the Breakfast Casserole The

1.-Fry

Preheat to 350F

5 ounces Tempeh, cubed 1 tbs BBQ Sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp liquid smoke Season with Salt and Pepper Cook for 5 minutes

wisk until tofu ‘egg’ mixture until smoth + then add cheese and onion

2.-Combine

10 ounces Silken tofu 1 TBS olive oil 1 tbs corn starch 1 tsp tumeric dash paprika Tempeh ‘bacon’ * 3 c vegan cheddar cheese 1/4 diced onion


1 package of hasbrowns ‘egg’ Mixture lay hashbrowns in a 11x7 oven safe dish pour mixtire over hash borwns Cook for 15 - 20 minutes

1.-Combine

Preheat to 350F

3 cups rolled oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt in a medium bowl combine oats, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Set aside

in another bowl, combine eggs, maple syrup banana and vanilla. Mix until smooth. * Slowly mix in the milk and coconut oil. * combine wet and dry ingredients. Then stir in chocolate

2.-Combine

2 eggs 1/4 c maple syrup 2 bananas (mashed) 2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 c oat milk 1/4 c coconut oil (melted) * 1 c cocolate chips


3. -spray

Bring it all to the table

cooking spray spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Then divide the mixture into amongst the tins. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

1.-microwave

banana nut breakfast farro 1/2 c cooked farro 1/2 c oat milk add the cooked farro and milk to a bowl. microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. Cook for 2 more minutes, in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. The farrow sould have absorbed milk and thicker.

3. -top!

stir in vanilla exract and maple syrup to the farro

1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp maple syrup

1 banana 2 tbs walnuts slice the banana and place it on top. sprimkle the chopped walnuts over the bowl. enjoy!

Linda’s Homemade LAsagna Lasagna jonathan garcia

1. -simmer

Preheat to 350F

1 Jar of tomato sauce 1 tbs oregano 1 tbs basil in a sauce pan let the herbs and sauce simmer for one hour

2.-boil

1 Pakage of lasagna Pinch of salt

Boil Lasagna with a pich of salt. When complete - drain lasagna

3.-Combine

Bring it all to the table

simmered sauce Cooked lasagna 2 1/2 c Ricotta 2 1/2 c Mozzarella 2 1/2 c parmesean spoon sauce on the bottom of a oven safe pan. Layer 3 lasagna noodles then cover with ricotta. repeat this process but changing the cheese to mozzarella and then parmesean. cook for 30 muntes and enjoy!

The Mushroom Quiona Burger With Rosemary Mayo

1.-toss

Preheat to 375F

4 diced Portabella Mushrooms 1/2 c walnuts 1 clove garlic 1 tbs oil pinch salt Pinch Pepper

Bake for 20 minutes Set aside to cool Turn oven off

2.-Pulse

mushroom mixture 1/4 c red onion 3 green onions 2 tbs rice wine vinegar

Transfer into a bowl Cover / refegerate for 2 hours

Preheat to 375F

Form 5 Patties from the mixture 1/2� thick and 3� wide seperate into two batches Fry in a nonstick pan Roughly 5 minutes per batch

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil

1 box of macaroni * 1/4 c flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp dry mustard cook macaroni according to instructions * In a large bowl wisk together flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard.

4 tbsp butter * 1 c Milk * 1/2 c parmesan 1/2 cup mozzarella 1 c cheddar With your stove on medium heat melt butter in a pot. Then add flour mixture wisk for a minute. * wisk in milk for 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens. * Progressively add your cheeses.

Caramel chocolate chip cookie bar Salted caramel Jeffery Pratt

Preheat to 350F

1. -mix

1 c softened butter 1 c light brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar * 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1tsp baking soda * 2 1/2 c flour Chocolate chips In an electric mixer; 1. mix butter and both sugars for 2 minutes. * 2.Then add eggs, vanilla and baking soda * 2.Then add flour and chocolate chips. 4. Place 1/2 in a oven safe pan with foil generously coated with non stick spray

14 ounces condensed milk 10 ounces soft caramels

In a medium Sauce pan heat the milk and caramels on low heat. stir until the caramels melt. pour filling over the cookie dough base.

2nd 1/2 of the dough

drop the other half of the cookie dough on top of the caramel layer in little chunks. bake for 25-30 minutes.

sprinkle salt and let cool. Cut into 30 squares and enjoy!

Preheat to 350F

1. -mix

1/2 c shortening 1 c sugar 2 egg yolks in a large bowl cream the shortening, sugar and egg yolks. Set the egg whites aside.

2 c flour 5 tbs cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda pinch of salt * 1 C milk in a seperate bowl sift together four, cocoa Vanilla extract baking powder, baking soda and salt. * Then beat in milk, and vanilla Drop by large spoonful on a greese pan

icing 3/4 c shortening 2 c confectioners sugar 2 egg whites pinch of salt * 1 tsp vanilla Beat together shortening, confectioners sugar, egg whites, and salt till it turns to a light consisitency

4. - combine

Spread the flat side of one cookie with a spoonfil of the icing. top with another cookie. Enjoy!

1.-Combine

white cranberry walnut fudge 3 c white chocolate chips 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c butter Microwave white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth, continue to microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.

2.-Stir

2 tsp rum flavoring 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 c sweetened dried cranberries 1 c walnut pieces stir in rum flavoring, vanilla extract, and nutmeg into the white chocolate mixture. fold in cranberries and walnut pieces. Pour fudge into buttered baking pan and spread evenly. Cool overnight.

Tropical Sherbert SHerbert 1.-Combine

2/3 c sugar 2/3 c water * 3 c cubed pnieapple 3 c cubed papaya 3/4 c coconut milk 1 tbsp line juice microwave sugar and water on high for four minutes. making the sugar disolve. * Combine all ingridents and blend until smooth

strain mixture through a fine sieve bowl, discard solids. Freeze for two hours
