this condition, and this is how we can learn so much about our internal states from the colourâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s we perceive in the aura.

Root Chakra A red aura derives its colour from the Root chakra, and as such is representative of blood and the primal, physical energy that is needed to ensure our personal power and self-preservation. It is through the application of this energy that we are able to maintain groundedness, good physical health and achieve prosperity in the material world. The Root chakra is often associated with the element of red, and thus, the presence of red in an aura can often be an indication of a strong sense of purpose and passionate nature. A balanced red aura will display the admirable qualities of drive, will power,

commitment and determination, while an imbalanced shade of red can often indicate stubbornness, wilfulness, aggressiveness and overbearing behaviour. An aura that is both red and unbalanced is an indication that the Root chakra is blocked. Since the Root chakra controls our â&#x20AC;&#x153;fight or flightâ&#x20AC;? reflexes, an unbalanced red aura may manifest itself with feelings of fear, nervousness or an overall sense of insecurity or anxiety. Physical level - On a physical level red is associated with adrenal glands - the glands whose function is associated with the "fight or flight" response - the instinctual survival response. People who are drawn to red enjoy being in their physical bodies and here on earth.

Mental level - The energy of red is masculine, it is dynamic, outgoing, it can be somewhat forceful and it is dominant. It commands attention. People who are drawn to red are ambitious, highly practical and oftentimes they are drawn to politics. Red resembles powerful, explosive, volcanic, passion. Challenges

Sacral Chakra An orange aura originates in the sacral chakra, the source of our emotions and sexuality. The Sacral chakra corresponds to the element of water, and as such the presence of orange can translate into seemingly placid emotions (â&#x20AC;&#x153;still waters run deepâ&#x20AC;?) or take on the qualities of a raging river. Like the sun, which is often associated with the colour, a rich orange hue would be an indication of an emotionally warm and sensitive person, although as noted above, if the shade of orange is too dark, there is the possibility of an emotional imbalance, often related to sexual origins. This imbalance can also manifest itself as false pride or selfish behaviour. When the shade of orange is bright, it indicates positive feelings and a natural sensitivity to the needs and feelings of others. For many people, orange is the first and easiest colour to see when they begin observing auras. Originating in the Solar chakra, this colour signifies the presence of wisdom and the intellect. Physical level - On a physical level orange relates to the colon, bladder, and gallbladder. It is part of the digestion and assimilation. Orange energy is very powerful physical and spiritual energy. It’s interesting to note that the colour yellow carries the connotation of happiness and good fortune. When deeper shades of yellow are observed in someone’s aura, it often means they are relying too much on their analytical side. Heart Chakra The green in an aura comes directly from the Heart chakra, and indicates compassion, sensitivity, sympathy, and a nurturing ability. Green has long been an the colour of healing, and someone with a lot of green in their aura would instinctively be a natural healer, especially if the shade of green is bright and close to the blue end of the spectrum. Green has also been associated with growth, and with this colour in your aura you would not only have good results with plants and animals, you would be able to help other people to realize their ambitions by providing them with your inner strength, optimism and support. When darker shades of green are observed, it is often a result of envy, jealousy and possessive thinking. If the aura is predominantly green, it may suggest that the person has given too much of themselves and is experiencing a feeling of distance from those around them. ∞ Emanating from the Throat chakra, blue is the second easiest colour to detect after yellow. Blue is the colour of communication. When present in the aura, it means that a person has the natural ability to express themselves, and this will often be seen in the way they write and speak. A good sense of creativity is always helpful when looking for new ways to express oneself, and usually goes hand in hand with the ability to communicate well.

Throat Chakra A balanced Throat chakra will produce a blue colour in the aura, and will be seen predominantly in people who are completely dedicated to honesty and truth (i.e., they’re ‘true blue’) and are always sincere in what they say.

In some cases, this means that the person will say exactly whatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s on their mind, (Direct and blunt) regardless of the consequences. As you might imagine, this is not always the best course of action, and can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. At its worst, this quality may lead to bitter and sarcastic modes of thinking and speaking. As the colour blue moves into the deeper shades (and closer to indigo), there is the potential for isolation and the feeling of loneliness. â&#x2C6;&#x17E; Brow Chakra (third eye) The effect of the top three chakrasâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; higher functions can be seen especially in the colour indigo, in the aura. Coming out of the Brow chakra, the colour indigo indicates a keen imagination and a very strong sense of intuition. As the chakra located between the Throat and Crown chakras, the Brow chakra blends the qualities of the physical world with those of the spiritual. It is no surprise that the Brow chakra is often referred to as the Third Eye, since it governs both physical and intuitive sight.
