elvin & Frank Reid is a vibrant group of passionate people, focused in creating workspace for corporate offices. What is unique about us is – our integration of real estate and interior design into onestop solution: our R.E.I.D concept. Formed by the philosophy of ‘thinking out of the box’, Kelvin and Frank have merged their skills and expertise together to respond more appropriately and effectively to corporate, commercial and industrial clientele. Kelvin specializes in real estate advisory and Frank, also the

director of F2D & Associates, designs workspaces. By incorporating the inputs from real estate agents and interior designers, we maximise the life cycle of each work environment. This alliance redefines the traditional vision on how to plan your workspace in a strategic and smart manner. In such a dynamic environment, we also understand that every one of us has different needs and requirements. Therefore we also offer a tailored solution – by delivering real estate advisory & interior design services independently. Based in Singapore

and in Malaysia, our past and on-going projects have reached out to the USA, China, UK, Malaysia,Thailand ,Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Kelvin Chiang has over 10 years of experience in real estate industry and has transacted over 4.1 million sqft of real estate commercial property in Singapore and overseas. His areas of specialization are in real estate advisory, commercial, retail & industrial brokerage and tenant & landlord representation. As an entrepreneur, Kelvin is very interested in developing his strengths further through a larger platform and decided to go a step ahead of the traditional approach in the real estate industry by uniting real estate and interior design.

Born in Malaysia, Frank Chen has spent the last 20 years in Singapore, where he developed his passion in interior design. With a diverse experience in the industry, he is fascinated by “avant-garde� concepts and believes in communicating his design vision in a clear, dynamic and creative way. By collaborating closely with clients, Frank is able to innovate and respond to changing business needs. His philosophy is also to think outside the box, hence this new alliance with Kelvin to form this unique integration.

At Kelvin & Frank Reid, we have renamed our CSR program: Our ‘Creative’ Social Responsibility. Apart from offering a sustainable design concept to our clients, we are highly committed to deliver our sustainable support in a creative and innovative manner. Our co-founder, Frank Chen who is also the founder of F2D, a creative studio, has organised and curated a sustainable product design exhibition around the theme: “Giving a New Life to Abandoned Objects”. Using used and discarded elements, new pieces of furniture and lighting have emerged from the collaboration of international designers. To spread our sustainable message more effectively and widely, Kelvin & Frank have also been holding talks and workshops at Ngee Ann Polytechnics, Singapore Archifest and Youth For the Environment Day.

THE REID SOLUTION - Real Estate & Interior Design

Planning ------------------------Space planning will be undertaken in a strategic and unique manner incorporating real estate and interior design recommendations to optimize space and time usage.

Viewing -----------------------Our brokers and our interior designers will collaborate together to counter space challenges, and offer functional and creative solutions, right from the beginning when viewing offices.

Leasing ------------------------Two documents will be provided. “Letter of Offer” defines the commercial terms of the lease. “Specimen Lease” includes the entire and complete terms of the leasing contract.

Design & Build ------------------------A layout plan, isometric perspectives, 3D visuals, selected furniture and material board could be presented to give you a clear vision of your future office.

FMC TECHNOLOGIES FMC Technologies is a global leader for the energy industry providing oil service equipment. After a competitive pitching process, Kelvin & Frank Reid has been appointed to design and build their new office of 48,000 sqft. To optimise the space and enhance communication, we have designed an open-plan layout with transparent meetingrooms&numerouscollaborative areas. Our objective was to create an environment based on transparency, so people can see and be seen and build trust. Touchdown points have also been implemented for informal meetings; and temporary workspaces for visiting staff. To reduce the overall noise as well as the huge openness effect, we purposely segregate the space into a series of neighbourhoods and positioned the meeting rooms strategically to cluster the different departments accordingly. The keywords to describe the design of FMC technologies new office would be open, collaborative and flexible. BECA BECA has appointed Kelvin & Frank Reid to design their new regional hub in Singapore. BECA is one of the largest service consultancy firms with 19 offices and 3,000 employees worldwide. Located in Westgate Tower on two floors, BECA’s new office is designed to welcome 250 people in an engaging and open working environment. BECA’s brand, values, legacy and stylistic themes are incorporated into the workplace to guarantee clear visibility of the brand and create cohesion with other BECA’s offices, while Singapore themes are incorporated to create a regional look and feel. The fit out is designed to reflect the quality, professional and functional values of the BECA brand, without being showy or extravagant. Meeting spaces and studio areas are scattered evenly throughouttheworkplacetoensureequal proximity to amenities with appropriate separation. The reception is a key element in portraying the first impression and the counter depicts the company’s engineering services as a synthesis of the fundamental structural elements. BOLLORÉ LOGISTICS Bolloré Logistics is a French subsidiary of Bolloré Group and known as the world’s top 10 in transport and logistics. Bolloré Logistics is managing the logistic of renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Air France and Body Shop. Acknowledged by the client, efficient and pleasant workspace will improve the performance and the competitiveness of thecompany.Insuchcompetitiveworking environment, creating an appealing working environment is a real added value and allows retaining and attracting the future workforce of Bolloré Logistics. Every aspect of the project was designed to ensure the current and envisioned future work flows. The open plan offers a clear visibility to the entire workplace with defined and simple circulation paths. The boardroom is located inside a “bright yellow container”and considered as a core component of the workspace. Transparency and vibrancy are the keywords to portray Bolloré Logistics new office.

BRIDGESTONE ASIA PACIFIC Bridgestone Asia Pacific is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the world’s largest Tyre and Rubber Company located on the West Region of Singapore. The company’s brand, values, legacy and stylistic schemes are incorporated into the workplace to guarantee clear visibility of the brand and create cohesion with other headquarters while Singapore themes are incorporated to create a regional look and feel. The fit-out is designed with fiscal responsibility in mind to reflect the quality, professional and functional values of the company’s brand, without being showy or extravagant. Meeting spaces and studio areas are positioned evenly throughout the workplace to ensure equal proximity to amenities with appropriate division. Natural light and good ventilation are also integrated to support healthy lifestyle, sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency. The reception area is a key element in portraying the first impression and the counter design depicts the company’s engineering services.

STEWART INVESTORS Stewart Investors, formally known as First StateStewart,istheinvestmentmanagement business of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.StewartInvestorsisacompanythat manages business accounts concerning: institutional investment, pension funds, wholesale distributors as well as investment platforms and financial advisory boards of internationally based clients. Our design approach aims at incorporating their investment philosophy and corporate image into a warm environment that encourages communication between employees. Occupying a shop-house premise, we have designed the space to featurevariousframedportraitphotography on the interior walls to create a fresh, light and elegant feeling to the heritage site. We have implemented the use of wooden furniture to provide a touch of hospitality. The pantry also provides the staff the opportunity to bring their children, making the office a second home.

EDRINGTON Edrington Singapore has partnered with Kelvin & Frank Reid to design and build their 8,000 sqft office space. After a competitive pitching process, our team had the honour to be selected as their preferred partner to develop their first office in Singapore. Edrington is the producer and distributor of the world’s best Scotch whiskies including The Macallan, The Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark and Highland Park, complemented by Snow Leopard Vodka and Brugal, Caribbean rum. Our design approach was to create a subtle and dazzling office, which would inspire people and highlight each of their individual brands equally. The heart of this project is located at the bar area specifically conceived to hold private functions and tasting trainings. A rain of light bulbs was positioned above the bar to give a feminine touch to the industrial feel with a chic shelving system designed to highlight their limited-edition bottles.

CAMPARI Campari is one of the largest premium spirits companies with an internationally renowned brands portfolio including Campari, Aperol, Appleton Estate and Skyy Vodka. Located in one of the finest Singapore skyscrapers ‘The Gateway East’, the office space offers a specular view of Singapore landscape. Space planning was a vital stage during our design process and was studied meticulously to optimize every inch in this office layout. We reconfigured the traditional reception area into a tasting bar, pantry and holding area concurrently - to maximise the space usage. To elevate the first impression when stepping in the office,largemirrorandvibrantbacklighted shelvingsystemwere implementedatthe main entrance around the bar. Fascinated by Milan Galleria Campari, the design of this workspace reflects the company portfolioandthevibrancyoftheirproduct range. In the meeting room, we explored the notion of contrast by using industrial elements with cement wall and prestige feel with red carpet and canvas.

TREASURY WINE ESTATES Treasury Wine Estates is an Australianbased global winemaking and distributor with an impressive wine portfolio of 80 brands including but not limited to Penfolds, Rosemount Estate and Wolf Blass. After designing their office in 2013, Kelvin & Frank Reid recently partnered again with TWE to design and build a new tasting bar at their main entrance. The reception area has been converted to a wine bar, which can facilitate up to 40pax once the operable wall of the meeting room is opened. Our design concept aims to reinforce their market position and to reflect their company image. Vineyard scenes were implemented on the full side of the meeting rooms to provide a unique meeting environment aligned with their brand identity. A reversible LCD screen, visible from one of the meeting rooms and outside of the office was installed to allow the marketing team to showcase their wine portfolio.

BGC BGC Singapore is one of Asia Pacific’s most dynamic Search and Recruitment companies and was voted the Top 10 HR Vendors of 2009 for Singapore. BGC has appointed our team to design and build its new 8,300 sqft office, located in one the most environmentally sustainable commercial buildings of Singapore: Ocean Financial Tower. The main objective of this project was to design a working environment, reflecting BGC’s unique office culture of two diverse design identities - BGC Group and BGC Search in a cohesive manner. Our overall design approach is to create a young, vibrant and “want to be in” workplace, at the same time to comply with the stringent Green Mark requirements of the building. We also worked closely with BGC’s Feng Shui Master to shape the working environment in respect to its philosophy.

AT ASSET MANAGEMENT Kelvin & Frank Reid’s team was assigned to design and build the office space of AT Asset Management Singapore. The main objective is to reflect the enduring and trustworthy reputation of AT Asset Management through the interior design of the workspace. Usingpremiumandhighqualitymaterials, the office aims to inspire trust and quality. The pattern and texture of the carpet was established in harmony with the veins of the large stonewall located at the main entrance. We implemented a unique glowing access point for an exclusive entrance of one selected room. A raw, natural and warm materials’ palette was used to reinforce the sense of indulgence andcomfort.Themeetingroomembraces the dazzling view of Singapore financial district with a selection of elegant and fine furniture. We integrated subtle, elegant lighting and the subdued colour scheme across the space to reinforce the overall premium atmosphere.

HITACHI Hitachi Elevator Asia is a subsidiary of the Japanese multinational conglomerate company known as Hitachi Group.We has been appointed to improve their existing space and holding area. The objective of this project is to reinforce their leading position on the market with an innovative and modern design. Inspired by the technology of elevator and escalator engineering, our designers developed a showcase feature wall built on a metallic structure and designed with the escalator cleats shapes.The reception counter aims to reflect the red apostrophe of Hitachi’s tagline“inspire the next”which is enlarged and integrated into the sleek white counter. The colour palette of this project remains purposely minimalist to be aligned with the Japanese philosophy and Hitachi’ corporate guidelines. Linear movement have been also applied at selective areas to reflect their products and to convey a professional and sharpe corporate image. PETROBRAS Petrobras is the biggest oil & gas company in South America and the 7th largest energy company in the world. With its presence in 25 countries and its brand value estimated at US$ 8.21 billion, our team had the great privilege to design and build their 13,300 sqft office space in The Central, Singapore. The design concept proposed by our team during the shortlisting process captured Petrobras’corporate image and its strong sustainable commitment. The space planning process involves the allocations of 5 meeting rooms, 27 traders with their respective teams and supporting departments. The workstations are positioned to take full advantage of the postcard view of Singapore’s iconic building – Marina Bay Sands and the cityscape of Raffles Place. The meeting rooms and breakout areas are clearly segregated, ensuring privacy while enhancing the communal environment within the defined area.

THE NOMAD OFFICES Having offices across the major capitals of Southeast Asia, The Nomad Offices decided to partner with us to design and build their new facility in Manila. The Nomad Offices envisioned their new facility as a professional and welcoming working space for their clients. The reception area defines the tone of the entire space with the implementation of modern and clean lines. The selected materials and loose furniture bring a fresh and convivial approach to the space. Once the concept and the space planning, our team selected trustful partners for the construction phase. This 15,000 sqft serviced offices space was handed over 2 days in advance of the project schedule of 6 weeks with high efficiency, commitment and rewarded by great satisfaction from our client. This project demonstrates our team’s capability to deliver a project overseas by implementing design and build methodology, led by our Director, Frank Chen. CORPORATE SERVICED OFFICES Corporate Serviced Offices, also known, as CSO is an international company offering a wide range of facilities for business needs. Being our long-term client, CSO engaged our team to design their first expansion in Beijing. This design consultancy project involved the developmentofaconsistentapproachwiththeir current offices, adapted to the Chinese market. Located in Sun Palace Building, in the heart of Beijing, this 15,000 sqft facility encompasses 62 office suites with 2 pantries and several meeting rooms. The design concept proposed by our team captured the spirit of Asia with a strong reference to their offices in Singapore. Our vision for CSO‘s workplace is themed around the Asian landscape with clean lines and warm materials to reinforce a welcoming feeling. Our team was able to successfully fulfill the client’s requirements and manage the preconstruction process smoothly.

INTERFOOD Interfood Group is a leading global dairy supplier with a presence in 15 countries worldwide. Expanding in Singapore, Interfood recently appointed Kelvin & Frank Reid to design and build their new office located in OUE Downtown. Interfood’s new office incorporates one breakoutareawithafutsaltableandbright ottomans on grass flooring, to clearly separate the breakout from the general working area whilst fostering employees’ interaction. To reinforce a biophilia concept, we proposed planter boxes between the workstations and a bluesky ceiling in the breakout area. Meeting rooms are slightly tilted and framed with light plywood to contrast with the general working area. At the reception, we proposed a world-map made of plants to reveal Interfood’s offices worldwide. The natural palette of colours aims to reflect Interfood’s identity, creating a vibrant and pleasant new working environment.

AXESS OFFSHORE Axess Offshore is a Norwegian company providing integrity management, engineering solution and inspection services for the offshore & energy businesses. In April 2013, Axess Offshore assigned Kelvin & Frank Reid to design and build their new office space located in the Nordic European Center. A semi openspace concept was developed to reinforce and enhance communication amongst the team while respecting each individual’s work space. The space integrates one holding area, one meeting room (10 pax), two manager rooms, one pantry, a semi open-space with 8 workstations and a storage room. Key words were implemented on the glass panels of the manager rooms to reinforce the company’s philosophy within the office. The entire project took place within 8 weeks, with the first 3 weeks being allocated for the space planning and the interior design concept. Afterwards, the 1,650 sqft office space was built in 4 weeks time with the supervision of our experienced project team.

ARGUS Argus is an independent media organization publishing market reports and business intelligence reports regarding the energy market and the commodities. Present in 19 countries, Argus decided to partner with us to design their new office located in the Singapore Land Tower. The objective was to reinforce their position in the market with the subtle injection of design elements related to their industry and their field of study through modernistic concept at the front office space. The proposed space planning aims to encourage and promotes communication between staff within their various departments. The challenge of this project was to create a working environment consistent with their corporate image by conserving their existing workstations and some existing structures.

BBAM BBAM, the third largest manager of commercial jet aircraft in the world has partnered with us to deliver their new office in UOB Plaza, Singapore. Our design approach aims to reinforce BBAM’sleadingpositioninthemarketwith the use of sleek materials in the reception area and in the entire workplace. The curved display shelving at the entrance was designed to showcase BBAM aircraft models with the implementation of their corporate color schemes. Curved and metallic elements have also been introduced at various points throughout the design to reflect the aircraft industry. Ten offices were generated with glass panelpartitions,enablingthepenetration of natural light and enhancing a sense of space in a narrow environment.
