ASSOCIATE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is comprised of agents in the top 20% of the Keller Williams Realty agent body in the Market Centers. The purpose of the ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of Keller Williams Realty. The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company, holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget and participates in attaining the goals of the Market Center. The ALC acts as the Market Center’s Board of Directors. They are the guardians of the culture. A covenant agreement of ALC responsibilities is entered into by all ALC members with their Market Center peers. ALC COMMITTEES Growth Committee Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center by working with the Team Leader in identifying and attracting other associates to the Market Center. Education/Career Development Committee Review all levels of training. Be the conduit to staff and advocate for needed training classes in the Market Center. Assist in implementation of training programs to improve the overall productivity of associates in the Market Center. Work with all other chairs to schedule a monthly calendar of events. Technology Committee Present at Team Meetings one new or interesting technology tip to help agents better succeed. Assist or conduct new agent training classes covering the basics of Web site setup, eEdge and Internet Lead Generation. Culture Committee Assist in raising funds for Keller Williams Realty associates in need. Coordinate with the local Special Events Coordinator to coordinate annual events in our local market. Present at each Team Meeting a cultural segment. Finance Committee Monitor and analyze income and expenses to improve overall profitability. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process. Inform the ALC and all local associates on the financial performance of the Market Center. Engineer fun and creative ideas to promote agent involvement and help coordinate any advertising efforts to help promote the agents and the Market Center.
