An end-to-end solution

Keltbray’s deep understanding of the end-to-end construction process and focus on quality and certainty through its extensive self–delivery capabilities means it can progress a site remediation or decommissioning project into the next stages of construction for the customer. Specialist engineering and construction services including onward enabling and structural works covering earthworks, basement construction, piling and structural concrete frames can be mobilised, ensuring a seamless interface with the project programme , to ensure the customer’s goals and objectives for the project are not compromised. This approach can deliver significant value beyond the initial works, maintaining best practices and lessons learned processes.

Safety by design

By collaborating with customers at the earliest possible stage of a project, we have a much greater impact on health and safety by identifying, planning for and eliminating risk wherever possible. We work with our customers to design and integrate safety controls during the planning phase of our projects, with the aim of minimising or completely eliminating risk on our sites. We embrace a ‘Safety by Design’ philosophy and recognise that through early planning, we stand to have a much greater control of project outcomes.

ENGINEERING IN QUALITY

Our approach to quality control is based on the principles outlined in our Integrated Business Quality Management System – The Keltbray Way:

– Quality Policy, aims and objectives – Management arrangements for quality – Quality documentation – Quality planning – Roles and responsibilities – Resource management – Service delivery – Measurement analysis and improvement

Plans of Work are produced detailing what actions are to be undertaken, to what standard and within which inspection and quality control sign-off and authorisation framework. Site documentation includes reporting mechanisms and records of conformity and inspection status. The foundation of our BSEN ISO 9000 quality management system is the process of performance measurement and continuous improvement.
