How does The Code guide how we do business?
by Keltbray
Our unique character described in our purpose and values informs the Keltbray Group’s activities. The Code of Conduct, Group policies and the Keltbray processes and procedures contained in the Business Management System (BMS), underpin these. Together they form a compelling and relevant guide to how we go to work – they constituteThe Keltbray Way.

Our purpose describes the overall goal that underpins our activities, and is key to the achievement of our strategy. Our values are the deeply ingrained principles that guide all of Keltbray’s actions. They serve as the cultural cornerstones that guide and influence the employee, customer, partner, stakeholder and shareholder experience.

Our Group policies underpin the new Code of Conduct and are based on industry laws, regulations and rules that have an impact on Keltbray businesses and employees. The policies establish and define the internal rules that everyone must comply with to conduct business in an efficient, effective and controlled manner.
Our Group processes, hosted on Keltbray’s Business Management System accessible via the Group intranet, are a set of standards and procedures that guide and direct all Keltbray’s activities in identifying, securing and delivering project, and how we run the business internally to support this. This proven quality assurance framework enables us to achieve maximum performance and control across the entire lifecycle of a project.
Sector/customer-specific guidelines and
procedures ensure that the different operating entities and their constituent parts can effectively adapt their business practices and processes to suit the sectors in which they operate and the customers they serve. As the Group expands, we are subject to a growing number of regulations and enforcement activities in the market jurisdictions where we operate. This environment demands that every employee and leader be aware, knowledgeable and committed to excellence in the application of clear, global and mandatory Keltbray policies.
The business management system is subject to continuous improvement to reflect the evolving organisation. A frequent and formal feedback process is in place to capture key information to enable us continually to assimilate the best and most current ways of working.
They are designed to align with, and complement, The Code of Conduct, Group policies and stem directly from Keltbray’s Business Management System (BMS).
