Please help us congratulate Carlos Flores on his new promotion! Carlos has been working in the Maintenance department for The Residences Providence since early 2008. and has proved to be a great asset to the general operations of the Residences Tower. Over the past 5 years Carlos has also assisted our Concierge Staff members with multiple tasks, which makes him the perfect fit for the Friday and Saturday overnight Concierge position that just opened up. Carlos will continue his normal Monday-Friday schedule and we are excited to be able to offer him a part time position in our Concierge department. Resident Parking Garage Bike Racks The Residences staff is currently looking into easy and cost effective ways for Residents to store they bicycles in the garage. We came across a wall mounted bike rack from Park It Bike Racks that saves space and is relatively easy to install. It costs around $120.oo plus shipping.
