EDUCATION I Kemi Kadivar, am a B.Design graduate from Navrachna University, Vadodara I am fond of creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs concerning the requirements. Running graphite on the sheets, a spark in my mind, imagining till I satisfy, working hand of the process all this time, see learn and imply destinies my Design. For me, every space has its own story. I believe in personalizing the experience of the space for the user. As a designer, I believe each space to be personalized according to the personality and comfort of the client/user. I believe every person has a different personality and as a designer, it’s my responsibility to deliver that taste in my design for the user. I believe myself as a fast learner and a person who is very keen to learn new things. I like meeting new people, knowing them and their ideology. I am always a welcomer of new ideas and thoughts and accept them for providing the best outcomes. I am a very passionate, sincere, and hardworking person. Face on Palm Stone Workshop
3rd Year | 2020 Mentor: Shalini Amin and Pulak Sanpui “ Humanity in Human Hands”. The ideology about the stone sculpture is to show unity and care for every human being. The “ Face on Palm ” expresses a sleeping peaceful face on a human’s hand. The proportion of the palm is larger than the face as a symbol of protection and care.

Stand-O-Lean
a comfort to your standing position A modular furniture piece designed to give lean-on support to a person who has a standing postion while their job for a long time. A traditional Cross Half joinery and Groove joinery is used to mantle the furniture pieces.

Play Ball Console A play of balls n cylinders
A TV console designed for a Interior Project. An interesting curation of 4 spherical balls supporting the console top and copper cylinders as legs for the console. A concept of mis-aligned handles adds aesthetic value to the console.

The Nutcraker Theatre Design Studio focuses on designing a performing space, exhibiting space, and cafe for a theatre play “The Nutcracker”. A Performing Arts building was allotted as a site with the permission of semi-permanent construction on the site. Scene 1: Scene 2: Opening scene when Clara’s mother make her sleep. Blend of CHAOTIC PINK AND BLUE LIGHT is done to show The stage is lit with MINIMAL SOFT LIGHT to express the PEACE. chaotic curiosity when Clara enters the living room.

Diwan-Swing
Craving of a Lounge bench but also a Swing. A contempory version of indian swing with a mechanism of fold-in and fold-out legs through bolt. The legs can be fold-in and with a cable connecting it to the celling, makes it a swing. The legs can be fold out, when it is to be used as diwan.

Snap Swing Snap it and sit however you want while you swing. This swing has 4 modular elements which can shuffled to create various configuration. It creates endless possibilities catering to various forms of interaction and users.
