Follow the steps to troubleshoot your router • Step-1
Try unplugging your router from the power. Keep it that way for 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
Continued… • Step-2
• Locate the reset button on the back of the device. It is a little red button on the left of the left most port, and hold it for 10 seconds with either a pen or pencil point.
Now Try connecting again • This usually solves the problems. • But if doesn’t do the trick then there must be some other for internet not working. Such as, 1. It could just be your computer 2. It could just be your modem 3. It might be a bad Ethernet cord
It could just be your computer
It could just be your modem Turn off or unplug your modem. Wait for 15 seconds, and turn it back on or plug it back in.
It might be a bad Ethernet cord If you have another Ethernet cord, try swapping it out for the one that you have currently plugged in to your computer.
Consult your manual • At this point, you have pretty much tried everything that can be done without taking your router apart. Before you go any further, try consulting your router's manual that you got when you purchased the router. • There might be some other ideas in that manual, or there will be a phone number you can call for assistance. @1855 531 3731
